Le spécialiste des matières synthétiques Gurit a trouvé un nouveau directeur financier (CFO) en la personne d'Angelo Quabba.
Ce dernier prendra son poste au 1er août 2015 et sera également membre du comité exécutif, a précisé Gurit, vendredi dans le communiqué ci-dessous. Il remplace Markus Knüsli Amacker, qui avait annoncé son départ pour mai prochain en novembre dernier.

M. Quabba est actuellement engagé par Bruker BioSpin et y occupe la position d'Executive Vice President Finance. Il a auparavant été CFO de SR Technics Group. Il rapportera au directeur général Rudolf Hadorn.

Gurit Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Gurit (SIX Swiss Exchange: GUR) today announced the appointment of Angelo Quabba as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee, effective August 1, 2015.

Angelo Quabba brings a wealth of financial leadership experience to Gurit, including proven knowledge and broad industrial experience in an international business environment. He will report to Rudolf Hadorn, Chief Executive Officer of Gurit.

Mr. Quabba joins Gurit from Bruker BioSpin where he holds the position of Executive Vice President Finance. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of SR Technics Group. Angelo Quabba holds a degree in business administration from the Zurich School of Economics and Business Administration.

“Angelo Quabba is a very proficient and experienced manager and we are pleased to have found a highly accomplished executive for the CFO position in Gurit,” said Rudolf Hadorn, CEO of Gurit.
