Wilson’s responsibilities will include providing leadership and technical expertise to the accounting and human resource departments, executing Westec’s annual financial plan, managing internal and external financial reporting, and providing financial oversight in mergers and acquisition activity as needed.

Wilson joins Westec with over 20 years of finance and operations experience, including the past three years as Chief Financial Officer of GAP Broadcasting Group, a privately held group of 125 radio stations with over 600 employees. Prior to joining GAP, Wilson served as Chief Financial Officer of American Community Newspapers for six years. Additionally, Wilson has served in various finance and corporate development roles with AMFM / Chancellor Media, Marcus Cable, Crown Media, Cencom Cable and Novo Networks.
