Arbutus Biopharma Corporation [VANCOUVER] (NASDAQ: ABUS) announced the appointment of David Hastings as Chief Financial Officer. Hastings will assume the CFO role from Koert VandenEnden, Arbutus’ interim Chief Financial Officer. Hastings previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Incyte Corporation from 2003 until 2014. Hastings also previously served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ArQule Inc. Prior to that, Hastings was with Genzyme Corporation as its Vice President and Corporate Controller, and with Sepracor, Inc. where he was Director of Finance. Most recently, Mr. Hastings served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Unilife Corporation from 2015 to 2017 and as its Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer from 2016 to 2017. Mr. VandenEnden, Arbutus’ current interim Chief Financial Officer, will remain as a member of the executive leadership team in the role of Chief Accounting Officer.

Acasta Enterprises Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX: AEF) announced the appointment of Michael Murphy as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

McCoy Global Inc. [EDMONTON] (TSX: MCB) announced that Jacob Coonan, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, will be departing from the Corporation to pursue other career opportunities.

[CALGARY] announce that Michael Maier has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of its general partner, Walton Big Lake Development Corporation. Mr. Maier has been with the Walton group of companies for just over 5 years in increasingly progressive positions starting as the VP Finance of Walton Asset Management LP and most recently as the Chief Financial Officer of Walton Development and Management LP. Prior to joining the Walton group of companies, Mr. Maier had over 9 years of experience in commercial banking and real estate financing with two Canadian financial institutions. The Partnership also announces Michelle Cameron has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the GP.

E3 Metals Corp. [CALGARY] (TSXV: ETMC, OTC: EEMMF) announced the appointment of Greg Florence as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Greg has over thirty-seven years of business experience in various sectors including upstream oil and gas, green technologies, industrial supplies, and agribusiness. Florence replaces Debbie Lew.

Spot Coffee (Canada) Ltd. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: SPP) announced the departure of Ying Chen as CFO and welcomes Colleen Hobson, who has re-joined the Company and is once again assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer.
