ATCO Ltd. [CALGARY] (TSX: ACO.X) announced the appointment of Dennis DeChamplain to the role of Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2017. Mr. DeChamplain will assume the role from Brian Bale, who will be retiring after more than 35 years with the company. Mr. Bale will continue in his role until June 1, working alongside Mr. DeChamplain to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. Mr. DeChamplain joined ATCO in 1992 and has held progressively senior financial, regulatory, and business planning positions throughout the company. Since 2015, he has overseen the financial management of ATCO’s Electricity Global Business Unit in the role of Senior Financial Officer.

CSA Group [TORONTO] appointed Farhan Imam to the role of Chief Financial Officer of CSA Group, effective April 10, 2017. Prior to CSA, Mr. Imam was VP Finance for the Pipeline Performance Group of Shawcor Ltd. Prior to Shawcor, Mr. Imam was with Ernst & Young as a member of the tax team and with Deloitte as a member of the audit staff.

Livingston International Inc. [TORONTO] announced that Tom Cronin has joined Livingston as Chief Financial Officer effective March 27, 2017, replacing Sharon Sritong, who has chosen to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Cronin is an accomplished CFO and business executive, who possesses more than 25 years of leadership experience in North American and global companies, including LifeLabs Medical Laboratories, Symcor Inc. and SHL Systemhouse.

Delphi Energy Corp. [CALGARY] (TSX: DEE) announced that it has appointed Mark Behrman as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Most recently, Mr. Behrman spent nine years as CFO of Sea NG Corporation of Calgary. Before that he served in senior leadership positions at a number of Western Canadian and international oil and gas exploration and production companies. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Behrman served as VP, Corporate Finance for RBC Dominion Securities.

Baylin Technologies Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX: BYL) announced the forthcoming retirement of CFO James Newell from Baylin Technologies.

Great Canadian Gaming Corporation [RICHMOND, BC] (TSX: GC) announced that Andreas Thompson‘s employment with the Company as Chief Financial Officer has been terminated effective April 3, 2017. The Company has appointed Radek Kielar as Interim Vice-President, Finance who will be designated to serve until such time as a permanent Chief Financial Officer is named.

East Asia Minerals Corporation [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: EAS) announced the appointment of Scott Davis as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) who replaces Michael Nayyar who has resigned to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Davis is a partner of Cross Davis & Company LLP Chartered Professional Accountants. His experience includes CFO positions at several companies listed on the TSXV and CSE and senior management positions, including Appleby as an Assistant Financial Controller, Davidson & Company LLP as an Auditor, and Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. as Accounting Manager.

Premier Diversified Holdings Inc. [VANCOUVER] (CSE: PDH) announced following the resignation of outgoing CFO Grace Xian, Premier’s board has appointed Alnesh Mohan as the new chief financial officer. Mr. Mohan acts on behalf of several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Mohan also currently serves as a director of Premier, two other publicly traded companies, HealthSpace Data Systems Ltd. and Russell Breweries Inc. Mr. Mohan is currently CFO of Hudson Resources Inc., Highbury Projects Inc., Romulus Resources Ltd. and Twyford Ventures Inc., all listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Capstone Infrastructure Corporation [TORONTO] (TSX: CSE.PR.A) announced the appointment of Andrew Kennedy to the position of Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Kennedy has been with Capstone since its inception in 2011, most recently as Vice President, Finance and as Chief Financial Officer of Capstone Power Corp., Capstone’s power subsidiary. Prior to joining Capstone, he was the Vice President of Finance with Capstone’s predecessor, Macquarie Power and Infrastructure Corporation. Michael Smerdon, Capstone’s outgoing Chief Financial Officer, will assume the title of Chief Executive Officer of iCON Infrastructure Canada Inc. (“iCON Canada”), a subsidiary of iCON Infrastructure LLP, the UK-based investment advisory business that led the acquisition of Capstone in 2016. In this new role, also effective April 1, 2017, Mr. Smerdon will lead the activities of iCON Canada, with responsibility for driving investments and growth across Canada and the US. He will remain on Capstone’s Board of Directors.
