Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) [TORONTO] announced that Jill Sharland, the GTAA’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has left. The GTAA’s Board of Directors has appointed Ian Clarke as the GTAA’s interim Chief Financial Officer, effective April 10, 2017. Mr. Clarke has served as a Director of the GTAA since 2012, including as a member and Chair of its Audit Committee. Mr. Clarke has resigned from the GTAA’s Board of Directors. Mr. Clarke formerly served as Chief Financial Officer at Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment Ltd. until his retirement on December 31, 2016.

ProMIS Neurosciences [TORONTO] (TSX: PMN) announced that it has appointed Daniel E. Geffken to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Daniel Geffken is a Founding Managing Director of Danforth Advisors, LLC. Daniel has been chief financial officer of Homology, Inc, GenePeeks, Inc., Transkaryotic Therapies, Inc., Cidara, Inc., Apellis, Inc. and Stealth BioTherapeutics, Inc.

Azarga Metals Corp. [WHITE ROCK, BC] (TSX-V: AZR) announced that Dan O’Brien was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Dan O’Brien is Chief Financial Officer for a number of publicly listed exploration companies trading on the TSX and TSX Venture exchanges. Mr. O’Brien was previously a senior manager at a leading Canadian accounting firm where he specialized in the audit of public companies in the mining and resource sector.

GrowMax Resources Corp. [CALGARY] (TSX-V: GRO) announced that Lloyd Wiggins has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective April 1, 2017. Most recently, Lloyd was the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Petrowest Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Wiggins served as CFO and other senior financial and accounting positions with multiple public and private entities including Movie Distribution Income Fund, TGS North American Real Estate Investment Trust, and the Hees /Edper Group of Companies. Douglas Yee, current CFO of GrowMax, will be continuing with GrowMax until September, 2017 as an Independent Consultant and Financial Advisor to the Company.

Cobaltech Mining Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: CSK) announced that Christopher P. Cherry will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Mr. Cherry has extensive corporate experience and has held senior level positions for several public mining companies including Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary. Mr. Cherry replaces Bryce Clark as CFO.

Asian Mineral Resources Limited [TORONTO] (TSX-V: ASN) announced that Sean Duffy will be leaving AMR at the end of March 2017 and Paula Kember, currently Corporate Secretary, will take on the role of CFO and Corporate Secretary.
