Halliburton Company [HOUSTON] (NYSE: HAL) announced that Chief Financial Officer Mark McCollum has left the Company to become Chief Executive Officer at Weatherford International plc (NYSE: WFT). Halliburton Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Robb L. Voyles, has been named interim CFO. Halliburton has engaged an executive search firm to conduct a comprehensive search for its next CFO. The Company also announced the promotion of Lyn Beaty to senior vice president of Finance.

Sabra Dipping Company [WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.] has appointed Paula Fitzgerald as Chief Financial Officer. Fitzgerald joins Sabra with nearly ten years of experience at PepsiCo, which jointly owns Sabra with The Strauss Group. At PepsiCo, she held key financial leadership roles including most recently Senior Director, Walmart Sales Finance for PepsiCo North America Beverages. Previously, she was Senior Director, Brand & Innovation Finance. Prior to working at PepsiCo, she served as Finance Director for Pfizer’s Consumer Healthcare Strategy and Business Development team.

Zuora, Inc. [San Mateo, Calif.] announced that Ken Goldman, chief financial officer at Yahoo, has joined Zuora’s board of directors as an independent director. Prior to joining Yahoo, he was the CFO of Fortinet Inc., and before that he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Dexterra, Inc. Goldman also served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, and CFO of Siebel Systems, Inc. Goldman currently serves on the boards of directors of GoPro, Inc., NXP Semiconductors N.V., TriNet Group Inc., and Yahoo Japan Corporation. He is a member of the Standing Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

Zerto [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Ken Goldman, chief financial officer at Yahoo!, to its board of directors. Prior to Yahoo!, Ken served as CFO for Fortinet, Siebel Systems, Excite@Home, Sybase and Cypress Semiconductor. He has also served on the boards of directors of multiple tech companies including GoPro, NXP Semiconductors N.V., TriNet Group, Yahoo Japan Corporation, and he recently joined Zuora’s board of directors. Mr. Goldman is also a member of the Standing Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

Infutor [Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.] announced that Drew Plisco has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Infutor, Drew was the vice president of finance at Sage Group plc and previously was responsible for the global financial planning and analysis function at First Advantage.

Aqua-Chem [KNOXVILLE, Tennessee] announced that Christopher Game is joining the Company as the Chief Financial Officer. From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Game was the chief financial officer & chief operating officer of Contour Industries, Inc. From 2008 to 2012, he served as Chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Asia for DelStar Technologies. From 2006 to 2008, he was the Corporate Controller & Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning of American LaFrance. Mr. Game started his career with Behr America in 1996.

Stratix [NORCROSS, Ga.] announced that Jim Morgan is joining the executive team as chief financial officer. Morgan comes to Stratix from Cardlytics, where he was the company’s first CFO. Previously, Morgan was CFO for Liaison Technologies. He has also worked at The Walt Disney Company, Goldman Sachs, CafeMedia and nuBridges.

Ossia [BELLEVUE, Wash.] announced that Tim Beard joins as Chief Financial Officer. Tim Beard joins Ossia from the Technology Investment Banking group at Raymond James. Earlier in his career, Tim was a member of the technology group at BofA Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.

Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. [PROVO, Utah] (NYSE: NUS) announced the appointment of Mark H. Lawrence as chief financial officer. Lawrence will replace Ritch Wood, who will become the chief executive officer of the company. Lawrence recently served as the head of finance for Amazon-Lab126. In addition, he has held senior financial leadership roles at companies Polycom and Brocade as well as Vivint Smart Home.

True Nature Holding, Inc. [ATLANTA, GA] (OTCQB: TNTY) announced the appointment of Susanne Leahy as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. She replaces Christopher Knauf, who will no longer serve as Chief Financial Officer and will focus solely on serving the Company as Chief Executive Officer. From 2013 – 2016, Susanne Leahy functioned as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations at Cinedigm. From 2000-2012, Ms. Leahy worked at New Video Group, where she was VP of Finance & Operations. From 1999-2000 Leahy was General Accounting Manager for Bulgari Corporation of America. From 1996-1999 she was Assistant Manager of Passenger Revenue for British Airways. From 1990-1996 she worked as Assistant Payroll Supervisor for the New York Institute of Technology.

Spredfast [AUSTIN, TX] announced Lynn Atchison has joined the company as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Spredfast, Atchison was the CFO at HomeAway, Inc. Prior to HomeAway, Atchison was the CFO of Infoglide Software and senior vice president and CFO at Hoover’s Online.

William Mills Agency [ATLANTA] announced the promotion of Michael Misoyianis to chief financial officer. Misoyianis has been with William Mills Agency for more than 10 years, most recently serving as vice president of accounting and finance.

Tocagen Inc. [SAN DIEGO] announced the appointment of Mark Foletta as executive vice president and chief financial officer, succeeding Tom Darcy, a company co-founder who is retiring. Mr. Darcy will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors. Mr. Foletta previously served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. through the company’s acquisition by Bristol-Myers Squibb in August 2012. Mr. Foletta currently serves as a board member for several biopharmaceutical companies, including AMN Healthcare, Inc., Regulus Therapeutics Inc. and DexCom, Inc., and chairs each of their audit committees. Prior to Amylin, Mr. Foletta held roles of increasing responsibility at Intermark, Inc./Triton Group Ltd., including serving as senior vice president, chief financial officer and corporate secretary. Previous to this position he held various roles of increasing responsibility at Ernst & Young, LLP, including serving as audit manager.

Grow Condos, Inc. [EAGLE POINT, OR] (OTCQB: GRWC) announced the appointment of Charles B. Mathews as Corporate Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mathews has operated as a successful proprietor, Charles B. Mathews, CPA, an accounting and business consulting firm in Phoenix, AZ since 2000. He recently served as Chief Financial Officer for mCig, Inc. and Vitacig, Inc. in addition to his tenure as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quepasa Corporation. Joann Z. Cleckner resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Grow Condos, Inc. Ms. Cleckner will remain as the Secretary of the Company.

Nexus Systems [FALLS CHURCH, VA] announced that John Bruno has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Nexus Systems, John was CFO at Federated Wireless. Prior to that, John served as CFO of several other high-growth, technology companies, including Torrent Networking Technologies, Inc.

Avionos [CHICAGO] announced the hire of Jim Sherman as CFO. Prior to Avionos, he served as an audit partner at Ernst & Young.

Continuum [BOSTON] appointed Geoffrey Willison as Chief Financial Officer. Willison is replacing founding CFO Steve Royal, who is retiring after nearly six years with the company. Willison was most recently the CEO at Valore.

JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc. [LOS ANGELES] announced the addition of James Christl as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His most recent CFO role was with Cole Haan. Mr. Christl started his career at Deloitte & Touche and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Rocky Brands, Inc. [NELSONVILLE, Ohio] (NASDAQ: RCKY) announced that Thomas Robertson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Robertson has served as Senior Financial Analyst since joining the Company in September 2016. Prior to that, from July 2015 until September 2016, he was an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP. From September 2008 until July 2015, he held various audit positions with Schneider Downs & Co., Inc.

Kit Check [WASHINGTON] announced Kristyn Reed-Salow as Chief Financial Officer. Kristyn was CFO of Law.com and RealLegal, and later spent five years as CFO at Mantas, Inc. (now known as Oracle Financial Services Software). Kristyn later became the CFO of Fishbowl. Most recently, Kristyn served as CFO for Framebridge.

Inbenta [SAN MATEO, Calif.] announced the addition of Greg Wookey as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he served as the SVP of Payments at MINDBODY, Inc. Prior to his SVP role, he served MINDBODY, Inc. as CFO.

PlanetRisk [WASHINGTON] announced that Abdul Omar has joined the company as chief financial officer. Most recently, he was the CFO of Orchestro, Inc. Previously, Omar was the vice president of finance for Reston-based Infor Global Solutions. He also served as vice president of finance, controlling and administration for Software AG. Earlier in his career, Omar also held senior financial leadership positions at Enterra Solutions, Lexis Nexis and SAIC.

Janeiro Digital [BOSTON] announced that Ed Davis has joined the company to hold a dual role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Janeiro Digital, Ed was COO of Brand Networks, LLC. Previous to Brand Networks, Ed was COO of Federal Street Advisors, and CFO of Arnold Worldwide.

Dril-Quip, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: DRQ) announced that it has appointed Jeffrey J. Bird as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bird will succeed Jerry M. Brooks, who has accepted the newly created position of Vice President of Investor Relations. Mr. Bird served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Frank’s International, from December 2014 through February 2017. Prior to joining Frank’s International, Mr. Bird was the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Ascend Performance Materials, since September 2010. Prior to joining Ascend, Mr. Bird served in a variety of accounting and finance roles primarily in the industrial manufacturing sector including serving as a division Chief Financial Officer at Danaher Corporation.

First Foods Group, Inc. [NEW YORK, NY] (OTCQB: FIFG) announced that Mark J. Keeley has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Bradley, Foster & Sargent, Inc.

BancorpSouth, Inc. [Tupelo, Mississippi] and the BancorpSouth Bank appointed Chris A. Bagley as the interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Bagley replaces William L. Prater. Mr. Bagley has served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer since August 15, 2014 and will continue to serve in these positions while fulfilling his interim duties.

Influence Health [BIRMINGHAM, AL] announced that Dave Morgan takes the helm as CFO. Morgan served as CFO of Greenway Health and held senior finance roles at Allscripts and Eclipsys prior to joining Influence Health. His background also includes serving in controller and vice president of finance roles at Travelport, Worldspan and iXL, and Arthur Andersen.

Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [ROCKVILLE, Md.] (NASDAQ: SCMP) announced that Andrew Smith, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving Sucampo to move back to Europe with his family to pursue professional opportunities there. He will remain in his CFO role through March 20 and will thereafter assist in the transition of his responsibilities. Peter Pfreundschuh will become Sucampo’s new Chief Financial Officer, effective on March 20.

Tractor Supply Company [BRENTWOOD, TN] (NASDAQ: TSCO) announced that Kurt D. Barton has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in line with the Company’s management transition plan announced last July. Mr. Barton succeeds Anthony F. Crudele who retired after serving as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer for the past 11 years. Mr. Barton first joined Tractor Supply in 1999 and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Controller earlier this year. He had served as the Company’s Vice President, Controller since 2009. Mr. Barton also served as Director, Internal Audit from 2002 to 2009 and held other leadership roles in accounting during his tenure with the Company.

Alphatec Spine, Inc. [CARLSBAD, Calif.] (NASDAQ: ATEC) announced that it hired Jeffrey G. Black as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Black previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Applied Proteomics, Inc. Before joining Applied Proteomics, Mr. Black served as the Chief Financial Officer of AltheaDx, Inc. Prior to AltheaDx, Mr. Black served as Chief Financial Officer of Verenium Corporation (formerly Diversa Corporation). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cellana, Inc.

Beverly Hills Group Inc. [BEVERLY HILLS, CA] (OTC: BHGI) announced that Rudy Kiste has been named as its Chief Financial Officer. More recently, he held positions as Senior Manager with BDO Seidman, in New York and Mexico City. He was also a Director with Edelta Consulting in New York.

AMMO, Inc. [SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.] (OTC: POWW) announced it has appointed Ron Shostack to Chief Financial Officer. In recent years, he has served as the Director of Strategic Planning for a $2 billion rollup in the staffing industry. Prior, his extensive track record of business success features AmeriCare Employers Group, a company he started in November 1992 and grew to $200 million in annual revenue before selling to NovaCare Staffing in 2001.
