mazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) announced that Thomas J. Szkutak, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will retire from the company in June 2015. Mr. Szkutak has been Amazon’s CFO since joining the company in October 2002. Brian T. Olsavsky, Vice President of Finance for the company’s global consumer business, will succeed Mr. Szkutak as CFO. Mr. Olsavsky joined Amazon in April 2002 as Vice President of Finance. He has held numerous financial leadership roles across Amazon with global responsibility. Prior to joining Amazon, he was employed by Fisher Scientific International for 7 years in a variety of financial and business management roles.

The Hershey Company (NYSE: HSY) announced that David W. Tacka, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, intends to retire from the company at the end of the year.

DigitalGlobe (NYSE: DGI) announced that Fred Graffam will become Interim Chief Financial Officer for the company, effective Sept. 3, 2014. He assumes responsibility for financial operations as the company continues its search for a successor to departing CFO, Yancey L. Spruill. Spruill’s departure was announced previously on May 1, 2014. Graffam has served as the company’s Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis since July 2013. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, Graffam served as Senior VP of Finance – North America and Asia Pacific for Level 3 Communications from 2012 to July 2013. Before serving at Level 3, Graffam spent 17 years with Comcast Corporation, serving as Senior VP of Comcast’s Beltway Region from 2008 to 2011 and as Senior VP-Finance, West Division from 2002 to 2008. He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte.

Novotus announced that Penny Lozano joined Novotus as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Novotus, Lozano served as a consultant (CPA) in addition to serving as the CFO or Controller at various organizations including Planet Hollywood, Jupiter USA and Earthmark Companies.

Summit Healthcare REIT, Inc. announced that Elizabeth A. Pagliarini has been appointed Chief Financial Officer effective September 1, 2014. Ms. Pagliarini joined Summit in June 2014 as its Controller. Since 2008, Ms. Pagliarini has served as a principal at The Elizabeth Group. From 2005 to 2008, Ms. Pagliarini served as chief financial officer and chief compliance officer of an investment bank. Prior to that, she founded a boutique investment bank and registered broker-dealer, and served as chief executive officer and chairwoman of a Nasdaq-listed investment brokerage subsidiary. Ms. Pagliarini replaces the interim chief financial officer, Dominic J. Petrucci, who has returned his focus to his commercial real estate investment and consulting company.

Intevac, Inc. (NASDAQ: IVAC) announced that Jeffrey S. Andreson, chief financial officer (CFO), has advised the company of his resignation, effective September 19, 2014, in order to become the CFO of a publicly-traded company in the semiconductor capital equipment industry. Charles B. Eddy, who served as the company’s CFO from its founding in 1991 until his retirement in 2007, will be interim CFO while the company conducts its search for a permanent successor.

EXIGER announced the appointment of Ronald A. Collins as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Collins joins EXIGER from Update, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced discovery, legal staffing and litigation support, where he was Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Update, Mr. Collins was a managing partner at Augusta Columbia Capital. Mr. Collins has also held senior leadership roles at Altegrity, where he served most recently as treasurer and, prior to that, as its head of mergers & acquisitions. Prior to Altegrity, he was on the investment teams of numerous private equity firms including: Providence Equity Partners, Spectrum Equity Investors and CVC Capital Partners; and was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers.

Command Center, Inc. (OTC: CCNI) has appointed company director Jeff Wilson as chief financial officer. He previously served as CFO of Acumatica, and Microvison. Prior to Microvision, he held senior finance and accounting positions with Siemens Medical Systems, and earlier in his career Wilson served as a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. With the appointment of Wilson, Ralph Peterson, who has served as principal accounting officer on an interim basis since August of 2013, has retired from the company.

Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: IRWD) announced the appointment of Thomas Graney as chief financial officer (CFO) and senior vice president of finance and corporate strategy. Michael Higgins, who was CFO and chief operating officer (COO) of Ironwood, has decided to leave the company but plans to remain as COO through December 2014 to ensure a smooth transition. Prior to joining Ironwood, Mr. Graney spent 20 years working with J&J and its affiliates, most recently serving for four years as worldwide vice president of finance and CFO of Ethicon.

Millennial Media (NYSE: MM) announced the appointment of Andrew Jeanneret as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Jeanneret has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President of Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer since 2011. Prior to joining Millennial Media, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Dialysis Corporation of America. Jeanneret has also held senior level finance and accounting roles at Guilford Pharmaceuticals and Life Technologies. He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP.

Epizyme, Inc. (NASDAQ: EPZM) announced that Jason Rhodes, President and Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from the company, effective September 30, 2014. Mr. Rhodes, who has served on Epizyme’s leadership team since 2010, will be joining a venture capital firm.

Cloud Peak Energy Inc. (NYSE: CLD) announced that its current Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Michael Barrett, is planning to relocate his family back to Australia and is expected to resign from Cloud Peak Energy by the end of the first quarter of 2015. Barrett has served as Cloud Peak Energy’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September 2008. The company also announced that it expects to promote Heath Hill, currently Cloud Peak Energy’s Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer following Barrett’s departure. Hill has served as the company’s Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since September 2010. Previously, he served in various capacities with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from September 1998 to September 2010.

LGS Innovations announced the appointment of John Fitzgerald as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Fitzgerald recently served eight years as the Chief Accounting Officer for ManTech International Corporation. Prior to joining LGS, Mr. Fitzgerald provided finance and accounting services to several companies owned by private equity firms. Other positions previously held include Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of DynCorp and Vice President and Controller at Litton/PRC Inc.

WageWorks, Inc. (NYSE: WAGE) announced that Colm Callan has been appointed the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Callan most recently served as CFO of the Product and Technology division of PayPal, an eBay Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY) company. Prior to his position at PayPal, Mr. Callan was a Senior Director of Corporate Development at eBay Inc. He also brings almost a decade of technology investment banking experience from his roles at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch.

Tokai Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced the appointment of Lee Kalowski as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Tokai, Mr. Kalowski served as vice president, global biotechnology equity research at Credit Suisse. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he worked in mergers and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson, and in global pharmaceutical equity research at Sanford C. Bernstein and Prudential Equity Group.

Novatel Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVTL) announced that the Company has appointed Michael Newman as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Newman served in senior executive level positions at Websense, Inc. over an eleven-year span from 2002 to 2013. From 2011 to 2013, he served as Chief Financial Officer, and from 2002-2011 he served in a variety of capacities, including General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to his time with Websense, Mr. Newman handled securities and corporate development matters in the legal department for Gateway, Inc. Tom Allen, who has served as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since June 2014, will continue to provide consulting services to the Company, including transition assistance to Mr. Newman in his new role as CFO.

First Mountain Bank (OTC: FMBP) announced that Dennis R. Saunders, President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will be retiring as of December 31, 2014.

Pendrell Corporation (NASDAQ: PCO) announced that Steve Ednie has been appointed vice president and chief financial officer. He spent a decade at Clearwire Corporation, where he most recently served as chief accounting officer. Previously, he was director of tax for Expedia and chief tax officer for XO Communications.

Big Fish announced that it has appointed Robert J. Chamberlain as chief financial officer. For the last two decades, Chamberlain has been a senior financial executive for rapidly growing technology companies. He was CFO of PopCap Games as well as at F5 Networks. Additionally, Chamberlain has held senior financial positions at Audience Science, Watchguard Technologies, Onyx Software and Getty Images. Chamberlain began his career at KPMG.

Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: WRE) announced that Bill Camp, the Company’s Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will step down as CFO to pursue other opportunities.

BuyAutoParts.com announced that Chris Struempler has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining BuyAutoParts.com, Chris was Senior Finance Director for JC Penny’s Digital Commerce. Before JC Penney, Struempler worked for Amazon.com for 6 years in Financial Leadership roles within Merchant Services, Worldwide Operations, and as VP & Treasurer for Amazon Capital Services. Prior to Amazon, Struempler worked at Procter & Gamble for 9 years where he held various financial leadership positions.

RuiYi, Inc. announced the appointment of Mark Saad as chief financial officer (CFO). Mr. Saad was most recently CFO at Cytori Therapeutics for the past ten years. Prior to Cytori, Mr. Saad served as executive director in the Investment Banking Department at UBS, where he was both a calling officer and chief operating officer of the market leading Global Healthcare Group.

TSS, Inc. (OTC: TSSI) announced that it has appointed John K. Penver as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Penver has been acting as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of TSS since July 2, 2014. Mr. Penver was the Chief Financial Officer of Fallbrook Technologies, Inc, from November 2012 until February 2014. From February 2005 until October 2012, Mr. Penver was the Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Active Power, Inc. Mr. Penver has also held a number of senior financial leadership positions, including with Silicon Gaming, Inc., Factory Logic, Inc. and Deloitte & Touche LLP in the United States and Australia.

StationDigital Corporation (OTC: SDIG) announced the appointment of Steve Marr to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining StationDigital Corporation, Mr. Marr was the business unit director and CFO engagement director for Stone Carlie. He also was the corporate controller for a global automobile components manufacturer, and finance director of a $750M printing and electronic media company.

OGE Energy Corp. (NYSE: OGE) announced that the promotion of Sean Trauschke to President. Trauschke is currently the President of the subsidiary Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company as well as Chief Financial Officer of OGE Energy. In addition Steve Merrill has been named Chief Financial Officer of both entities. Merrill has previously served in various senior roles at OGE Energy as well as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Enogex, one of the predecessor companies to Enable Midstream Partners, LLC. Trauschke joined OGE Energy Corp. in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. He was named president of OG&E, the utility, in 2013. Merrill joined Enogex, a gas transportation company formerly a subsidiary of OGE Energy, in 2007. He transferred to OG&E as Vice President of Human Resources in 2009 and then returned to Enogex as CFO in 2012.

WPCS International Incorporated (NASDAQ: WPCS) announced the appointment of David Horin as its new Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Mr. Horin is currently a Managing Partner of Chord Advisors, LLC. From 2008 to June 2012, Mr. Horin was the Chief Financial Officer of Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group, Inc. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Horin was the Managing Director of Accounting Policy and Financial Reporting at Jefferies Group, Inc. Prior to his employment at Jefferies Group, Inc., from 2000 to 2003, Mr. Horin was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice in New York.

Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG) announced that Chris Hutter has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 6, 2014. Mr. Hutter will take over responsibilities for Dave Waldek who has served at Plug Power as interim CFO since April of 2013. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of PowerSecure International, Inc. (NYSE: POWR). Prior to PowerSecure International, Mr. Hutter served as National Vice President of Finance, Treasurer, Investor Relations and Assistant Secretary at ADVO, Inc.
