State Street Corporation [BOSTON] (NYSE: STT) announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Michael (Mike) W. Bell will step down from his role within the next year.

The Allstate Insurance Company [NORTHBROOK, Ill.] (NYSE: ALL) announced that Allstate Chief Financial Officer Steve Shebikwill serve in an expanded role as interim chief investment officer while the company seeks a replacement for it’s CIO.

Yahoo! Inc. [SUNNYVALE, Calif.] (NASDAQ:YHOO) announced that Eric K. Brandt has been appointed to the board of directors of the company. Erik, served as the Chief Financial Officer of Broadcom Corporation, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Avanir Pharmaceuticals, and as the Chief Financial Officer of Allergan, Inc. Brandt also served as Vice President and Partner at The Boston Consulting Group. Brandt is a director of Lam Research Corporation and Dentsply Sirona Inc.

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. [PITTSBURGH] (NYSE: AEO) announced that Mary Boland, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, plans to retire.

General Mills [MINNEAPOLIS] (NYSE: GIS) elected Maria G. Henry to its board of directors. Ms. Henry currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Kimberly-Clark Corporation, which she joined in 2015. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Ms. Henry was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hillshire Brands. Earlier in her career, Ms. Henry served in various senior leadership positions in Finance and Strategy Clayton, Dubilier, and Rice, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Culligan International.

Reinsurance Group of America, Inc. [ST. LOUIS] (NYSE: RGA) announced that Todd C. Larson, currently the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, has been named Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He will succeed Jack B. Lay, who is retiring. Larson, joined RGA in 1995 as Vice President and Controller, and assumed additional responsibilities as RGA grew.

RiskSense® Inc. [ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.] announced Brett Newsome joins as chief financial officer. Previously, Brett served as chief financial officer for Infrastructure-as-Service providers, Joyent and GoGrid. Newsome also served as vice president of finance for UltraDNS. He also held leadership roles with KPMG and Citi.

Cayan, The Payment Possibilities Company™ [BOSTON, MA] announced that Chris Menard has joined Cayan as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Cayan, Chris served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for both Bit9 and Brightcove. Additionally, Chris has held multiple senior level administrative positions at Phase Forward, including Chief Financial Officer.

Houghton Mifflin Harcourt [BOSTON] (NASDAQ: HMHC) announced that Joseph P. Abbott, Jr. will succeed Eric Shuman, as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Abbott joins HMH from Morgan Stanley. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Abbott served as an officer in the United States Navy and as an assistant professor of Naval Science at Northwestern University.

CRISPR Therapeutics [BASEL, Switzerland and CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced the appointment of Marc Becker as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining CRISPR Therapeutics, Mr. Becker served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of rEVO Biologics. Prior to rEVO, Mr. Becker spent 10 years at Genzyme, most recently serving as Finance Director for the UK and Ireland before returning to the United States to become the Vice President of Finance. Mr. Becker started his career in auditing and commercial lending for financial services firms, KPMG and BankBoston.

Blackeagle Energy Services [DENVER] announced that Brady Burleson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. He has worked in senior positions for Lafarge and Tierdael Construction and most-recently served as the CFO for Trautman & Shreve.

Granite Bank [COLEBROOK, N.H.] is pleased to announce the promotion of Avis Brosseau to Chief Financial Officer. Brosseau has served in a variety of roles at Granite Bank, including Senior Vice President/Finance, Commercial Loan Officer, Compliance Officer, Regional Manager and Senior Vice President/Chief Credit Administration Officer.

Dana Holding Corporation [MAUMEE, Ohio] (NYSE: DAN) announced that Jonathan Collins has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Collins joins the company after serving in the same role at ProQuest since 2013. Prior to that role, he served as vice president of global financial operations for ProQuest. Mr. Collins also served in executive operational and commercial finance positions at International Automotive Components Group (IAC) from 2007 to 2010. Prior to his time at IAC, he worked at Lear Corporation.

Paramount Group, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: PGRE) announced the appointment of Wilbur Paes as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Paes succeeds Michael Walsh. Mr. Paes joined Paramount in 2014 as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. Before joining the Company’s Executive Management Team, Mr. Paes spent over 11 years at Vornado Realty Trust. Prior to that, Mr. Paes worked for the international public accounting firms of KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.

ID Experts [PORTLAND, Ore.] announced it has hired Allen Muhich as chief financial officer. Most recently, Muhich was CFO of Smarsh. Muhich has also held key finance roles at RadiSys, Tektronix, and Xerox.

Open Systems Technologies [NEW YORK, NY] has hired Kevin Seltzer as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Open Systems, Seltzer was a partner at B2B CFO®. Prior to B2B CFO®, Seltzer served in multiple senior finance positions for private equity firms, including AEA Investors LP and The Blackstone Group LP.

Xylem Inc. [RYE BROOK, N.Y.] (NYSE: XYL) announced that Mark Rajkowski has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He most recently served as a strategic advisor to WestRock Company, and previously served as CFO for MeadWestvaco. Before joining MeadWestvaco in 2004, Rajkowski worked at Eastman Kodak Company. He began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.

LifeLock, Inc. [TEMPE, Ariz.] (NYSE: LOCK) announced that Chris Power, the company’s chief financial officer, has announced his intention to transition out of his current role. At that time, Douglas Jeffries will succeed Power as chief financial officer. Jeffries has served as chief financial officer at RetailMeNot, Taleo Corp and Palm, Inc, and vice president of finance and chief accounting officer of eBay. Most recently, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Xero.

Selective Insurance Group, Inc. [BRANCHVILLE, N.J.] (NASDAQ: SIGI) announced that Dale A. Thatcher, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has informed the Board of Directors of his intent to retire from the Company. Mr. Thatcher joined Selective in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer.

BioLife Solutions, Inc. [BOTHELL, Wash.] (NASDAQ: BLFS) announced that Roderick de Greef has joined the Company as interim Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. He previously served on BioLife’s board of directors for over a decade through 2013. Mr. de Greef has held a number of senior executive financial positions and served on the boards of several public companies including Endologix, Cambridge Heart, Cardiac Science, Elephant Talk Communications, and BioLife Solutions. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee for publicly traded Elephant Talk Communications.

Agile Fund Solutions, LLC [NEW YORK, LOS ANGELES and SAN FRANCISCO] announced that industry veteran David Proskin has joined their New York office as a Chief Financial Officer.

Barrett Business Services, Inc. [VANCOUVER, WA.] (NASDAQ: BBSI) has appointed board member Thomas Carley as interim CFO, replacing Jim Miller following termination of his employment.

Quantcast [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the promotion of Stephen R. Collins to President and CFO. Collins served on the leadership team as Quantcast’s CFO for the past nine months and, prior to joining full-time, was a strategic and operational advisor to the Company. Before joining Quantcast, Collins was CEO and Director of Bazaarvoice and served as CFO and CIO of Doubleclick.

Darden Restaurants, Inc. [ORLANDO, Fla.] (NYSE: DRI) announced that Ricardo Cardenas has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, replacing Jeffrey Davis who has left Darden. Most recently, Cardenas served as Chief Strategy Officer for Darden. He began his career with Darden in 1984 before joining the restaurant support center team in 1992 as an auditor. He left Darden in 1996 to attend graduate school and then was a strategy consultant for both Bain & Company and The Parthenon Group. He returned to Darden in 2001 and has held multiple finance roles during his tenure including Darden’s Senior Vice President of Finance, Strategy and Technology, Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller for LongHorn Steakhouse, and Vice President of Finance and Assistant Controller for Olive Garden.

Crown Castle International Corp. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: CCI) announced it has appointed Daniel Schlanger as Chief Financial Officer effective June 1, 2016, and will become Senior Vice President as of April 1, 2016. Mr. Schlanger previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Exterran GP LLC, from June 2006 through March 2009 and as a director on Exterran GP LLC’s board of directors from October 2006 through November 2015. More recently, Mr. Schlanger served as Senior Vice President of Global Products at Exterran Corporation. Prior to working with Exterran Partners, L.P. and Exterran Corporation, Mr. Schlanger was employed as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Co.

FOCUS Brands Inc. [ATLANTA] announced the appointment of Michael Dixon as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Ignite Restaurant Group, Inc. Prior to that he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pinkberry, Inc., Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The Cheesecake Factory, Inc., Vice President and Controller for Petsmart.com, Director of Finance and Business Development for The Walt Disney Company and as a CPA at Coopers & Lybrand.

FARO Technologies, Inc. [LAKE MARY, Fla.] (NASDAQ: FARO) announced that Laura A. Murphy-Wolf will resign from her position as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In the interim, the Company’s Finance team will be jointly led by Robert Seidel, who has been appointed Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations, and Janet D’Anjou, Vice President and Corporate Controller.

ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NASDAQ: ARIA) announced the appointment of Manmeet S. Soni, as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, succeeding Edward M. Fitzgerald. Mr. Soni most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Pharmacyclics, Inc. before that, Mr. Soni worked at ZELTIQ Aesthetics Inc. Prior to ZELTIQ, Mr. Soni worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers San Jose, in the Life Science and Venture Capital Group. Prior to that, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, India.

SunEdison, Inc. [MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo.] (NYSE: SUNE) announced that Ilan Daskal has been appointed chief financial officer designee and executive vice president, replacing Brian Wuebbels. Daskal, is presently the interim chief financial officer of Aricent, and a board member and chairman of the audit committee of Ixia. Prior to his current role, he acted as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Cepheid. From 2008 to 2015, Daskal was the executive vice president and chief financial officer at International Rectifier Corporation. Prior to joining International Rectifier, from 2001 to 2008 Daskal worked at Infineon Technologies, most recently as the vice president, in addition to earlier positions as chief financial officer at both Savan Communications Ltd. and Smartlink Ltd.

Easterly Government Properties, Inc. [WASHINGTON, D.C.] (NYSE: DEA) announced that Meghan Baivier has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, replacing Alison Bernard. Ms. Baivier joined Easterly in May, 2015 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Easterly, Ms. Baivier served as Vice President of Citigroup’s Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking group.

Intapp [PALO ALTO, CA] announced the appointment of Steve Robertson as Chief Financial Officer. Robertson joins Intapp from Axiom Law, where he served as CFO. Prior to joining Axiom, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of RMS. Before his 18-year career as a CFO, Mr. Robertson worked for 12 years as an investment banker.

PINEAPPLE EXPRESS, INC. [LOS ANGELES] (OTC: PNPL) announced that it has hired Sean Cunningham as interim Chief Financial Officer for Pineapple Express, Inc. Cunningham replaces Matthew Feinstein, the company’s CEO, President, and Chairman, who will step down from the position of interim CFO. Mr. Feinstein will continue to serve as CEO, President, and Chairman of the company. Mr. Cunningham will be interim CFO for a 90-day trial period. The Company intends to transition Mr. Cunningham to fill the position of CFO on a permanent basis, thereafter.

Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. [LEHI, Utah] (NASDAQ: NATR) announced that Steve Bunker, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will be retiring from the company.

Center for Diagnostic Imaging [MINNEAPOLIS] announced the promotion of Ryan Raschke to chief financial officer. Raschke was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer in 2015 and has supported CDI’s finance, treasury, and business development functions. He joined CDI in 1998, and has held various roles within CDI including vice president-treasurer, assistant treasurer, manager of treasury and financial analysis, and financial analyst.

SpartanNash [GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.] (NASDAQ: SPTN) announced that Chris Meyers will become the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the company, effective April 11, 2016. Meyers has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Naperville, Illinois-based KeHE Distributors. Dave Staples has been acting as SpartanNash’s interim CFO since March 1, 2015, when he was appointed Chief Operating Officer for the company. Staples joined SpartanNash in January 2000, serving as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November of 2000.
