Sierra Metals Inc. (TSX: SMT) announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer, Fernando Piccini, who is leaving to pursue an opportunity with another company. Mr. Piccini has served as Chief Financial Officer of Sierra since July 14, 2011.

Sulliden Mining Capital Inc. (TSX: SMC) appointed Wen Ye as the chief financial officer of the company. Mrs. Ye brings over 11 years of corporate and finance management experience in the public mining, securities and logistics sectors. Deborah Battiston will be stepping aside as Chief Financial officer at this time to pursue other opportunities.

SustainCo Inc. (TSX-V: SMS) announced the appointment of Christopher Hazelton as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hazelton joined the Company as Corporate Controller in August of 2013. Previous to this role, Mr. Hazelton acted as Chief Executive Officer of Canada Pacific Capital Corp. from 2013 to 2014 and Chief Financial Officer of Lakeside Minerals Inc. from 2011-2012. The Chief Financial Officer position for SustainCo was previously held by Jonathan Leong.

AURO announced the appointment of Kevin Liang as the company’s first Chief Financial Officer. Liang joins AURO in conjunction with his current role at the Canadian Web Hosting. In his role as Founder and CTO of Canadian Web Hosting, he was responsible for leading multiple product initiatives.

Airesurf Networks Holdings Inc. announced the appointment of Marco Guidi as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has worked with publicly listed junior mining companies, technology companies, and privately-owned and entrepreneurial companies. In 2010, Marco transitioned out of public accounting and is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Accountant for a number of junior mining companies. Mr. Guidi replaces Kevin Barnes, who resigned from the Company.
