Alexander Henschel joins Analysys Mason as Partner and Head of Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Alex's appointment is part of Analysys Mason's ongoing growth strategy around the globe and especially in Europe. He will be focused on helping clients in the TMT industry to develop innovative new business strategies in response to fast-changing market dynamics, increase their operational efficiency, and manage the challenges of the digital world and the digital transformation.

Analysys Mason is the global specialist adviser on telecoms, media and technology.

Alex has more than 18 years' experience of advising on new business growth strategies, operational efficiency and innovation in the TMT sector. Previously, he was the Managing Director of goetzpartners management consultants and spent 15 years developing the company's TMT expertise. Prior to this, Alex worked for Accenture.

Alex has extensive expertise in strategy, sales, customer service and customer management as well as in new business areas such as m-commerce, big data, cloud services, the Internet of Things (IoT) and over-the-top (OTT) audio-visual services, and he has advised many of the major telcos and media organisations in Europe.

He is a regular speaker at major industry events as well as an expert facilitator of senior management workshops.
