CFO Moves – week ending September 11, 2015

Canadian Arrow Mines, Ltd. (TSX-V: CRO) [Sudbury, ON] announced that Marie-Josée Audet has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Marie-Josée Audet is an employee of Marrelli Support Services Inc. She has provided financial services primarily to junior exploration companies for the past seven years at Marrelli Support Services Inc. and worked previously at McCarney Greenwood LLP for two years where she acquired auditing experience mainly with junior exploration companies. Marie-Josée replaces the former Chief Financial Officer, Paul D’Aloisio, who is retiring.

Loyalist Group Limited (TSX-V: LOY) [Toronto, ON] announced the promotion of Hoon Lee to Interim Chief Financial Officer, previously Corporate Controller. Mr. Lee has more than five years of work experience, including two years as Corporate Controller with the Company, and three years as an Auditor at PwC Canada.

Lumenpulse Inc. (TSX-V: LMP) [Montreal, QC] announced that Peter Timotheatos has been promoted from Senior Vice President, Financial Planning, Analysis & Results to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective as of January 1st 2016 after Mr. Comeau’s planned departure on December 31st 2015. After his retirement from the Company, Robert Comeau will remain as advisor to the company focusing on various key initiatives. Mr. Timotheatos joined the Company in September 2014.

Royal Road Minerals Limited (TSX-V: RYR) [Toronto, ON] announced that Rebecca Hudson has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Hudson will succeed Sol Thacker who has resigned from this position and also as a director of the Company. In addition to her role with the Company, she will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer of Wabi Exploration Inc., Hornby Bay Mineral Exploration Ltd. and Claim Post Resources Inc., positions she has held since May 2011, October 2010 and January 2011, respectively. Previously, Ms. Hudson has held a number of other senior finance positions and, since 2007, Ms. Hudson has served as CFO and consulted for a number of both privately-held and publicly-listed junior resource companies with projects in North and South America. Ms. Hudson got her start in the mining industry as a Manager of International Exploration Accounting with Falconbridge, and later as Manager of Financial Reporting at Xstrata. She has also worked as an auditor at Grant Thornton LLP in Toronto and at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Dominican Republic.

Iberian Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: IML) [Calgary, AB] announced the appointment of Don Weatherbee as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Weatherbee’s experience includes over 10 years as a senior executive with KMC Mining Corporation, of which nearly 7 years were as the CFO. Don has previously worked in both publicly traded and private organizations. Don will succeed interim CFO Rick Gliege, who will continue his role in Corporate Development with Iberian Minerals.

AlliancePharma Inc. (TSX-V: APA) [Thetford Mines, QC] announced that Bruno Dumais has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Dumais has held senior level positions in companies crossing a variety of sectors, such as Gestion Exponent, Nortel Networks and Premier Tech. Until recently, he was Vice President, Finance, for BroadSign International Inc. Since 2006, Mr. Dumais has held and holds various executive positions in publicly traded companies.

Cerus Energy Group Ltd. [Nanton, AB] announced that Bryce A. Clark has been appointed as CFO of the Company. Mr. Clark takes over from Bruce Scafe who was the acting CFO. Mr. Clark serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Xander Resources Inc. Mr. Clark has been the Managing Partner of Minni, Clark & Company, CGA since October 2004. He has been a Director of Xander Resources Inc. since December 9, 2010. Mr. Clark has been Chief Financial Officer of Big North Graphite Corp. since June 10, 2013. Mr. Clark serves as the Chief Financial Officer and/or Director of several TSX-V listed resources companies and served comparable positions in other TSX-V listed companies since 1999.

Marquee Energy Ltd. (TSX-V: MQL) [Calgary, AB] announced that Roy Evans, Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), has retired and is no longer with the Company. Marquee currently has an Interim CFO in place as previously announced on July 15, 2015.

Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (TSX-V: GSI) [Abbotsford, BC] announced that it has appointed Anthony Jackson as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jackson is a Principal of BridgeMark Financial Corp., which provides corporate compliance, financial advisory, and financial reporting activities to public and private companies. Mr. Jackson also founded Jackson & Company, Chartered Accountants,. Prior to his time at BridgeMark, Mr. Jackson spent a number of years working at Ernst & Young LLP before moving onto work as a senior analyst at a boutique investment banking firm. Mr. Jackson has replaced Kevin Ma as CFO.
