Création de postes en CDI

Situation en hausse par rapport au trimestre précédent, les entreprises continuent de favoriser les créations de poste en CDI pour leurs recrutements par rapport aux autres motifs. Ces embauches augmentent de 3 points par rapport au second trimestre 2019.

Remplacement de collaborateurs

En comparaison du trimestre précédent, les embauches ayant pour motif le remplacement d’un collaborateur sont en légère baisse pour les postes en CDI (-2 points par rapport au T2 2019). En revanche, les contrats en CDD et intérim restent stables sur la même période.

Accroissement d’activité

Situation similaire du côté des embauches résultant d’un accroissement de l’activité des entreprises. On observe une légère baisse des embauches en intérim par rapport au T2 2019 (-1 point), tandis que les contrats en CDD restent au même niveau sur la période.
