A10 Networks, Inc. [SAN JOSE, Calif.] (NYSE: ATEN) announced the appointment of Tom Constantino as executive vice president, chief financial officer. Before joining A10 Networks, Constantino served as vice president/head of accounting and finance operations at Western Digital. While at Western Digital, www.a10networks.comConstantino also served as chief financial officer of the HGST subsidiary. Constantino’s experience also includes the role of vice president, corporate finance at Hitachi Global Storage Technologies and 16 years at Hewlett-Packard. Constantino began his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. [CHICAGO] announced that Dennis M. Olis has been named interim chief financial officer. Olis will replace Melinda Whittington, who will be leaving the Company. Since November 2016, Olis has served as Allscripts Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and from November 2012 until November 2016, was the Company’s Senior Vice President, Operations. Prior to joining Allscripts in 2012, Olis worked for over 25 years in various finance roles at Motorola, most recently as Corporate Vice President Finance Operations of Motorola Mobility and before that as Corporate Vice President of Finance, Research & Development, Portfolio Management and Planning at Motorola, Inc.

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. [NASHVILLE, Tenn.] announced Amanda Mathis has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Bridgestone Americas. Mathis joined Bridgestone Americas as Controller for the Consumer Tire Division in 2012. She was later promoted to Vice President, Finance for Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations (BATO) North America and concurrently named Acting CFO in September 2016. Prior to joining Bridgestone, Mathis served in several different leadership roles for YUM! Brands, including CFO for the Long John Silver’s and A&W Restaurants divisions. MiraMed Global Services, LLC [JACKSON, Mich.] announced the addition of Fred Fazio as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Fazio served as Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald. Prior to joining Cantor, Mr. Fazio was a Managing Director in the Healthcare group at Jefferies, where he was employed for 11 years. Ms. Rhoads will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Ms. Rhoads joined the Company in 1980. Blue Jay Wireless [CARROLLTON, Texas] announced the naming of Robert W. Young as Chief Financial Officer. Robert is also in direct supervision of the Finance and Human Resource departments. Previously, he served as Controller for Blue Jay.

CareCloud [MIAMI] announced the appointment of Shari VanLoo as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining CareCloud, Ms. VanLoo owned a consulting practice specializing in CFO leadership services.

Yaana Technologies [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced the appointment of Jeffrey Zellmer as its new Chief Financial Officer. Jeff has held the position of CFO in multiple public and private companies, including MetricStream, Dental Technologies and Silicon Graphics.

Community Health Systems, Inc. [FRANKLIN, Tenn.] (NYSE: CYH) announced that Thomas J. Aaron has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Aaron succeeds W. Larry Cash, who retired after 20 years of service as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Aaron joined Community Health Systems in November 2016 following a 32-year career at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he retired as Tennessee Managing Partner.

Catasys, Inc. [LOS ANGELES] (NASDAQ: CATS) announced the appointment of Christopher Shirley as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Shirley succeeds Susan Etzel, who was appointed SVP of Finance and will remain a key member of the Company’s financial team. Mr. Shirley joins Catasys with approximately 20 years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles at healthcare technology and big data companies. Mr. Dallas will also serve on the executive leadership team which governs corporate strategy at AVEO. Most recently, Mr. Dallas served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CoLucid Pharmaceuticals. TUNE [SEATTLE] announced that Leila Kirske joins TUNE as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Kirske joins TUNE from Simply Measured where she served as CFO. Eagle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J.] (NASDAQ: EGRX) announced that Pete A. Meyers has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Meyers will also serve as the Company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. Pete A. Meyers most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Motif BioSciences Inc., from May 2016 to January 2017. Prior to his role at Motif, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of TetraLogic Pharmaceuticals Corporation from August 2013 to March 2016. Prior to joining LendingHome, he served for nearly three years as the CFO at Nationstar Mortgage. Prior to this, Robert served as the CFO and helped start Xome. Before joining Nationstar, Robert served as CFO for Altisource Portfolio Solutions and in a variety of positions at Centerline Capital, Viacom, Time Warner and KPMG.
