IBI Group Inc. (TSX: IBG) announced the appointment of Angela Holtham to its Board of Directors. Ms. Holtham brings to the Board thirteen years of experience as chief financial officer at The Hospital for Sick Children and Nabisco Ltd. Canada. Ms. Holtham is currently a Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Ontario Financing Authority, an agency of the Government of Ontario and a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Oncolytics Biotech Inc.

Seven Generations Energy Ltd. (TSX: VII) announced that Harry Cupric will be resigning as Chief Financial Officer effective March 31, 2015. Effective upon Harry’s departure, Chris Law, currently Vice President of Corporate Planning, will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Chris has been with the Company since 2008.

Endeavour Mining Corporation (TSX: EDV) announced that Ota Hally has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer effective April 1, 2015. Mr. Hally will replace Frederic Ruel, who has resigned to join True Gold Mining Inc. as Chief Executive Officer. Ota joined Endeavour in early 2014 as Vice President – Group Controller.

Wi2Wi Corporation Announces that Gregg Harvey has been appointed as the V.P of Finance and General Manager. Mr. Harvey has worked in public accounting as an auditor, Controller and plant manager at CTS Corporation, managing consultant at Oracle Corporation and managing Supply Chain in General Electric. Prior to joining Wi2Wi, Mr. Harvey was the Chief financial Officer of Precision Devices.

Rooster Energy Ltd. (TSX-V: COQ) announced the untimely death of James D. Shockney, its Chief Financial Officer.

Perisson Petroleum Corporation (CSE: POG) announced that Dominique St. Louis has been terminated as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Comstock Metals Ltd. (TSX-V: CSL) announced the appointment of Darren Urquhart as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a director of the Company. Mr. Urquhart will be replacing Larry Johnson.

Tantalex Resources Corporation (CSE: TTX) announced the appointment of Kyle Appleby as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Appleby has gained extensive experience working as CFO for several junior mining companies, some with operations in Africa. Mr. Appleby is replacing Daniel Gilbert who was Interim Chief Financial Officer since October 2014.

NioGold Mining Corporation (TSX-V: NOX) announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, Jonathan Richards, who will pursue other opportunities. Furthermore, Niogold announced the appointment of Frederic Ruel as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining NioGold, he held the position of Director, Corporate Reporting for Canadian Malartic Partnership, Osisko Mining Corporation and Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines.

Denison Mines Corp. announced that David Cates, Chief Financial Officer, has assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. Replacing Mr. Cates as Chief Financial Officer of Denison is Mac McDonald. Prior to being appointed Chief Financial Officer of Denison, Mr. McDonald acted as Director of Financial Reporting for IAMGOLD Corporation.

LGX Oil + Gas Inc. (TSX-V: OIL) announced that Curt Ziemer has been appointed Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and that Matt Janisch, who previously held that role, is no longer an officer of the Company. Mr. Ziemer has been responsible for all accounting and financial reporting functions of LGX since 2012, most recently as Vice-President, Accounting.
