In his new role, Hedley will work closely with the senior management team, with responsibility for overseeing all financial operations of the company.

An experienced financial director, Hedley previously worked for Aim-listed software company, System C. The firm has over 350 employees across five offices and a turnover in excess of £40m. Hedley was instrumental in restructuring and developing the business model, and under his guidance System C also negotiated a successful acquisition by US firm McKesso.

Prior to this, Hedley worked as finance director at Octopus Investments, one of the fastest growing companies in the UK during his tenure, and the largest provider of venture capital trusts in the UK.
