Sears Canada Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX: SCC) announced that E.J. Bird, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), will be leaving the Company. Mr. Bird was appointed Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer in June 2013 after serving in that role on an interim basis since March 2013. He joined the Board of Directors in May 2006 and stepped down from the Board in November 2013 shortly after taking on the internal role on a permanent basis.

Lendful [VANCOUVER] has announced a new addition to their executive team, Mitch Salis. Salis was previously CFO of Thinking Capital.

Axios Mobile Assets [MISSISSAUGA] (TSX-V: AXA) announced the addition of Michael Cooke to its management team in the role of Chief Financial Officer. He most recently served as Senior Director, Business Planning & Strategy at Achievers Corp. Mr. Cooke began his career at KPMG before moving to marketing and analytics provider Adenyo Inc.

People Corporation [TORONTO] (TSX-V:PEO) announced that Dennis Stewner will be appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and that Keith McMahon will be stepping down as the current CFO. Most recently, Dennis was the Senior Vice-President for National Bank Financial. Prior to that, he was the CFO and COO for Wellington West Holdings Inc.

9 Story Media Group [TORONTO] announced the appointment of Blake Tohana as Chief Financial Officer. Tohana most recently served as CFO at Tricon Films & Television. Prior to his role at Tricon, Tohana held the position of Executive Vice-President and CFO of Magna Entertainment Corp. (MEC).

Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: NOB) announced that Robert Suttie has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Noble. Mr. Suttie replaces Gaetan Chabot. Robert Suttie currently works with Marrelli Support Services as its Vice President.

Great Canadian Gaming Corporation [RICHMOND, BC] (TSX: GC) announced that Kiran Rao has resigned as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: PTG) announced that Kerri Brass, Pivot’s CFO, has decided to leave the Company.
