Intertape Polymer Group Inc.(TSX: ITP) announced the hiring of Jeffrey Crystal as new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Crystal was recently the CFO of a company involved primarily in the manufacturing sector with sales of approximately $1.5 billion and over 2,000 employees.

Strategic Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Garner to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Strategic Group, Garner was the CEO of an upstream oil & gas company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Tweed Marijuana Inc. (TSX-V: TWD) announced that it has appointed Don Gibbs as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gibbs started his career with Leigh Instruments and then moving to Mitel Corporation for eight years as its CFO and COO. Later Mr. Gibbs was appointed CFO of Cognos Inc. This was followed by a position as President and CEO of Gandalf Systems Inc. He later founded Positron Fibre Systems Corporation by spinning it out of a private Montreal company. From 2007 to 2008 Mr. Gibbs was Chairman and CEO of Tarquin Group Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company, and most recently Mr. Gibbs served as President and CEO of AirIQ Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company. Mr. Gibbs replaces Gerald Leahy who joined the company as CFO in a part time capacity on closing of its recent qualifying transaction.

Big Sky Petroleum Corporation (TSX-V: BSP) announced that Mark T. Brown has been appointed as the interim President & CEO. Mark was formerly the CFO and also continues on as a Director. Winnie Wong, has been appointed as the interim Chief Financial Officer. Winnie is the CFO of other TSXV issuers and is also the Vice President of Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd.

Athabasca Nuclear Corporation (TSX-V: ASC) announced that it has appointed Ian Fleming to serve as the Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Fleming is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and concurrently serves as the CFO of Gold Royalties Corporation. Mr. Fleming assumes the role from Glen Diduck.

Gunpoint Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: GUN) announced that Paul Robertson has resigned as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. The Company has appointed Sam K. Wong as CFO to replace Mr. Robertson.

Falco Pacific Resource Group Inc. (TSX-V: FPC) appointed Jim Davidson to serve as interim Chief Executive Officer of Falco Pacific. Mr. Davidson has served as Chief Financial Officer of Falco Pacific since its inception. Marshall House, Falco Pacific’s controller, will assume the duties of the Chief Financial Officer during the transition period.

Iron South Mining Corp. (TSX-V: IS) announced the Company has appointed Darren Urquhart as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Urquhart is presently engaged in public practice accounting offering CFO and accounting services to TSX Venture Exchange listed exploration companies in the Vancouver area. Mr. Urquhart began his career working as an audit accountant with Grant Thornton LLP, then later worked as a senior tax accountant with Lohn Caulder Chartered Accountants and more recently served as a consultant to an international private equity company. Mr. Urquhart replaces Mike Iannacone.
