United Technologies Corporation (NYSE: UTX) announced that Gregory J. Hayes, UTC Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been elected President, Chief Executive Officer and a director. Mr. Hayes is a 25-year veteran of UTC who has served for the last six years as the company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his other responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hayes has directed communications and interactions between UTC’s Board of Directors and the investor community.

Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) announced that the Board has appointed Chief Financial Officer Janet Haugen as interim CEO.

Univar announced the appointment of Carl J. Lukach as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Lukach’s appointment follows the recent announcement that D. Beatty D’Alessandro will be leaving Univar as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on Dec. 8, 2014. Lukach most recently served as Vice President of Treasury, Tax, and Investor Relations for DuPont’s Performance Chemicals Company. Lukach previously held numerous finance and business leadership positions, including Vice President of Investor Relations, and President of DuPont East Asia.

ThousandEyes announced that Mike Staiger has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Staiger formerly served as CFO at Guavus. Previously, he was CFO of Tabula. Prior to joining Tabula, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Copper Mountain Networks.

John Barrett Holdings, Inc. announced that Steven M. Feldman has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Feldman held previous positions at Barneys New York and Intermix. During his 13 year tenure at Barneys New York, he rose from Controller to Chief Financial Officer. Steve most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Intermix. Prior to joining Barneys New York, he was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP.

Breitling Energy Corporation (OTC: BECC) announced the appointment of Trenton K. Thornock to the Board of Directors. Mr. Thornock is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Scientific Drilling International, Inc. Prior to becoming CFO of Scientific Drilling, he held management positions with Duratherm, Inc., and U.S. Zinc Corporation, where he also served on that company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Thornock was also appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee, and appointed to the Governance and Nominating Committee and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.

Unitrends announced that Brad Miller has joined as chief financial officer (CFO). Prior to joining Unitrends, he was the CFO at ikaSystems. Before ikaSystems, Miller served as the CFO of Emptoris. Miller has also held CFO and other financial executive positions at public technology companies, including Aspen Technology, Viisage, Sonus Networks, Sapient and Wang Global.

Infusionsoft announced the appointment of Curtis Smith as chief financial officer. Most recently, Smith spent more than three years as CFO of Keynote Systems.

University General Health System, Inc. (OTC: UGHS) announced that Kris Trent has been promoted from Interim Chief Financial Officer to Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Trent, who joined the Company in May 2013, originally served as Chief Accounting Officer. Ms. Trent was previously a Partner with one of America’s “Big Four” audit, tax and advisory services firms, where she was employed from January 1997 until May 2013. Prior to joining the “Big Four” auditing and advisory firm, Ms. Trent was employed by DDB Needham, one of the largest advertising firms in the world, as a Finance Associate.

Rayonier Advanced Materials (NYSE: RYAM) announced that Frank Ruperto, senior vice president, corporate development and strategic planning, will assume the new combined role of chief financial officer and senior vice president, finance and strategy. Ruperto joined Rayonier in March 2014 as senior vice president, corporate development and strategic planning. Prior to joining Rayonier, Frank served as managing director of mergers and acquisitions for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and previously served as head of global industrial M&A for Banc of America Securities. He also served as managing director, M&A at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith. With the consolidation of these roles, Benson Woo, Rayonier Advanced Materials’ senior vice president and chief financial officer, has left the company.

Birst announced the appointment of Sam Wolff as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Birst, Wolff was CFO at BlueKai. Prior to BlueKai, he held various finance roles at Yahoo! Inc., including VP of Finance for the American Sales & Marketplaces organization.

Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DLR) announced that it has appointed A. William Stein as Chief Executive Officer and to the board of directors. Mr. Stein has been serving as interim CEO since March 2014 and has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer since July 2004, as well as its Chief Investment Officer from 2004 until April 2014. Mr. Stein will continue to serve as CFO while the company searches for a permanent successor.

Continental Building Products, Inc. (NYSE: CBPX) announced that the Board has appointed Jay Bachmann, Continental’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Extreme Reach, Inc. announced the appointment of Michael C. Greiner as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Greiner joins Extreme Reach after serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for Vistaprint N.V. Mr. Greiner succeeds Nancy Lazaros, the company’s CFO since 2011. Ms. Lazaros is stepping down to spend more time with her family. Prior to joining Vistaprint N.V., Mr. Greiner served as the Global Controller, Water and Process Technologies at General Electric. He also held various finance roles of increasing responsibility at Bausch + Lomb and Wyeth and began his career at Deloitte and Touche.
