General Cable Corporation [HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky.] (NYSE: BGC) announced that Brian J. Robinson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will leave the company pending the identification of a successor.

Francesca’s Holdings Corporation [HOUSTON] (NASDAQ: FRAN) announced the appointment of Kelly M. Dilts as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Dilts currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Tailored Brands, Inc., (formerly Men’s Wearhouse, Inc.). She joined Tailored Brands in 1998 as Assistant Controller and has also served as its Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer, as well as its Vice President of Finance & Accounting. Prior to joining Tailored Brands, Ms. Dilts worked at Olympia Enterprises and Deloitte & Touche.

Myers Industries, Inc. [AKRON, Ohio] (NYSE:MYE) announced that Greggory W. Branning, its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary has left the Company. Kevin Brackman, Vice President and Controller, will be acting as Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis.

Science Applications International Corp. [MCLEAN, Va.] (NYSE: SAIC) announced the departure of its Chief Financial Officer, John R. Hartley.

NiSource Inc. [MERRILLVILLE, Ind.] (NYSE: NI) announced that its Board of Directors elected Wayne S. DeVeydt to the Board. DeVeydt currently serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Indiana-based Anthem, Inc. Prior to his role as Anthem’s CFO, he served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer at Anthem and before that was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Sovereign Health Group [SAN CLEMENTE, Calif.] has named Kevin D. Gallagher as the new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gallagher previously served as the Treasurer and Division CFO at Nestle USA, Inc. and as the General Manager and CFO at Vehicular Technologies, Inc.

Calimmune Inc. [TUCSON, Ariz.] has appointed Mark Smith as chief financial officer. Previously, he held the same role for Gevo. He also held the CFO post for Replidyne, and has served in various financial executive capacities at healthcare companies including Nabi Biopharmaceuticals, Neuromedical Systems, Genzyme Corp. and Genetrix. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mirati Therapeutics, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: MRTX) announced the promotion of Jamie A. Donadio to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Donadio first joined Mirati in 2013 serving as Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Mirati, Mr. Donadio spent 12 years at Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., most recently serving as Senior Director of Finance,. Mr. Donadio has also held various roles at Novatel Wireless and Ernst & Young.

Livongo Health [MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.] announced the addition of Anna Baird as Chief Financial Officer. She previously served as President and CFO at RadiumOne, as well as more than 17 years at KPMG.

The Flinn Foundation [PHOENIX] has named Stacy L. Tucker its new Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Tucker previously served as chief operating officer of a single-family office in Phoenix, which included management of the Timothy T. Day Foundation, Inc. Her experience also includes a 10-year stint at Bar-S Foods Co., where she served as director of taxation, and positions in the tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in both the Phoenix and Los Angeles offices.

Property Damage Appraisers [FORT WORTH, Texas] announced that Jennifer Salazar has joined the company as chief financial officer. Previously, Salazar worked at the International Bowling Campus as the chief financial officer. Prior to that, she worked as the director of accounting for American Consolidated Media. She also held accounting positions with Gannett, Inc., Belo Corporation, AT&T and BP/AMOCO.

AMP Solar Group Inc. [NEW YORK] announced that Phil Henson will join the company as Chief Financial Officer. Phil joins AMP Solar from AES Distributed Energy Inc. where he was the Chief Financial Officer. Phil is an experienced energy finance executive having held senior roles at Main Street Power Company Inc. (the predecessor of AES Distributed Energy), Solar Power Partners, Inc. and XL Capital Assurance Inc.

GenSpera, Inc. [SAN ANTONIO] (OTCQB: GNSZ) announced that Craig A. Dionne, has resigned as GenSpera’s CEO and CFO. Russell Richerson, GenSpera’s Chief Operating Officer and Secretary, has been named Interim Principal Executive Officer and Principal Accounting Officer.

PierianDx [ST LOUIS] announced that Bryan J. Carey has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors. Carey currently serves as the executive vice president, CFO and director of Sunspire Health. Prior to joining Sunspire, Carey served as the President and CFO of 21st Century Oncology, Managing Director of Vestar Capital Partners, and CFO and Managing Director, Europe, of Aearo Corporation.

Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. [MILLERSBURG, Pa.] (NASDAQ: MPB) announced Michael D. Peduzzi is joining the organization as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Peduzzi joins Mid Penn from Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. and PeoplesBank of York, Pennsylvania, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

CareDx, Inc. [Brisbane, CA] (NASDAQ: CDNA) announced that Charles Constanti will become its new chief financial officer, replacing Ken Ludlum. He most recently served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Procera Networks, Inc. until September 2015. From April 2005 to February 2007, Mr. Constanti served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Netopia, Inc., which was acquired in February 2007 by Motorola, Inc., where he served as Senior Finance Director until May 2009. Previously, Mr. Constanti held various senior finance positions at Quantum Corporation and Bank of America Corporation, and was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Chart Industries, Inc. [CLEVELAND] (NASDAQ: GTLS) announced that Kenneth J. Webster has been named Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding retiring CFO Michael F. Biehl.

Bromium, Inc. [CUPERTINO, Calif.] announced Earl Charles as the companies new CFO. Prior to Bromium, Charles was CFO of AOptix Technologies, Inc. Charles also served as CFO of XenSource.
