BG Staffing, Inc. (NYSE MKT: BGSF) announced the appointment of Dan Hollenbach as its Chief Financial Officer. Hollenbach has experience both as Chief Financial Officer and as Operating Division Director. Previous company experience includes four years with Robert Half Management Resources and six years of financial leadership with Global Employment Solutions.

Dexter + Chaney announced the appointment of Brian Rice as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Rice replaces retiring CFO John Ulacia, who is retiring after 20 years. Rice was previously the CFO/COO at LexBlog. Prior to LexBlog, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at NetMotion Wireless. Rice began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young.

Quaker Chemical Corporation (NYSE: KWR) announced that Margaret M. Loebl has resigned from her position as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Quaker effective September 18, 2015. Ms. Loebl has accepted the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AgroFresh Solutions (NASDAQ: AGFS), a specialty solutions company based in Philadelphia.

Control4 Corporation (NASDAQ: CTRL) announced the appointment of Mark Novakovich as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Novakovich has been with Control4 since 2004. Dan Strong, who had served as the company’s CFO since January 2008, will be pursuing an opportunity with a privately held company in the healthcare industry and will transition to a part-time advisory role on September 30th. For the last several years Mark has been responsible for all of Control4’s finance and accounting operations, as well as its tax, treasury, order management, and internal control activities. Prior to Control4, Mr. Novakovich held several senior finance positions including Chief Financial Officer at Lineo; and Corporate Controller at I-Link. AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGFS, AGFSW) announced that it has appointed Margaret M. (Margo) Loebl to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 21, 2015. Stuart Gleichenhaus, who serves as interim CFO, will stay on as an advisor to Ms. Loebl to ensure a smooth transition. Ms. Loebl most recently served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Quaker Chemical Company. Prior to this, Ms. Loebl worked as a consultant for Constellium. ServRx, Inc. announced the appointment of Mark L. Smith to the position of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Mr. Smith joins ServRx from his former position as the CFO of iTech Broker, Inc. sPower announced the appointment of David Shipley as its Chief Financial Officer effective August 24th, 2015. Shipley takes over as CFO after spending the last several months as sPower’s Senior Vice President of Structured Finance. Strong has served for over seven years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Control4. Current Health Catalyst CFO Jeff Selander will become the company’s Chief People Officer. Appcelerator announced it has appointed Spencer Punter as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Punter most recently served as CFO of SnapLogic, a cloud app and data integration company. Prior to SnapLogic, he was a Managing Director at Capital Dynamics. He began his career in technology investment banking at Morgan Stanley, and has served as a venture capitalist for Integral Capital Partners and as a General Partner for Bowman Capital. In addition to SnapLogic, he served as an executive for two other venture-backed companies, Aztek Networks and ApexMD.

Synergy Resources Corporation (NYSE MKT: SYRG) announced it has hired James P. Henderson as Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Henderson is the former CFO of Kodiak Oil and Gas Corp. Prior to Mr. Henderson’s time at Kodiak, he spent 17 years at Western Gas Resources and its successor, Anadarko Petroleum Corp.

Lydall, Inc. (NYSE: LDL) announced that Scott M. Deakin has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lydall, Inc., effective September 8, 2015. Mr. Deakin will be joining Lydall from his position as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc.. Prior to Ensign-Bickford, Mr. Deakin served as a strategy and operations consultant, and held financial leadership and general manager roles with leading diversified companies, including Eaton Corporation and Barnes Group Inc.

Envysion announced it has hired Calvin K. Quan as its CFO. Most recently Quan was CFO at Providence Corporate Development Company in Littleton, Colorado and President and CFO at Miller Heiman, Inc. Before that, he held senior financial and operations roles at a number of technology and Internet companies, including Verio and Nortel Networks. He is currently a board member at RO Innovation. Quan replaces Michelle Shewchuk, who helped recruit him to the company upon her retirement.

First Banks, Inc. (NYSE: FBSPrA), parent company of First Bank, announced that Lisa K. Vansickle, formerly the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Risk Officer. Ms. Vansickle initially joined the Company in 1997 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility including Director of Internal Audit and Controller prior to her election as Chief Financial Officer in 2007. The company also announced that Michael J. Normile, previously the Company’s Senior Vice President and Controller, will succeed Ms. Vansickle as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Normile joined the Company in 2007 and, as a key member of the finance team, was promoted to Controller in 2008. CFO Moves - week ending August 21, 2015

Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT) [Minneapolis, MN] promoted John Mulligan to the newly created role of executive vice president and chief operating officer. Mulligan has worked at the company since 1996, when he began as a financial analyst. He has served as the company’s chief financial officer since 2012. In 2014, he led the company as the retailer’s interim president and CEO from May to August while continuing to act as CFO. Throughout his tenure at Target, Mulligan has served in key leadership positions in finance and human resources, including director of Target.com Finance, director of Capital Investments, vice president of Pay and Benefits, vice president of Financial Planning and Analysis and senior vice president of Treasury and Accounting.

SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: SEAS) [Orlando, FL] announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Peter Crage to serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Crage most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Extended Stay America, Inc. and ESH Hospitality, Inc. from November 2013 through July 2014 and served as Chief Financial Officer of HVM LLC from July 2011 to November 2013. Corning Incorporated (NYSE: GLW) announced that James B. Flaws, vice chairman and chief financial officer, will relinquish the chief financial officer title as part of his plan to retire later this year. R. Tony Tripeny will assume the roles of senior vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Tripeny joined the company in 1985 as a corporate accounting manager for Corning Cable Systems. In 2003, Mr. Tripeny became the group controller for Corning’s Telecommunications Group. In 2004, he was named division vice president and operations controller. He was elected vice president and corporate controller in 2005 and senior vice president and principal accounting officer in 2009. He has served as a member of Corning’s management committee since 2014, and was previously a member of the executive leadership team since 2011.

Bank of America (NYSE: BOA) announced that Chief Financial Officer Bruce Thompson has decided to step down. Paul Donofrio, who has been with Bank of America since 1999, will become CFO. Prior to his promotion, Donofrio was co-head of Global Corporate and Investment Banking, co-head of Global Investment Banking, and head of Global Corporate Banking.

Mercer International Inc. (NASDAQ: MERC) announced that David M. Gandossi, the current Chief Financial Officer will assume the role of President and CEO and become a Director. Mercer also announced that Mr. David K. Ure, the Senior Vice-President, Finance will concurrently become the CFO and Secretary of the Company. Gandossi has served as Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since August 2003. Mr. Gandossi’s previous roles included Chief Financial Officer and other senior executive positions with Formation Forest Products and Pacifica Papers Inc. Ure returned to Mercer in September 2013, assuming the role of Senior Vice President, Finance. Prior to serving as Vice President, Finance of Sierra Wireless Inc., Mr. Ure was Vice President, Controller at Mercer from 2006 to 2010. He has also served as Controller at various companies including Catalyst Paper Corporation, Pacifica Papers Inc., and TrojanLitho, as well as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Finlay Forest Industries Inc.

CPI Card Group announced that the company has hired business veteran David Brush to lead Finance, IT and Project Management Organization activities. Brush’s previous roles included group executive and president of Power Transmission at Rexnord Corporation, and vice president and general manager of Specialty Packaging at Pactiv Corporation.

Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC) announced that Michael J. Kershaw, its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be retiring from the Company. The Company announced that it has entered into a letter agreement with Gary G. Smalley to succeed Mr. Kershaw as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Smalley has been Senior Vice President and Controller of Fluor Corporation since March 2008 and, since October 2014, concurrently served as Group Chief Financial Officer for one of Fluor’s business segments. Prior to joining Fluor, he held audit positions with Ernst & Young and J.P. Stevens and Company

Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE: PEG) announced that Caroline Dorsa, CFO for PSEG will retire. Dorsa has been executive vice president and chief financial officer for PSEG and its subsidiaries since April 2009. Prior to becoming CFO, she had served for six years as a member of the PSEG Board of Directors and a member of PSEG’s Audit, Corporate Governance and Finance Committees.

Knight Capital Funding announced the addition of Rich Ferrante as their new chief financial officer. Ferrante had been providing financial consulting to Knight Capital Funding prior to accepting the role of chief financial officer. Prior to joining Knight Capital Funding, Ferrante served as controller for CAN Capital and their subsidiary, AdvanceMe, Inc. and was promoted to chief financial officer in his first year. Ferrante’s career in financial services and accounting began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and then Mercer, a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan, working within both the United States and internationally.

Domino’s Pizza, Inc. (NYSE: DPZ) announced that Michael T. Lawton will be retiring as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. He will be succeeded by Jeffrey D. Lawrence, current Treasurer of Domino’s, who has been with the Company since 2000. Lawrence began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen.

Polaris Industries Inc. (NYSE: PII) announced that Michael Malone has declared his intention to retire as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mike Speetzen will replace Malone. Prior to Speetzen’s role as CFO at Xylem Inc., he served as CFO of ITT Fluid and Motion Controls. From 2007 to 2009 Speetzen was CFO of StandardAero. Mike spent 12 years in positions with Honeywell International.

Xylem Inc. (NYSE: XYL) announced that Michael T. Speetzen, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has resigned his position with the company. Shashank Patel, a 19-year veteran of the Company and its former parent, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Patel currently serves as CFO and Vice President, Finance for Xylem’s Applied Water Systems division.

Tauriga Sciences, Inc. (OTCQB: TAUG) announced the appointment of Ghalia Lahlou as Interim Chief Financial Officer.

Couchbase, Inc. announced that Jeff Epstein has joined its board of directors as an independent board member. Epstein, former chief financial officer (CFO) of Oracle Corporation, has been the CFO of several public and private companies, including DoubleClick, King World Production, and Nielsen’s Media Measurement and Information Group.

AnaptysBio, Inc. announced the appointment of Robert E. Hoffman as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AnaptysBio, Mr. Hoffman was employed by Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since June 2012. From March 2011 to August 2011, Mr. Hoffman served as Chief Financial Officer for Polaris Group.

Atlas Holdings LLC announced that Cheri Reeve has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Reeve most recently served as Vice President of Finance at Atlas. She joined the firm in 2010 after serving in senior financial roles with the Commonfund.

Florida Community Bank announced the appointment of Jennifer L. Simons to the post of Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Most recently she was Vice President and Senior Manager at PNC Financial Services Group. Prior to this position Ms. Simons held various leadership positions with US Bancorp, TCF National Bank, GMAC Residential Capital and GE Capital Fleet Services.

PIMCO has hired John Lane as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer. He joins the firm from Apollo Global Management. Prior to that, Mr. Lane worked at Lehman Brothers, serving as the Chief Financial Officer.

Athene Holding Ltd. announced that the Company has named Guy H. Smith III (Chip) as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Smith will assume these responsibilities as a result of current CFO Brenda Cushing’s decision to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Smith previously served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and President and CEO of Liberty Life Insurance.

Exelixis, Inc. (NASDAQ:EXEL) announced the appointment of Christopher J. Senner as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He joins Exelixis after five years at Gilead Sciences, where he served as Vice President, Corporate Finance. He previously spent eighteen years at Wyeth.

Gladstone Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: GAIN) announced that its board of directors appointed Julia Ryan, the Company’s current Chief Accounting Officer, as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Melissa Morrison, the former Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company, will continue to serve as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Gladstone Capital Corporation. Synalloy Corporation (NASDAQ: SYNL) announced that Dennis M. Loughran has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Loughran’s experience includes eleven years with Reynolds Metals Company and six years as Vice President Finance and Supply Chain with Alcoa Consumer Products. More recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Rogers Corporation and Citadel Plastics.

Gravity4 has announced the hiring of former Google and eBay financial executive, Dipak Joshi, as its Chief Financial Officer. At eBay, Joshi ran international financial operations, and later, Dipak was Google’s Corporate Financial Controller. More recently, Dipak was chief financial officer at Fuze, Inc., Milestone Internet, and BitTorrent.

Green Courte Partners, LLC announced that Mark Engel will join the firm as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Engel will replace Jane Mody. Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PKOH) announced that John D. Grampa, former Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Materion Corporation, was appointed to ParkOhio’s Board of Directors. Mr. Grampa joined Materion Corporation as Vice President of Finance in 1998 and held the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer role from 1999 until the end of 2014. B2R Finance announced that Darren Thompson has joined the company as chief financial officer and executive vice president of strategy. Thompson has more than 30 years’ experience at companies including American Express, Fannie Mae, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. Most recently, Thompson was a founding partner of Railfield Partners, LLC.

PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) announced that Hugh Johnston, executive vice president and chief financial officer, is being named vice chairman. He will continue to serve as CFO, as well as oversee the Quaker Foods North America business and PepsiCo’s global e-commerce organization.

Express, Inc. (NYSE: EXPR) announced that Perry Pericleous, previously Vice President, Finance has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Pericleous succeeds Paul Dascoli who has left the Company. Mr. Pericleous is a 15-year veteran of the Company and most recently served as Vice President. Mr. Pericleous began his career at Drug Emporium and Value City Department Stores.

Zillow Group (NASDAQ: Z) announced that CFO Chad Cohen will resign effective Aug. 7, 2015 to pursue other business interests. Cohen will remain as chief financial officer through second quarter earnings and the 10-Q filing.

CliQr announced the appointment of Aidan Cullen as its CFO. He comes to CliQr after serving as a consulting CFO with Kranz & Associates. Previously, he served as CFO at Gigamon, as CFO of Sylantro Systems, and as CFO of Tasman Networks.

Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC) announced that Brian Dickman has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary to pursue another business opportunity. The resignation will take effect after a transition period which is expected to end on or around August 4, 2015. Kenneth Howe, former Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has been appointed to serve as interim Chief Financial Officer upon Mr. Dickman’s departure.

Harte Hanks (NYSE: HHS) announced the appointment of Douglas C. Shepard as interim President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Shepard, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, succeeds Robert A. Philpott, who has stepped down as President and CEO, as well as from the Company’s Board of Directors, to pursue other interests.

Sterling Construction Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: STRL) announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Thomas R. Wright has stepped down due to personal reasons, but will remain involved with the company on a consulting basis. Kevan Blair, SVP Corporate Finance, has been named interim Chief Financial Officer.

MongoDB announced that it has appointed Michael Gordon as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Michael joins MongoDB from Yodle where he served as Chief Operating Officer and CFO. Previously, he served as Managing Director in the Media and Telecom investment banking group at Merrill Lynch. Before Merrill Lynch, Michael worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble.

MSC Industrial Supply Co. (NYSE: MSM) announced that it has named Rustom Jilla to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 20. Jilla succeeds Jeff Kaczka, who will be retiring from MSC. Jilla most recently served as CFO for Dematic Group. Prior to Dematic, he spent more than a decade as CFO of Ansell Limited. Earlier in his career, Jilla spent 12 years at The BOC Group where he held various Product Management and Finance leadership roles.

Office Practicum announced that it has named Ellen Purdy as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer, effective July 6th, 2015. Purdy joins Office Practicum with 13 years of CFO experience, most recently with Markel Corporation. Prior to Markel acted as CFO of other private equity backed companies, including SDI Health, IPR International, and Renmatix. Purdy spent the first half of her career at Rohm and Haas where she held various financial, sales and market management positions.

Port Logistics Group announced the appointment of Marty Brogden as Chief Financial Officer. Brogden was most recently the Regional CFO for Agility Logistics. Prior to Agility, Brogden provided interim CFO services to an Oakley, Inc. subsidiary, ABC Window Company, and Accupoll, Inc. Brogden spent the first ten years of his career with what is now a Big 4 public accounting firm.

Convergex announced that Frederick Arnold has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer. He currently serves as a director of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and Corporate Capital Trust. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Arnold served as executive vice president and CFO of Capmark Financial Group and from 2006 to 2007, he oversaw the global finance functions of Masonite International as the firm’s executive vice president for finance. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Arnold held senior financial positions at Willis Group Holdings. He has also had positions at Arnhold & S. Bleichroeder, Smith Barney and Lehman Brothers.

Darden Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE: DRI) announced the appointment of Jeffrey Davis as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Davis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Walmart U.S. segment of Walmart Stores, Inc. Fifth Street Finance Corp. (NASDAQ: FSC) and Fifth Street Senior Floating Rate Corp. (NASDAQ: FSFR) announced that the Boards of Directors for both FSC and FSFR have promoted Steven M. Creative Artists Agency announced that James Burtson will join the company as Chief Financial Officer. Burtson succeeds outgoing CFO Jeff M. Berry. Burtson most recently served as Senior Vice President of Time Warner, Inc. Prior to re-joining Time Warner in 2002, Burtson worked at Clear Channel Communications, where he served as vice president of strategic development and CFO of the company’s online business. He previously worked for J.P. Morgan & Co. as an investment banker and began his career at Time Warner as a financial analyst in corporate finance and M&A.

TearLab Corporation announced the appointment of Wes Brazell as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Brazell will succeed William G. The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) has named Christine M. McCarthy Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She succeeds James A. Rasulo as CFO. Prior to her promotion, Christine worked as Disney’s Treasurer for the past 15 years. Prior to joining Disney, Ms. McCarthy was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Imperial Bancorp from 1997 to 2000. She held various finance and planning positions at First Interstate Bancorp from 1981 to 1996, and was elected Executive Vice President in Finance for First Interstate in 1993.

Kraft Heinz Company (NASDAQ: KRFT) appointed Paulo Basilio as EVP and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Basilio joined Heinz in June 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. The Company also announced the departure of James Kehoe, EVP and Chief Financial Officer.

Pier 1 Imports, Inc. (NYSE:PIR) announced that Jeffrey N. Boyer has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 27, 2015. Laura A. Coffey will continue to serve in her role as Executive Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer until Mr. Boyer’s appointment becomes effective, at which time she will be named to a separate executive position within the company. Most recently, Boyer served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Tuesday Morning Corporation since September 2013. Previously, Mr. Boyer spent five years with 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide, where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and then promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Earlier, Mr. Boyer held positions of increasing responsibility with The Michaels Companies, Inc., including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has also held executive positions with Sears Holdings Corporation and Kmart Corporation.

Tuesday Morning Corporation (NASDAQ: TUES) announced that Jeffrey N. Boyer, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer, has resigned his position effective as of July 22, 2015 to pursue other professional opportunities. Tuesday Morning currently anticipates that, following Mr. Boyer’s departure, its Vice President and Controller, Kelly Munsch, will be responsible for the Company’s accounting and finance functions on an interim basis until Mr. Boyer’s replacement is appointed.

Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) announced that Michel Cup will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective September 1, 2015. Mr. Cup was most recently the CFO of D.E. Master Blenders 1753. Before joining D.E. Master Blenders 1753, Mr. Cup served as CFO of private equity owned and publically listed businesses in Europe. From 1999 until 2008, he held senior finance roles within the Numico and Danone baby and medical nutrition businesses. Mr. Cup began his career with Deloitte, where he served in a variety of audit and accounting roles from 1993 to 1999. Mr. Cup will take over from Charles Urbain, who currently serves as the company’s Interim CFO.

Homeland Security Solutions has announced that Julia Byron has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Byron joined Homeland Security Solutions, Inc. in early 2006 as a corporate accountant until her promotion to Vice President of Finance in 2012.

AlienVault announced the appointment of Brian Robins as chief financial officer. Prior to joining AlienVault, Robins served as vice president and chief financial officer of Global Business Services at CSC. Before that, Robins was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Verisign. Robins was previously vice president of finance and treasurer for data analytics provider Neustar for six years.

ThreatStream announced that Nancy Bush has joined the company as CFO. She joins ThreatStream from Adaptive Insights, where she was vice president of finance. Prior to joining ThreatStream, Bush held roles in rapidly growing technology companies within the security industry. Nancy was the acting CFO and vice president of finance at Fortinet and vice president of finance at ArcSight. She has also served as vice president of finance at Packeteer as well as at Maxtor.

Cloud Cruiser announced that Dan Gaudreau has joined Cloud Cruiser as its Chief Financial Officer . Before joining Cloud Cruiser, Dan served as SVP Operations and CFO at Actuate, which was acquired by OpenText; Enterprise Information Management leader in January 2015. Previously, Gaudreau was VP Finance and CFO at Plantronics, Inc. Prior to Plantronics, Dan was VP Finance and Operations and CFO at Ready Systems. Preceding Ready Systems, Dan was a finance executive at Apple Computer.

Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) announced that Christian E. Rothe has been appointed as the Company’s CFO and Treasurer effective September 1, 2015. Mr. Rothe succeeds James A. Graner who announced his planned retirement from the Company last year. Mr. Rothe is currently Graco’s Vice President and Treasurer, a role he has held since joining the company in 2011. Prior to his appointment at Graco, Mr. Rothe held a series of finance roles of increasing responsibility at Gardner Denver, Inc., including Vice President and Treasurer, Vice President, Finance – Industrial Products Segment, and Director of Strategic Planning and Development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rothe held various corporate finance and business development roles at Ridley Inc. and HickoryTech Corporation.

vTv Therapeutics LLC announced the appointment of Rudy C. Howard as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Howard joins the Company with over 30 years of senior management experience, most recently serving as CFO at SciQuest. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and CFO at MDS Pharma Services. Before joining MDS, Mr. Howard served as CFO at several companies including PPD, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Thomas Financial announced the appointment of Lindsey Hacker as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Thomas Financial, Ms. Hacker worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor and at Brookdale, where she served as the Regional Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis and the Director of Accounting.

Assurex Health announced the appointment of Peter Donato, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bovie Medical. Donato has also served as the Corporate Controller for Cyberonics, Inc., as Chief Financial Officer of Catsys Health, Inc., and as Chief Financial Officer for IRIS International, Inc. Donato takes over for Stephen Stamp, who has held the position for the past two years.

Goldpoint Partners announced that Sean Gelb has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gelb joins from Blackstone, where he was senior vice president of Private Equity Tactical Opportunities, Finance and Accounting. Previously, Mr. Gelb was a director at SS&C PEI Solutions, where he served as controller for private equity and venture capital fund structures. Prior to that, Mr. Gelb was a partner at Northport LLC (before the firm was acquired by SS&C PEI Solutions). In his earlier career, he held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Richard A. Eisner & Company.

Tredegar Corporation (NYSE: TG) announced that Kevin A. O’Leary, vice president, CFO and treasurer, has stepped down from his position. D. Andrew Edwards, formerly vice president, CFO and treasurer of Tredegar Corporation from 2003 to 2009, will return to the company to serve as vice president, CFO and treasurer, effective the end of July.

Capital Southwest Corporation (NASDAQ: CSWC) announced the appointment of Michael S. Sarner as Senior Vice President of the company, effective on or before August 1, 2015. Following the previously announced spin-off transaction, Mr. Sarner will be appointed Chief Financial Officer of the business development company. Before joining the Company, he spent 15 years at American Capital, Ltd. in a variety of financial roles, most recently as Senior Vice President, Treasury.

Forward Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORD) announced the appointment of Michael Matte as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Matte will assume his appointment with immediate effect. Prior to Mr. Matte’s appointment as CFO at Forward, Mr. Matte served as the CFO and Chief Accounting Officer of Aspen Group, Inc., until March 2014. Mr. Matte also served as an Executive Vice President of Finance and CFO of MeetMe, Inc. (formerly, QuePasa Corp.) from October 2007 to March 2013 and as the CFO for Cyberguard from February 2001 to April 2006. Mr. Matte currently serves on the Board of Directors of Coqui Radio Pharmaceutical, a position he has held since June 2013, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Iris International from January 2004 until April 2012. Mr. Matte has also served as a director for QuePasa Corp. from July 2006 until October 2007 and for Geltec Solutions from September 2008 until October 2009.

Manhattan College has appointed Matthew S. McManness vice president for finance and chief financial officer. McManness has most recently served as vice president for finance and administration at La Salle University. Previously, he was executive officer for Dartmouth College, vice president for finance and administration at Maryland Institute College of Art, and served in many administrative roles at Towson University in Maryland.

Numotion announced that Tamas Feitel has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Feitel joins Numotion after an 18 year career at GE serving in executive level global finance leadership roles. His most recent position was Chief Financial Officer for GE Healthcare Global Services.

Peabody Energy (NYSE: BTU) announced that it has named longstanding financial executive Amy Schwetz to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Schwetz replaces Michael Crews, who has announced plans to step down by the end of July to take the top financial position at a major industrial firm. Schwetz served as Peabody Energy Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration – Australia; Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration – Americas; Vice President of Investor Relations; Vice President of Capital and Financial Planning; Director of Financial Planning; and Director of Compliance and Accounting Policies. Schwetz joined Peabody from major accounting firm Ernst and Young where she held multiple audit roles over eight years.

Innocrin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced the appointment of Charles (Chuck) Osborne as its Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2015. Most recently, Mr. Osborne was the Chief Financial Officer at SCYNEXIS. Prior experiences include time at NOBEX and International Murex Technologies Co.

Nomi announced the hiring of Jeff Babka as Chief Financial Officer. Babka comes to Nomi most recently from Applied Predictive Technologies (APT) where he was CFO since February 2014. Prior to APT, Jeff served as CFO at Vibrant Media, Sophos and Neustar.

Editas Medicine announced the appointment of Andrew Hack as chief financial officer. Dr. Hack joins Editas from Millennium Management where he was portfolio manager. Before joining Millennium, Dr. Hack was a healthcare analyst at HealthCor Management, Carlyle-Blue Wave Partners and the MPM BioEquities Fund.

World Point Terminals, LP (NYSE: WPT) announced that Jonathan Q. (“JQ”) Affleck was appointed as the general partner’s vice president and chief financial officer, effective October 1, 2015. Mr. Affleck joined the Partnership in 2013 and has served as general counsel for the Partnership since that time. Prior to joining the Partnership, Mr. Affleck was an associate in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from January 2011 through March 2013.

Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. announced the retirement of Mark Durand as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Doug Langston, Vice President, Finance will act as principal financial and accounting officer of the Company.

Intralinks (NYSE: IL) has appointed Chris Lafond as its new executive vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Lafond is succeeding Derek Irwin, who has left the company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Lafond is an experienced executive leader who most recently was EVP and chief financial officer at Gartner, Inc.
