Tracking CFO Movement Across Canada.


Canadian Pacific (TSX: CP) announced that Mark Erceg has been appointed Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer effective May 18, 2015. Erceg joins CP from Masonite International Corp. where he had been Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer since 2010. Mr. Erceg will replace outgoing CFO, Bart Demosky.

CHC Helicopter, the operating company of CHC Group (NYSE: HELI) announced that Lee Eckert will be succeeding Joan Hooper as Chief Financial Officer effective July 16, 2015. Mr. Eckert was most recently CFO of the $13 billion in sales U.S. division of National Grid Plc. Prior to National Grid, Mr. Eckert held senior finance and operating leadership positions at MeadWestvaco Corp. and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). He started his business career at GE where he spent 15 years working in a variety of management positions across several business units.

TransForce Inc. (TSX: TFI) announced it has named Gregory W. Rumble Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rumble is currently the President of Contrans Group Inc., a position he has held since 2003. He has been with Contrans in an executive capacity since 1988. Contrans Group Inc. was acquired by TransForce in November 2014. Mr. Rumble will continue in this role as President of Contrans Group Inc. while assuming his new duties.

Freshbooks CFO, Mark MacLeod has left, launching SurePath Capital Partners.

Rathdowney Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: RTH) announced that Andrew Ing, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Ing has more than 10 years of experience in the natural resources sector.

Bedrocan Cannabis Corp. (TSX-V: BED) announced that CFO Michael Singer will be leaving the Company at the end of June to pursue his career in his native Montreal. The company has also announced that Amy Stephenson will be joining the company this month and will assume the CFO duties when Mr. Singer leaves. Ms. Stephenson is a seasoned financial executive and has over 10 years of experience as a CFO of public companies.

Montana Exploration Corp. (TSX-V: MTZ) announced that the Company’s VP Finance and CFO, Kevin Donegan, has resigned to pursue another opportunity.

Tweed Marijuana Inc. announced that Tim Saunders will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Tweed Marijuana. Saunders was most recently the President of Black Canvas Consulting and a Strategic Advisor to the President’s Office at Export Development Canada. He also gained valuable international executive experience at Vodafone in the United Kingdom and the Czech Republic. Saunders replaces Don Gibbs, who is rejoining his consulting company.

Victory Nickel Inc. announced that René Galipeau has been appointed as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. During his career, Mr. Galipeau has served as Chief Financial Officer of numerous public companies in the mining industry.

Western Uranium Corporation (CSE: WUC) announced that Geoff Kritzinger has submitted his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Kritzinger was Chief Financial Officer of Homeland Uranium Inc. prior to its acquisition by Western in December, 2014. The company has appointed Andrew Wilder, a director of Western, as Chief Financial Officer.

Ceapro Inc. (CZO) announced that it has appointed Stacy Prefontaine, as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Prefontaine replaces Branko Jankovic. Prior to joining Ceapro, Ms. Prefontaine was a Principal at Grant Thornton LLP, where she led assurance services for a variety of public and private organizations for the last four years. Previously, she was a manager with increasing responsibility in client service accounting for over five years at Collins Barrow Calgary LLP.

Nuinsco Resources Limited announced the appointment of Kyle Appleby as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Appleby serves as the Chief Financial Officer of a number of Canadian publicly-listed companies in addition to Nuinsco.
