CAE [MONTREAL] (NYSE: CAE; TSX: CAE) announced that it has appointed Sonya Branco as the Company’s Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. She succeeds Stephane Lefebvre. Branco joined CAE in 2008 and her most recent role was Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining CAE, Ms. Branco worked at BCE in Mergers & Acquisitions and at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Clearwater Seafoods Incorporated [HALIFAX] (TSX: CLR) announced that Bob Wight will retire later this year and Teresa Fortney will be appointed Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Fortney has been the CFO of Wescast. She has previous experience from her careers at major consumer foods industry including Maple Leaf Foods, Schneider Foods and McCormick.
Roots [TORONTO] announced the appointment of Jim Rudyk to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Most recently Rudyk was CFO of Shred-It.
Entrée Gold Inc. [VANCOUVER] (TSX: ETG) announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Bruce Colwill, has provided notice that he will be leaving his position to pursue another business opportunity.
DuSolo Fertilizers Inc. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: DSF) announced that Duane Lo has been appointed to the Board of Directors. From August 2009 to June 2015, Mr. Lo served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Luna Gold Corp. Prior to Luna Gold, Mr. Lo was the Corporate Controller for First Quantum Minerals Ltd.
White Pine Resources Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: WPR) announced the resignation of Michael Leskovec as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
Rockefeller Hughes Corporation [VAUGHAN, ONTARIO] (TSX-V: RHC) announced that Michael Graham will replace Harry Chang as interim CFO.
Calfrac Well Services Ltd. [CALGARY] (TSX: CFW) announced that Michael Olinek will assume the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer, following retirement of Michael J. (Mick) McNulty. Mr. Olinek joined Calfrac as Corporate Controller in August of 2006, and has served as Vice President, Finance since April of 2011.
Rusoro Mining Ltd. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: RML) announced the appointment of Harpreet Dhaliwal as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company, replacing Jeremy Crichton. Harpreet is Vice President of Fiore Management & Advisory Corp. and also serves as Chief Financial Officer of several junior natural resource companies. Previously, she worked for both junior and international operating resource companies including Endeavour Mining Corporation and Uranium One Inc.
Clarke Inc. [HALIFAX] (TSX: CKI) announced that Andrew Snelgrove has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, and that Kim Langille, Clarke’s Vice President of Taxation, has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Langille has acted in her current role since 2012 and previously acted as Senior Manager of Taxation at Deloitte LLP. Clarke will seek to identify a permanent Chief Financial Officer in the coming months.
VersaPay Corporation [TORONTO] (TSX-V: VPY) announced that it has hired Harp Gahunia of BrightIron Consulting Corp. as interim Chief Financial Officer.
