Contract Lifecycle Management and the CFO : Optimizing Revenues and Capturing Savings

In a recent study, Best in Class enterprises demonstrate that contract management can impact the business regarding top line revenues, bottom-line results and external compliance when the right organization, processes and technology are in place. In fact, 65% of respondents reported that contract management has improved their enterprises’ exposure to financial and legal risk.


Best in Class enterprises display certain characteristics that are not prevelant in Industry Average or Laggard enterprises including having both a central organization that manages contracts, as well as a central electronic repository of contracts that includes a library of standardized and pre-approved terms and clauses.
