Evernote announced that Jeff Shotts has joined the company’s first chief financial officer. Jeff brings to Evernote a wealth of experience from companies public and private, large and mid-sized including ModCloth, eBay, and Logitech.

Herman Miller, Inc. (NASDAQ: MLHR) announced that Greg Bylsma, previously Chief Financial Officer at Herman Miller, has been named Chief Operating Officer of Herman Miller North America (Work and Learning). The company has also announced that Jeff Stutz, previously Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Herman Miller, has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bylsma has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Herman Miller since February 2009. He also has served as Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Herman Miller. Mr. Stutz joined Herman Miller in 2001 and has held numerous roles within the Company’s finance organization, including Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer & Vice President of Investor Relations, Assistant Corporate Controller, and Director of Consolidations and Reporting. He began his career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche.

Under Armour, Inc. announced that Brad Dickerson, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer has also been named Chief Operating Officer.

Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) announced that Ray Young has been named executive vice president; he remains the company’s chief financial officer and will add responsibility for oversight of ADM’s business in Asia. Young joined ADM in 2010 following a 24-year tenure with General Motors Co., during which he held executive leadership positions in finance, general management, planning and operations on four continents. Young served in Shanghai as vice president of GM International Operations, which is responsible for GM’s emerging-market operations. Earlier, he was the CFO of General Motors during 2008 and 2009, when the company went through a significant operational and financial restructuring. Between 2004 and 2007, Young was the president and managing director of GM do Brasil and Mercosur Operations, based in São Paulo. His tenure with GM also included serving as the company’s North America vice president of finance; executive-in-charge of Suzuki global alliance in Hamamatsu, Japan; regional European treasurer in Brussels; and director of capital markets and foreign exchange in New York. Young is a member of the board of directors of International Paper Company. Vikram Luthar has been named senior vice president, Strategy. Vikram Luthar is also chief financial officer for the company’s Corn business unit. Previously, Luthar served as ADM’s group vice president, Finance. Luthar joined ADM in 2004 as vice president and treasurer. Prior to that, he spent 11 years with General Motors Co., serving in various treasury and corporate finance positions in the United States and Asia.

Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) announced that Peter G. Leemputte, its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the company for personal reasons. Effective March 13, 2015, he will transition his responsibilities to Charles Urbain. Mr. Urbain, currently Mead Johnson’s Chief Development Officer, will serve as Interim CFO until a permanent replacement is named. Mr. Leemputte will be available to assist in the transition through June 30, 2015. Mr. Leemputte has been with Mead Johnson since September 2008. Mr. Urbain has been with the company for 28 years and has held a variety of senior line management positions. Among other roles, he has led the company’s business in each of its regions, including Asia, and served as its Chief Financial Officer when Mead Johnson was still a division of Bristol-Myers Squibb. Mr. Urbain spent his early career with Price, Waterhouse & Co. in London and subsequently held various positions in finance, tax and treasury at Schlumberger Limited, before joining Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) appointed Michael A. Sherman as a new director. Mr. Sherman is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Endocyte Inc. He has been Endocyte’s Chief Financial Officer since 2006. Previously, Mr. Sherman served in various executive roles, most recently as vice president of finance and strategic planning of Guidant Corporation.

FEI Company (NASDAQ: FEIC) announced that Anthony L. Trunzo has accepted an offer to join the company as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective April 10, 2015. Mr. Trunzo will succeed Raymond A. Link, who is retiring after having served as FEI’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since July 2005, and as interim Chief Executive Officer and CFO from April 2006 to August 2006. Since 2010, Mr. Trunzo has been Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of FLIR Systems, Inc. He joined FLIR in August 2003 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development. Prior to joining FLIR, Mr. Trunzo was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities, LLC and previously held various positions at PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

FLIR Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLIR) announced that Tony Trunzo, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has resigned effective March 27, 2015, to pursue other professional opportunities. Dave Muessle, Vice President, Corporate Controller and the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer, who joined FLIR in 2000, will work closely with Tony in transition and serve as interim Chief Financial Officer.

Chambers Street Properties (NYSE: CSG) announced that Martin Reid, Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed to serve as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer until a permanent President and Chief Executive Officer is named. He will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Reid has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since June 2012, its Treasurer and Secretary since September 2012, and a member of the board of trustees since March 2005.

MicroStrategy® Incorporated (NASDAQ: MSTR) announced that Douglas K. Thede, Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, has informed the company of his intention to retire on December 31, 2015.

Vestis Retail Group, LLC announced the appointment of Susan J. “Sue” Riley to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Riley worked on a consulting basis as interim CFO in recent months. She also served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, at The Children’s Place Retail Stores, Inc., and as Chief Financial Officer at Klinger Advanced Aesthetics, Inc., Abercrombie & Fitch Company and The Dial Corporation, and as Vice President and Treasurer for Colgate-Palmolive Company. She spent a decade with Tambrands, Inc. Ms. Riley currently serves on the boards of directors of United Stationers Inc. and PJM Interconnection, LLC.

Zscaler announced that Sydney Carey has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Carey most recently served as CFO of MongoDB, and prior to that spent nine years at TIBCO, most recently as executive vice president and CFO. She serves on the boards of Proofpoint and Bazaarvoice.

Sailthru announced that Amy Shapero has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Sailthru, Shapero served as Senior Vice President overseeing Strategy, Corporate Communications and Corporate Development at DigitalGlobe. Prior to DigitalGlobe, Shapero served as Chief Financial Officer of Spot Trading. Prior to Spot, Shapero was the Chief Financial Officer of Standard & Poor’s, a business unit of The McGraw-Hill Companies.

SkyWest, Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYW) has named Robert J. Simmons as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Simmons has a diverse background in corporate finance and public companies and has served as Chairman and board member of the Association for Financial Professionals.

IronPlanet announced Debbie Schleicher as the company’s new chief financial officer (CFO). Schleicher has worked in a number of international public accounting firms, including Arthur Andersen, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Grant Thornton. She most recently served as the National Partner in Charge of Grant Thornton’s Tax and Finance Optimization and Global Compliance and Reporting practices. Prior to her nearly eight-year tenure as a partner at Grant Thornton, Schleicher was a partner at SC&H Group and a managing director with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Schleicher started her career at Arthur Andersen and worked there for 15 years.

Hampshire Group, Limited (OTC: HAMP) announced that Trey Darwin, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Hampshire Group, has been terminated effective March 2, 2015. Paul Buxbaum, Hampshire Group’s Chief Executive Officer, along with Chief Operating Officer, David Price, are currently overseeing the Company’s finance and reporting functions.

SpartanNash Company (NASDAQ: SPTN) announced that Dave Staples, SpartanNash’s current Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). Staples joined SpartanNash in January 2000, serving as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November of 2000. Prior to joining SpartanNash, Staples held positions with Kmart and Arthur Andersen

Siebert Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: SIEB) announced that Joseph M. Ramos, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Siebert Financial, will act as Principal Executive Officer to those. Mr. Ramos has been Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of Siebert Financial since 2003 and Chief Financial Officer of Siebert, Brandford, Shank, & Co., L.L.C. since 2009. Prior to joining Siebert, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Internet Financial Services, Inc. from 1999 to 2002. Previously, Mr. Ramos served as Chief Financial Officer of Nikko Securities International, Inc. for nearly four years. Previous to that position, he worked at Cantor Fitzgerald for nine years, holding various accounting and management positions, the last as Chief Financial Officer of its registered broker-dealer based in Los Angeles. Mr. Ramos was an audit manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP, a public accounting firm from 1982 to 1987. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York.

Aclara Technologies LLC announced that Kurt Bruenning has joined as chief financial officer, senior vice president of finance, accounting, information technology and legal functions. Most recently, he was vice president of finance and treasury at Foresight Energy LP. Previously, Bruenning was vice president and treasurer at MEMC Electronic Materials.

Adaptive Biotechnologies announced that Chad Cohen, Zillow Group CFO, is joining its Board of Director as Chair of the Audit Committee. Before joining Zillow, Chad worked for Ticketmaster Entertainment as assistant controller and financial integrity manager. Previously, Chad was vice president and assistant controller for Countrywide Bank and supervising senior auditor at Ernst & Young. He started his career as a financial planning analyst for Novellus Systems. Chad also serves as an independent director for Ticketfly.

Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT) announced that Thomas J. Edwards Jr. has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He joins Brinker from Wyndham Worldwide where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of the Wyndham Hotel Group. Prior to this, Edwards also held a number of leadership positions with Kraft Foods and Nabisco Foods during his 14-year tenure.

Penumbra, Inc. announced that Sri Kosaraju is joining the company as chief financial officer and head of strategy. Kosaraju brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare finance, including most recently heading Healthcare and co-heading TMT Equity Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan.

Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (NYSE: RHP) announced that executive vice president and chief financial officer Mark Fioravanti has been promoted to president of the Company. He will also retain his duties as chief financial officer. Mr. Fioravanti has served as the Company’s chief financial officer for the past six years. Prior to joining Ryman Hospitality Properties’ predecessor in 2002, Mr. Fioravanti held several senior and property-level positions with Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. in the areas of finance, administration and strategic planning.

Wealth-X announced the appointment of Richard Green as its Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Richard was president and CEO of Roubini Global Economics. Prior to assuming his role as CEO, he served as Roubini’s CFO and then COO. He held senior finance positions at Roubini Global Economics; Foote, Cone and Belding; Servisair; and Baker Tilly.

United Community Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: UCFC), holding company of The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, is pleased to announce that Timothy W. Esson has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer of UCFC and Executive Vice President of Home Savings. Mr. Esson has been with Home Savings since May 2003, and he was appointed Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer of UCFC on April 10, 2014. Mr. Esson also served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Home Savings since March 2011. Prior to that time, Mr. Esson served as Vice President of Finance of Home Savings.

Affinity Gaming announced the appointment of Walter Bogumil as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer to succeed Donna Lehmann, who previously announced her intent to resign as of March 31, 2015. Mr. Bogumil’s employment with the Company will commence March 19, 2015 and he will assume the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer responsibilities on April, 1, 2015. Mr. Bogumil joins Affinity from Penn National Gaming where he served in various capacities since April 2002, and most recently as Vice President of Financial Analysis. Prior to that, he served as a Business Manager at Microsoft, from 2000 through 2002, as a Finance Manager for Sun International Resorts from 1998 through 2000, and as a Financial Analyst for Walt Disney World from 1996 through 1998.

diaDexus, Inc. (OTC: DDXS) announced the appointment of Leone Patterson as chief financial officer. Before joining diaDexus, she was vice president and chief financial officer at Transcept Pharmaceuticals Inc. from June 2012. Previously, Ms. Patterson was vice president and global corporate controller of NetApp from November 2010 to June 2012. Ms. Patterson was vice president of finance at Exelixis from July 2007 to November 2010. Before Exelixis, Ms. Patterson served as vice president of global business planning and analysis of the Vaccines and Diagnostics Division of Novartis AG from April 2006 to July 2007. From 1999 to 2006, she held several positions, including vice president, corporate controller at Chiron. From 1989 to 1999, Ms. Patterson worked in the audit practice of accounting firm KPMG where she held various positions including senior manager.

FONU2, Inc. (OTC: FONU) announced Graham Bradstreet has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Graham Bradstreet served as one of three founders of the Working Title Group of Companies in 1986.

DDR Corp. (NYSE: DDR) announced that it has appointed Luke J. Petherbridge to the role of chief financial officer. Mr. Petherbridge joined DDR as senior vice president of capital markets in December 2011, and most recently held the role of executive vice president of capital markets and treasurer. Mr. Petherbridge formerly served as the chief executive officer and a director of shopping center owner EDT Retail Trust (formerly Macquarie DDR Trust). Before that, Mr. Petherbridge served as director of transactions with Rubicon Asset Management.

AGS® announced the appointment of Kimo Akiona to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Akiona most recently served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller and Director of SEC Reporting at Bally Technologies/SHFL entertainment, where he spent nearly 10 years in various positions.

BIOLASE, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOL) announced that it has hired veteran financial executive David C. Dreyer as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dreyer replaces Frederick D. Furry, who resigned January 31 to pursue other opportunities. Most recently, from 2010 to 2014, Mr. Dreyer was Chief Financial Officer of Patient Safety Technologies Inc. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Dreyer was Chief Financial Officer of Alphastaff Inc. Previously, from 2004 to 2009, Mr. Dreyer was Chief Financial Officer of AMN Health Services Inc. Mr. Dreyer has also worked as a Chief Financial Officer at Sicor Inc. and Gensia Sicor Pharmaceutical and as the Financial Director of Elan Pharma-Athena Neurosciences. Mr. Dreyer currently serves on the Boards of Directors of two public companies: InfuSystem, Inc. and Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc.

Aria Systems announced the appointment of Mark Verbeck as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Aria, Verbeck was CFO at Coupa Software and previously was CFO at BLADE Network Technologies (acquired by IBM). He was also a prominent executive and Wall Street analyst covering technology companies for Piper Jaffray, Epoch Partners (acquired by Goldman Sachs), Cantor Fitzgerald, and Citigroup. Earlier in his career, Verbeck worked at Deloitte and Touche.

EZCORP, Inc. (NASDAQ: EZPW) announced that Mark Ashby has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ashby joins EZCORP from Myer Holdings Limited, Australia’s largest department store group, where he served as Chief Financial Officer for seven years. Prior to joining Myer, Mr. Ashby spent five years with Mitre 10 Australia Ltd., serving as Chief Financial Officer (2004 to 2008) and Group General Manager, Home and Trade Division (2003 to 2004). Prior to that, Mr. Ashby was Founder and Director, Business Development and Funding Consulting for Clearview Business Advisory Pty Ltd. (2001 to 2003); Chief Financial and Operating Officer for The Oriel Network (1999 to 2001); and Finance Director for Sportsgirl Sportscraft Group (1994 to 1999). Mr. Ashby also spent nine years (1985 to 1994) with Motorola Australia Pty Ltd., serving in a variety of finance and accounting roles, including Director of Finance, Australasia and Director of Consumer Finance, Asia.

KKR Financial Holdings LLC announced that Michael McFerran provided notice of his resignation from the Board of Directors and the executive committee of the Board and as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Board appointed Thomas Murphy to succeed Mr. McFerran as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Murphy has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company since February 2009.

Marathon Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: MPC) announced the appointment of Timothy T. Griffith as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Griffith joined MPC in August 2011 as vice president of finance and treasurer, and assumed responsibility for investor relations in early 2014.

LPL Financial LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: LPLA) announced that it has named current chief financial officer Dan Arnold to the role of president. Prior to becoming CFO for LPL, Arnold served as managing director, head of strategy for the firm. Previously, Arnold served as divisional president of LPL’s Institution Services business, a distinction he earned after 12 years of leading UVEST, a broker dealer that was acquired by LPL in 2007. With Arnold’s appointment to president, Tom Lux has been named acting chief financial officer. Lux joined LPL in 2009, holding several positions in LPL’s finance organization, including executive vice president and chief accounting officer. With 30 years of accounting experience, Lux has held leadership roles with National Financial Services, Wachovia Securities, Everen Securities and Deloitte and Touche.

EveryWare Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVRY) announced that they will appoint Robert M. Ginnan as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company in April. Mr. Ginnan comes to EveryWare Global after more than two decades with Standard Register, where he was Standard Register’s Chief Financial Officer for six years. Joel Mostrom, EveryWare’s Interim CFO, will continue to work with the Company to support a seamless transition.

MusclePharm Corporation (OTC: MSLP) announced the promotion of John Price to Chief Financial Officer. Price joined MusclePharm in July 2014, serving as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Finance, and as the Chairman of the Company’s Disclosure Committee and its Risk Management Officer. Price succeeds Donald Prosser, who will continue to be employed by MusclePharm as a non-executive officer through the remainder of his employment agreement, which terminates on April 15, 2015. Prior to MusclePharm, Price served as Vice President of Finance-North America at Opera Software. Previously, he was Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of GCT Semiconductor. Price also served in various roles at Tessera Technologies, including Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller.
