Dropbox announced the appointment of Bob Mylod to its Board of Directors. Bob previously served as Vice Chairman and CFO of Priceline. In addition to providing strategic counsel, Bob will serve as Chairman of our Audit Committee to oversee our financial reporting and risk management. Steve Swain

DISH Network (NASDAQ: DISH) announced that Robert Olson, DISH’s executive vice president and CFO, will retire from the company Oct. 15. Steve Swain, senior vice president of Programming, will succeed Olson as CFO. Prior to his appointment as senior vice president of Programming, Swain served as vice president of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis for DISH. Prior to DISH, Swain spent more than 15 years working in the telecommunications sector, most recently at CenturyLink, formerly Qwest Communications. There he served in multiple leadership roles across Finance, including corporate financial planning and analysis, treasury, and investor relations, as well as in Network Engineering.

VMware, Inc. announced that Jonathan Chadwick will be assuming an expanded role as chief financial officer and chief operating officer for VMware.

DreamWorks Animation (NASDAQ: DWA) announced that Fazal Merchant is joining as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Merchant joins DreamWorks following current CFO Lew Coleman’s shift earlier this month to the role of Vice Chairman. Merchant will officially start on September 15, 2014. Merchant comes to DreamWorks Animation from DIRECTV, where he was most recently SVP and CFO of DIRECTV Latin America; until April 2014, Merchant also held the title of SVP, Treasurer & Corporate Development. Prior to joining DIRECTV in July 2012, Merchant was a managing director and group head at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Prior to that, he was a managing director in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays Capital, where he spent seven years advising clients on strategy, financing, and risk solutions. Merchant also spent nine years at Ford Motor Company in various treasury and finance management positions across functions in the U.S. and Europe.

YapStone announced John Malnar as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Malnar joins YapStone from PayPros, which was acquired by Global Payments Inc., where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining PayPros, Malnar spent more than ten years at Focus Strategies, BlackRock, Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan.

Omni Bio Pharmaceutical, Inc. (PINK: OMBP) announced the appointment of Jack Riccardi as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Riccardi was formerly CFO of ADial Pharmaceuticals and served most recently as CFO and Partner at Green Street Ventures. Mr. Riccardi’s appointment will become effective on September 1, 2014. Prior to his role at Green Street Ventures, Mr. Riccardi served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of ADial Pharmaceuticals. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Modern Visuals. Mr. Riccardi spent eight years at General Motors (GM), last serving as Director, Strategic Planning.

AXT, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXTI) announced that it has appointed Gary L. Fischer vice president and chief financial officer. In 1993, he joined ISSI, as chief financial officer. In 2005, Fischer joined eRide. The company was acquired in 2009. Fischer continued with eRide as a consultant into 2014 and expanded his consulting practice.

Highwoods Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HIW) announced that Terry L. Stevens, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will retire at the end of September. Stevens will be succeeded by Mark F. Mulhern who currently serves on the Company’s Board of Directors, and is currently the CFO of Dallas-based Exco Resources, Inc. (NYSE: XCO). Mulhern joined Exco as executive vice president and chief financial officer in April 2013. Prior to Exco, he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Progress Energy, Inc. from September 2008 until its merger with Duke Energy Corporation (NYSE: DUK) in July 2012. He joined Progress Energy in 1996 as vice president and controller and served in a number of roles at Progress Energy, including vice president of strategic planning, senior vice president of finance and president of Progress Ventures. Before joining Progress Energy, Mulhern was the chief financial officer at Hydra Co Enterprises. Mulhern has served on the Company’s Board of Directors since January 2012. Mulhern will step down as a director prior to joining the Company.

Vector Capital welcomes Jim Murray as Chief Financial Officer. Murray joins Vector after 14 years at Blum Capital, where he was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to that Jim worked at California Federal Bank, Coopers & Lybrand, and Kenneth Leventhal & Company where he specialized in tax matters.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc. (NASDAQ:PLKI) announced that William P. Matt will be joining the Popeyes executive team as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Matt most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of La Senza Global, an arm of L Brands Inc., based in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Matt also served as Chief Financial Officer of Victoria Secret Direct while at L Brands, Inc. Prior to his 14 years with L Brands, Mr. Matt spent nine years at PepsiCo/KFC, culminating as Vice President, Planning.

Kirkland’s, Inc. (NASDAQ: KIRK) announced that W. Michael Madden, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer. Kirkland’s expects Mr. Madden to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer after a period of orderly transition. Mr. Madden will remain the company’s principal financial officer pursuant to S.E.C requirements.

Pure Storage named Tim Riitters chief financial officer. Riitters joins Pure Storage on August 26 from Google, where he spent 10 years in finance. Previous to Google, he held leadership positions at both Siebel Systems and Deloitte.

ABILITY Network Inc. announced that Robert Barbieri has joined the organization as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining ABILITY, Barbieri served as CFO at Converge One. He is also a member of Century Park Capital’s Executive Council. Barbieri’s experience includes serving as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial and Performance Officer at Lawson Software. Barbieri was also EVP and CFO at TriZetto; CFO at Textura; CFO at Apogee Enterprises; and a senior executive with Air Products.

Westwood Holdings Group, Inc. (NYSE: WHG) announced the appointment of Jennipher Mattson as Westwood’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Westwood, she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CEC Entertainment, Inc. Earlier in her career, she spent 15 years with KPMG LLP, serving as Audit Partner from 2006 to 2010.

Allergan, Inc. (NYSE: AGN) announced that Jim Hindman has been named Executive Vice President, Finance and Business Development, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hindman succeeds Jeff Edwards, who after 21 years of service to Allergan, including nine years in the Chief Financial Officer role, has decided to step down from the position due to family commitments. Mr. Edwards will remain employed by Allergan in a non-executive officer capacity to facilitate a smooth transition. Mr. Hindman joined Allergan in 1984 and has served as Senior Vice President, Treasury, Risk and Investor Relations since 2002. Prior to that, he served in a variety of finance positions, including Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller, Assistant Corporate Controller and Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis. Mr. Hindman also serves as President of The Allergan Foundation. Before joining Allergan, Mr. Hindman worked at Deloitte, Haskins and Sells.

Pan-American Life Insurance Group announced the appointment of Carlos F. Mickan to the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Mickan currently oversees all financial operations as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pan-American Life and will continue in that role. Mr. Mickan has been a member of the senior management team at Pan-American Life since June 2005. Prior to joining Pan-American Life, Mr. Mickan served as senior vice president and CFO of Principal International Inc., the International Division of Principal Financial Group.

Health Net, Inc. (NYSE: HNT) announced that James Woys has been named executive vice president, chief financial and operating officer, and interim treasurer, effective September 2, 2014. Woys has been executive vice president and chief operating officer since November 2007. Previously Woys served as acting chief financial officer from November 2006 through October 2007. The company announced that Joseph C. Capezza, currently executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, will retire as CFO.

Extended Stay America, Inc. (NYSE: STAY) announced that Lisa Palmer has been appointed to its Board of Directors as an independent director. Lisa Palmer is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Regency Centers (NYSE: REG). Ms. Palmer joined Regency in 1996 and served as its Senior Vice President from 2003 until 2013. Previously, Ms. Palmer worked with Accenture as a consultant and as a financial analyst at General Electric.

Cytori Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CYTX) announced that Tiago Girão has been appointed Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with an effective start date of September 2, 2014. Mr. Girão joins Cytori Therapeutics as Vice President of Finance and CFO from NuVasive, Inc. where he recently served as International Controller. Prior to his International Controller role, he served as Director, Financial Reporting, where he managed a team responsible for all corporate technical accounting and SEC related matters. Prior to joining NuVasive, Mr. Girão served as Senior Manager, Assurance at KPMG, Cytori’s independent audit firm and was responsible for Cytori’s account for six years. Prior to joining KPMG, Mr. Girão was a senior accountant for Ernst & Young in Brazil. Mr. Girão is a certified public accountant with 14 years experience in the accounting, finance and reporting for U.S. public companies and substantial experience in global finance and operations. Cytori announced that former CFO Mark Saad had accepted another opportunity and would be leaving the Company. Mr. Saad will remain as a consultant to Cytori for a period of time and will continue to support the new VP Finance and CFO as well as the management team during the transition period.

ServiceSource (NASDAQ: SREV) announced the appointment of Chief Financial Officer, Ashley Fieglein Johnson, as Acting CEO as it searches for its next CEO. Prior to ServiceSource, Ms. Johnson founded GreenAtom. Ms. Johnson spent several years with General Atlantic. Before General Atlantic, Ms. Johnson led international business development for Ariba and worked in both venture investing and investment banking for the technology corporate finance division of Morgan Stanley.

Ahmann-Martin announced that Jennipher Mattson has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Mattson previously spent 9 years contributing to the long-term advancement of the world’s leading medical technology company, where she served as Regional Finance Leader of Cardiac and Vascular Group Sales.

REI promoted Eric Artz, chief financial officer (CFO), to the additional role of chief operating officer (COO). He will retain the CFO role. Artz joined REI in 2012 as CFO. He was most recently CFO at Urban Outfitters and spent many years with VF Outdoor and VF Contemporary Brands in both financial and operational roles.

VirtualScopics, Inc. (NASDAQ: VSCP) announced that James Groff has been named chief financial officer. Mr. Groff has held the role of acting chief financial officer since August 2013. He joined VirtualScopics in January 2006 as an accounting manager and was promoted to controller in February 2013. He has been acting chief financial officer since 2013.

SEACOMP, Inc. announced that Josh Nelson has joined as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Nelson previously held consulting CFO positions for numerous businesses across multiple industries. He also spent time as a Controller providing accounting guidance and analysis at a global electronics manufacturing company. Nelson began his career as a Senior Design Engineer for Boeing in 1996.

ENER-CORE, Inc. (OTC: ENCR) announced it named Domonic J. (DJ) Carney as its chief financial officer. Most recently, Mr. Carney was an independent consultant. He has previous experience at T3 Motion and Composite Technology Corporation. Mr. Carney started his career at Deloitte & Touche.

Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (NYSE: HTA) announced that Kellie S. Pruitt, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of HTA has notified the Company of her intentions to retire. Ms. Pruitt will remain with the Company through September 30, 2014 and, thereafter, will serve in an advisory capacity until December 31, 2014 to ensure a smooth transition. Effective September 1, 2014, HTA has appointed Robert A. Milligan as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Milligan currently serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance and Capital Markets and has been with the Company since 2012. Prior to HTA, Mr. Milligan served in various corporate finance and capital markets roles with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and General Electric.

CYREN (NASDAQ: CYRN) announced the appointment of Michael Myshrall to the permanent role of Chief Financial Officer. Myshrall has served as interim CFO since March. Myshrall joined CYREN in January 2011 as vice president of corporate development and recently served as vice president of financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining CYREN, he focused on technology strategy, financial advisory and mergers and acquisitions, first with Mercator Capital and more recently with Trilos Ventures. Myshrall previously held various roles with Nortel, Newbridge Networks, Corvis, and Civcom.

Z Trim Holdings, Inc. (OTC: ZTHO) announced that it has promoted Controller, John Elo, to Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company in 2012, Mr. Elo spent over 25 years in corporate finance management at prominent food manufacturing, retail sales and financial services firms. Mr. Elo will take over from current CFO and Chief Legal Officer, Brian Chaiken, who is returning to Florida with his family.

NorthStar Anesthesia has appointed Jeremiah Radandt chief financial officer. Most recently he served as chief financial officer for Primary Children’s Hospital, a unit of Intermountain Healthcare. Prior to Intermountain he served as the vice president of strategy and chief financial officer for a key business unit of HealthMarkets, Inc. Radandt also spent several years as a consultant with Bain & Company.

WaferGen Bio-systems, Inc. (OTC: WGBS) announced the appointment of Michael Henighan as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining WaferGen, Mr. Henighan was a founder and Chief Financial Officer of Aplegen, Inc. since early 2011. From 1997 to 2011, Mr. Henighan served as Chief Financial Officer or Corporate Controller at three publicly-traded healthcare companies including Alpha Innotech, Inc., HemoSense, Inc., and Cholestech Corp. Prior to 1997, he also held senior management positions with Solectron, Applied Biosystems, and Motorola.

Quri Inc. announced the appointment of Quri’s new chief financial officer, Selim Freiha. Previously, Selim was chief financial officer for PayPal’s cross-border trade efforts at eBay.

StudioNow announced the appointment of Rob Tanner as its new Chief Financial Officer. Tanner has a diverse background in financial management, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions and business strategy within both Fortune 1000 and growth-stage companies.

ClearStory Data announced that Jim Buckley joined the company as chief financial officer. Prior to ClearStory, he oversaw MobileIron’s growth through their IPO and was Airespace’s CFO during Cisco Systems’ acquisition of the company. He also served as CFO with CyberSource Corporation (was on NASDAQ before being acquired by Visa) and Cygnus Solutions that was integrated into Red Hat.

Holloman Energy Corporation (OTC: HENC) announced the resignation of Robert Wesolek, and appointment of Gina Serkasevich as Chief Financial Officer. Gina Serkasevich joined Holloman Energy as its Financial Controller in June 2013. In addition, since July 2013, she has served as U.S. Controller for EFLO Energy, Inc. Ms. Serkasevich joined Holloman Corporation in June 2012, and also continues to act as its Director of Finance. Prior to 2012, Ms. Serkasevich worked in the Oil and Gas Tanker Transportation industry as a Regional Financial Manager for AET Inc. Limited (2011-2012), as a Financial Consultant for OSG Ship Management, Inc. (NYSE-OSG) (2009-2011) and as a Financial Controller/CFO for Stena Bulk LLC (1998-2008).

IntelliCell BioSciences, Inc. (OTC: SVFC) announced that it has added John Huber III as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. John Huber III is a managing partner at Mango & Huber CPAs in Westfield, New Jersey and has been a practicing CPA in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area for the last 30 years. His firm has provided outsourced CFO services for several SEC companies over the last 10 years.

The Safariland Group announced the appointment of Scott F. Harris as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Harris joins the Company after spending the past 14 years at Delphi Automotive PLC. Most recently, Harris was Vice President, Finance and CFO for Delphi Thermal Systems, an operating segment of that company. Before assuming the CFO position in 2007, he was the Finance Director of the Delphi Diesel business based in Paris, France and a Director of the Corporate Controller’s Staff in Troy, Michigan. Prior to joining Delphi, Harris held several financial leadership positions with Honeywell including assignments in Morristown, New Jersey; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Luxembourg.

Outrigger Enterprises Group announced the appointment of Michael Regan as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Regan most recently served as the hold separate manager on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission, operating the Lumiere Place Casino and Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was responsible for all assets and the total operation of the property while ownership changed hands as a result of a merger. Regan also has served as a member of the board of directors of Rite Aid Corporation and their audit committee since 2007 and its lead director since 2011. Prior positions have included chief financial officer for Indianapolis Downs LLC; and CFO, SVP finance and planning and VP finance and planning for The St. Joe Company. Regan also worked for 17 years at Harrah’s Entertainment/The Promus Companies (the owner/operator of the Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn and Homewood Suite Hotel brands) as vice president corporate controller; vice president finance, Harrah’s Division; controller, Harrah’s Tahoe; and manager strategic planning, Harrah’s Division.

Aaron’s, Inc. (NYSE: AAN) announced that it has appointed Gilbert L. Danielson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as interim Chief Executive Officer, effective August 31, 2014. Gil has been the Chief Financial Officer at Aaron’s, Inc. since 1990 and its Executive Vice President since 1998. Mr. Danielson served as Vice President of Finance at Aaron’s, Inc. from 1990 to 1998. He has more than 20 years of experience as an Officer and a Director of Aaron’s, Inc. Mr. Danielson served as a Director of Servidyne, Inc. (formerly known as Abrams Industries Inc.) from 2000 to 2011.

Zoetis Inc. (NYSE: ZTS) announced the appointment of Paul Herendeen as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (EVP & CFO). Herendeen will begin in his role at Zoetis on Sept. 2, 2014. Herendeen replaces former EVP and CFO Rick Passov, who left the company in April. Glenn David, Senior Vice President of Finance Operations, has been serving as Acting CFO in the interim. David will remain at Zoetis and be an integral part of Herendeen’s leadership team. From 2005 to 2013, Herendeen served as CFO at Warner Chilcott, which was acquired by Actavis in 2013. He joined Warner Chilcott after four years as EVP and CFO of MedPointe. He had been Warner Chilcott’s CFO from 1998 until 2000, joining the company after representing one of its lead investors on Warner Chilcott’s Board of Directors. From 1989 to 1998, Herendeen spent nine years as a principal investor at both Dominion Income Management and Cornerstone Partners. He also spent the early part of his career in banking and public accounting, having held various positions with the investment banking group of Oppenheimer & Company, the capital markets group of Continental Bank Corporation, and as a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen & Company.

Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPB) announced that Douglas L. Martin will join the Company on September 1 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Martin replaces Tony Genito who announced plans in April to leave Spectrum Brands by the end of 2014 to return with his family to the Southeast. Mr. Martin comes to Spectrum Brands from Newell Rubbermaid, where he had been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2012 as part of a 27-year career with the company. Prior to serving as CFO, Mr. Martin held a number of key financial leadership positions, including Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance – Consumer Group, Vice President of Finance – Office Products Group, Vice President and Treasurer, and Vice President, Tax. Mr. Martin began his career with KPMG LLP.

Newell Rubbermaid (NYSE: NWL) announced that Doug Martin, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from the company effective August 31, 2014 to accept a senior leadership position with another company. John Stipancich , the company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and EMEA Leader, has been named the company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Newell Rubbermaid, Mr. Stipancich held executive positions with Evenflo Co., Inc. and Borden, Inc., both former Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. portfolio companies. He started his legal career as an associate with the international law firm of Squire Patton Boggs.

Dollar General Corporation (NYSE: DG) announced the appointment of Paula A. Price, to its board of directors. Price, who has been designated an audit committee financial expert, will serve on the audit committee of Dollar General’s board. Price has been Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School in the Accounting and Management Unit since July 2014. She was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ahold USA from May 2009 until January 2014. Before joining Ahold, she was the Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at CVS Caremark Corporation from July 2006 until August 2008. Earlier in her career, Price served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Institutional Trust Services division of JPMorgan Chase and held several other senior management positions in the U.S. and the U.K. in the financial services and consumer packaged goods industries. A certified public accountant, she began her career at Arthur Andersen & Co. Price currently serves as a director of Accenture and Western Digital Corporation. She previously served as a director of Charming Shoppes, Inc.

Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores announced that Jim Kerr, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company, while continuing in his current role as CFO.

LRES has promoted Susheel Mantha to chief financial officer. Before accepting the role of CFO, Mantha served as a controller in the accounting department at LRES. Prior to joining LRES, she served as divisional controller for a large industrial services company.

Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ: COHU) announced that Andrew M. Caggia has been elected to the Cohu Board of Directors. Mr. Caggia has more than 35 years of financial management experience and from 2000 until his retirement in 2006 served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Standard Microsystems Corporation. Prior to SMSC, Mr. Caggia held senior financial management positions at General Instrument/General Semiconductor and began his career at SCM Corporation. Mr. Caggia also served as a director of SMSC from 2001 until its acquisition by Microchip Technology, Inc. in 2012.

Nuverra Environmental Solutions (NYSE: NES) announced that it has appointed Tod C. Holmes, former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Republic Services, Inc., to serve as an independent director of the Company and a member of the Board’s Audit Committee. Prior to joining the Nuverra Board, Mr. Holmes served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE: RSG) from December 2008 until January 2013. Prior to Mr. Holmes being named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Republic Services in August 1998, he served as Vice President of Finance for the Solid Waste Group of Republic Industries, Inc. (now AutoNation). In the nearly three decades prior to joining Republic Industries, Mr. Holmes held management and executive-level positions with numerous companies, including Browning Ferris Industries, Inc., Compagnie Generale de Geophysique, and KPMG.

Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ENR) announced the Company’s leadership transition plan for the finance organization. Dan Sescleifer, who has served as Energizer’s Chief Financial Officer since 2001, has informed the Company that he intends to depart following completion of the previously announced separation of Energizer’s Personal Care and Household Products businesses. Mr. Sescleifer will continue to serve as Energizer’s CFO through the completion of the separation, which is expected to occur by July 1, 2015. Sandy Sheldon, who serves as the Company’s Vice President, Finance, has been named Chief Financial Officer of the Personal Care business. Brian Hamm, who serves as the Company’s Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, has been named Chief Financial Officer of the Household Products business. These appointments will be effective upon completion of the planned separation. Ms. Sheldon has been the Vice President, Finance of the Company since 2006 and in positions of increasing responsibility within Energizer prior to that date. Prior to joining Energizer, she served as Manager, Internal Audit of Ralston Purina from 1986 to 1993 and as an auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Hamm has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of the Company since 2013. He served as Vice President, Global Business Transformation from 2012 to 2013. Mr. Hamm joined Energizer in 2008 and served as its Vice President of Global Finance – Energizer Household Products from 2009 to 2012. Prior to joining Energizer, he served as a Vice President of Domestic Planning at PepsiAmericas.

Satellite Logistics Group announced that Michael Ritchey has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Over the past 18 years, he has held a variety of positions at Reyes Holdings, LLC. Most recently, he served as vice president of finance there. Ritchey succeeds outgoing CFO Diane Mohr who celebrated twelve years of service with SLG in March. ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) announced that Rejji P. Hayes has been named as a senior vice president and the company’s permanent chief financial officer. Mr. Hayes will also continue in the role of treasurer. Mr. Hayes joined ITC in February 2012 as its vice president of finance and treasurer. Previously, he was assistant treasurer and director, Corporate Finance and Financial Strategy at Exelon Corporation in Chicago. He also served as vice president, Mergers and Acquisitions at Lazard Freres & Co. LLC.

GI Partners announced that Roy Kelvin has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Kelvin served as the Chief Financial Officer of Vector Capital. Prior to Vector, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the New York-based private equity firm Zephyr Management. He also worked in senior finance and operations roles in the private equity and emerging markets divisions of Wasserstein Perella. Cary Anderson, GI’s previous Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the firm to pursue other opportunities.

Accelerize New Media Inc. (OTC: ACLZ), owner and operator of CAKE, announced the appointment of Michael Lin to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lin joined the Accelerize in June of 2013 as Vice President of Finance. Mr. Lin has served as CFO at several technology and software related companies including Uniloc USA, Inc. and its subsidiary Blue Cava. He served as Vice President of Finance and a member of the board of directors of Fast Search and Transfer (“FAST”). In 2008 he worked to help complete the sale of FAST to Microsoft for $1.2 billion.

Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AUXL) announced that Andrew Saik was appointed Chief Financial Officer. Tesoro Corporation (NYSE: TSO) announced that Steven Sterin joined Tesoro as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) announced that Robyn Denholm, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Juniper Networks, Inc., has been appointed to its board of directors. Denholm has also been appointed to chair the company’s Audit Committee and be a member of the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees. These roles were previously filled by Brad Buss, who is vacating his committee positions upon joining SolarCity as its Chief Financial Officer. Buss will remain a member of Tesla’s board and will provide valuable continuity from his experience since joining the board in 2009. Denholm joined Juniper in 2007. She joined Juniper from Sun Microsystems, where she served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategic Planning. Denholm began her career in Australia, serving in various finance assignments for Toyota Motor Corporation and Arthur Andersen and Company.

SolarCity Corporation (NASDAQ: SCTY) has appointed Brad Buss as chief financial officer. Buss served Cypress Semiconductor as chief financial officer from August 2005 to June 2014. Prior to joining Cypress, Buss served as vice president of finance at Altera Corp., and prior to that, as CFO of Wyle Electronics’ Atlas Services Division. Buss also served as a member of Cisco Systems’ worldwide sales finance team, and as chief financial officer at Zaffire Inc. Mr. Buss is currently a member of the board of directors and audit committee chairman for both Tesla Motors and Cafepress.

The Madison Square Garden Company (NASDAQ: MSG) announced that Sean Creamer has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective September 1, 2014. Mr. Creamer joins MSG following Bob Pollichino‘s announced planned retirement as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Pollichino will continue as chief financial officer until Mr. Creamer officially joins the company on September 1. Mr. Pollichino will then remain as an executive vice president with the company until his retirement later this year, after which he will continue to be available to advise MSG as a consultant for 12 months. Before joining MSG, Mr. Creamer spent nine years at Arbitron Inc., most recently serving as president and chief executive officer. Prior to this, he held the position of chief operating officer. Mr. Creamer joined Arbitron in August 2005 as executive vice president, Finance and Planning. Later that year he was named the company’s chief financial officer, a position he held until 2010, when he became executive vice president of the Company’s radio and cross-platform services and operations. Mr. Creamer is also a former member of Arbitron’s board of directors. Prior to joining Arbitron, Mr. Creamer was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Laureate Education, Inc. Owens Corning (NYSE: OC) announced that Maryann T. Seaman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, FMC Technologies, Inc., has been elected to the company’s Board of Directors. Walgreens (NYSE: WAG) announced the appointment of Timothy McLevish as Walgreens executive vice president and chief financial officer. McLevish comes to Walgreens from Kraft Foods Group, Inc. where he most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to Kraft, he served in chief financial officer roles for Ingersoll-Rand, and Mead Corporation. McLevish also served in a leadership role at Zellerbach Paper Company, where he was vice president and general manager. McLevish succeeds Wade D. Accretive Health, Inc. (OTC: ACHI) announced that it has appointed Peter Csapo, former chief financial officer and area senior vice president for VHA, Inc., as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. Csapo succeeds Sean Orr, who has served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Accretive Health since August 2013. Orr will remain with the company, moving into a new role as SVP of finance. Prior to VHA, Csapo worked at McKesson Health Solutions as chief financial officer and vice president, customer operations. He joined McKesson in 1998, where he advanced through multiple corporate and divisional leadership roles during his 13-year tenure. Michael Baker International announced that it has appointed Brian A. Lutes as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Brian Arsenault, who had assumed the duties of Chief Financial Officer of the company on an interim basis since January 2014, will continue to serve the company as a Vice President in its Finance Group, and will assist Mr. Lutes as he transitions into his new role. Mr. Lutes recently served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sypris Solutions. LRES has named Don Mask, formerly LRES’ chief financial officer (CFO), as chief administration officer (CAO). Prior to joining LRES, Mask held executive level positions at several national companies that provide services for universities.

Lanyon announced John Mills has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mills most recently led financial operations as Chief Financial Officer for Infogroup. Dyadic International, Inc. (OTC: DYAI) announced the appointment of Thomas “Tom” Dubinski as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Tom succeeds Michael Faby. From 2012 to 2014, Tom served as a management consultant at CFO Solutions. Tom previously served as Finance Officer for Walgreens Infusion Services, and he has also held other senior positions within Walgreens corporate finance from 2007 to 2011. ArbiterSports announced Brenda Rees will join the ArbiterSports executive team as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before joining ArbiterSports, Brenda worked as a CFO for Memorial Hospital of Carbon County, Internal Audit Manager for the Catholic Healthcare Audit Network and Accounting Instructor at the University of Nebraska. Rees replaces Ellen Hodgson, who announced her retirement.

Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. announced that its Board of Directors has appointed John Morberg as its chief executive officer. Mr. Morberg has served as the company’s interim chief executive officer since May 6, 2014 and as chief financial officer and general counsel since January 2007.

Titan America announced that Bill Zarkalis will serve as Chief Executive Officer for Titan America. Pilgrim Quality Solutions announced the appointment of David Pincus to Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Pilgrim, Mr. Pincus was the Chief Financial Officer at LIQUENT. He previously was Vice President of Finance at Optobionics. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of ABN AMRO Private Equity.

Acrow Bridge announced the appointment of Robert Russo to chief financial officer (CFO). Russo joined Acrow from Harsco Infrastructure Group, part of Harsco Corporation, where he was Division President, North America. Previously, his responsibilities included serving as general manager and CFO of Xylum Corporation; Vice President, Finance, North America at Fisher Scientific International; and Group Controller/Assistant Corporate Controller at The Pullman Company. American Energy – Permian Basin, LLC (AEPB), an affiliate of American Energy Partners, LP (AELP), announced it has named Jeffrey L. Mobley as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mobley most recently served as Senior Vice President – Major Acquisitions for AELP. Previously he served as Senior Vice President – Investor Relations and Research for Chesapeake Energy Corporation and also worked in Equity Research for Raymond James & Associates and in Investment Banking for Prudential Securities and ABN AMRO. Send Word Now announced the appointment of Christine Dye as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Send Word Now, Dye worked for Citrix Online, the online services division of Citrix Systems, Inc. Most recently, she served as Finance Director and part of the leadership team for GoToAssist™. Dye also spent three years inside the company’s Audio Conferencing division. Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DHIL) announced that Jim Laird will step down as Chief Financial Officer effective December 31, 2014. IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. announced the addition of Terry DeRosa as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. DeRosa most recently served as the CFO of Kestrel Enterprises, Inc. which was acquired by the Boeing Company in 2008. Prior to Boeing, he was the President of DRS Technologies, Inc. World Business Lenders (WBL) announced that it appointed Robert Gula as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Gula’s predecessor in this role, Donald Epstein, will continue as the company’s Chief Administrative Officer. Gula joins WBL after more than seven years at Deutsche Bank where he was the Global Finance Director/CFO of Residential Mortgages and Chief Operating Officer of Global Valuations. Before that, Gula was the Controller of MortgageIT Holdings, Inc. At Chase Home Finance, a subsidiary of J.P. Morgan Chase, he spent almost six years in senior financial positions and, at the time of his departure, was Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. In the decade leading up to these roles, Gula served The Dime Savings Bank of New York, The Federal Home Loan Bank of New York and Carteret Savings Bank in various capacities in the finance and accounting functions.

From November 2011 to March 2012, Mr. Johnson was self-employed as an independent contractor. Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: CDTI) announced that it has promoted David E. Shea to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Shea served as CDTi’s Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Corporate Controller, joined the Company in 2005 and has served in numerous leadership and senior executive capacities. USA | CFO Moves – week ending July 25, 2014

Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE: RAD) announced that Darren Karst is joining Rite Aid as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Aug. 20. Karst succeeds Frank Vitrano, who has announced he will retire in September, 2015. Until then, Vitrano retains the chief administrative officer responsibilities. Karst joins Rite Aid from Roundy’s, Inc. where he has been the executive vice president, chief financial officer and assistant secretary since 2002. Prior to that, Karst was a partner at the Yucaipa Companies, a private equity investment firm. He also held executive financial positions within several Yucaipa portfolio companies, including Chicago-based Dominick’s, where he served as the chief financial officer and a director.

Roundy’s, Inc. (NYSE: RNDY) announced that Darren Karst, Roundy’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will be leaving the company to join Rite Aid Corporation as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Karst will remain with Roundy’s through August 9, 2014. Michael Turzenski, currently Roundy’s Group Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, has been appointed Group Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Karst has served as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2002. Mr. Turzenski has served as Group Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer since February 2012. Mr. Turzenski joined Roundy’s in 2007 as Vice President, Controller.

Extended Stay America, Inc. (NYSE: STAY) announced that Peter Crage, Chief Financial Officer since 2011, has notified the Company of his intentions to leave for personal reasons as of July 31, 2014. Most recently, Wichser served as Vice President, Corporate Development for CBS Corporation in New York. Previously at CBS, Wichser served as Vice President, Investor Relations. Prior to CBS, Wichser was Director, Investor Relations for Viacom. Earlier in her career, she worked as an associate at Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking division. eASIC Corporation announced the appointment of Richard Deranleau as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance. Ascena Retail Group, Inc. Mr. Montgomery has agreed to remain through the end of the summer. Randy Pearce, a member of Ascena’s Board of Directors, Chair of the Audit Committee, and former Chief Financial Officer of Regis Corporation from 1998 to 2011, will increase his involvement in the stewardship of the Company’s finance department during the transition.

Athene Holding Ltd.announced it has promoted Brenda Cushing to Chief Financial Officer of Athene. Ms. Cushing assumes the role held by David Johnson, who is stepping down as CFO of Athene to accept a position as CFO of a public company located closer to his home and family in Washington D.C. Ms. Cushing currently serves as CFO of Athene USA, a role she has held since Athene’s acquisition of Aviva USA in 2013. Ms. Cushing served as CFO of Aviva USA prior to its acquisition by Athene and also held senior finance roles within AmerUs, a publicly traded company which was acquired by Aviva PLC in 2006. Mr. Johnson will continue his service as CFO of Athene until August 20, 2014, when Ms. Cushing will assume his responsibilities.

Invacare Corporation (NYSE: IVC) announced that Robert K. Gudbranson, Invacare’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been named interim President and Chief Executive Officer, while retaining his role as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gudbranson has served as Invacare’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Gudbranson was Vice President of Strategic Planning and Acquisitions for Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Lincoln Electric, he held various financial roles of increasing responsibility for Invacare including: Director, Business Development and Investor Relations; Assistant Treasurer; and European Finance Director.

NEWSCYCLE Solutions announced the appointment of Lynn Danko as its new chief financial officer. Danko joins the NEWSCYCLE executive team from Ecolab, Inc. where she served as vice president of finance for technology. She held the role of CFO at Amcom Software, and spent over seven years with Lawson Software. Danko served in various finance leadership roles at Lawson, including international controller in Stockholm, Sweden and leading global strategic planning in St. Paul, MN.

AuraSense Therapeutics announced that David Snyder has joined AuraSense Therapeutics’ executive leadership team as chief financial officer. Prior to joining AuraSense Therapeutics, Mr. Snyder was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cellular Dynamics International Inc. He previously served as senior vice president of finance, site vice president and chief financial officer of Roche NimbleGen from 2007 to 2008. From 2006 to 2007, he served as vice president and chief financial officer of NimbleGen Systems, Inc. Gigamon Inc. (NYSE: GIMO) announced the appointment of Mike Burns as chief financial officer. Before joining Gigamon, Burns served as chief financial officer of Volterra Semiconductor. Prior to Volterra, Burns spent fifteen years at Intel Corporation where he held several senior financial positions.

Hunt Consolidated, Inc. announced the addition of Brant Meleski as the new Chief Financial Officer of Hunt Utility Services. Mr. Meleski will also serve as the Chief Financial Officer of InfraREIT, LLC. Brant Meleski comes to Hunt Utility Services from Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), where he served as Managing Director of Energy and Power Investment Banking. Brant has extensive experience working with Hunt and its affiliates on its power and infrastructure growth ambitions. Meleski will be succeeding Greg Wilks, who will now serve as CFO of Sharyland Utilities, L.P. Meleski will join in early September.

Zynex, Inc. (OTC: ZYXI) announced the appointment of Brian Alleman as its new chief financial officer. Mr. Alleman most recently served as managing director at Alleman & Associates. Anthony Scalese, serving CFO of Zynex, has resigned to pursue other opportunities.

MuleSoft announced that it has appointed Steve Collins to its board of directors. Steve comes to MuleSoft from his previous role as CFO of ExactTarget. Prior to ExactTarget, he served as senior vice president and CFO of NAVTEQ Corporation. He has also held financial leadership positions at The Walt Disney Company, co-founded a technology-focused venture capital firm, and is an acting board member for several leading technology-focused startups.

EZCORP, Inc. (NASDAQ: EZPW) announced that Mark Kuchenrither, Chief Financial Officer of EZCORP, has been appointed interim Chief Executive Officer and President Mr. Kuchenrither will remain Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kuchenrither joined EZCORP as Senior Vice President, Strategic Development in March 2010. In May 2012, Mark was promoted to Executive Vice President and in October of the same year, he assumed the additional role of Chief Financial Officer. He recently assumed operational responsibility for EZCORP’s Financial Services business. Layne Christensen Company (NASDAQ: LAYN) announced that Andrew Atchison has been named Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2014. Mr. Atchison will succeed James R. Easter, who resigned from Layne effective August 1, 2014 to pursue other interests. Mr. Atchison returns to Layne after having served as Controller from 1997 to June 2012, and assisting with various accounting functions during the Company’s relocation to The Woodlands until July 2013. Infogroup announced John Hofmann was named to its executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. Hofmann comes to Infogroup from Silver Lake Sumeru. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Hofmann was Vice President at GTCR Golder Rauner. Previously, Hofmann was at McKinsey & Company. The Western Union Company (NYSE: WU) announced following an extensive global search, the appointment of Raj K. Agrawal as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Agrawal most recently served as Western Union Executive Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer, after previously holding the position of President of Western Union Business Solutions from 2011 through 2013. Agrawal joined Western Union in 2006 as Treasurer and also has served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Western Union, Agrawal held senior financial roles at Deluxe Corporation and General Mills, and he began his career at General Motors and later the Chrysler Corporation.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation announced that Chief Financial Officer Dick Henriques has decided to leave the foundation after four years of leadership. Jim Bromley, currently the foundation’s Managing Director, Financial Planning and Global Programs Operations, was announced as the new Chief Financial Officer. Bromley has held a variety of roles within the foundation’s finance and program operations teams and prior to joining the foundation in 2008 served as a consultant and the Executive Vice President and President of Nordstrom Inc. Catalog and Internet Divisions.

dick clark productions announced that Amy Thurlow, has been named Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Thurlow most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales Strategy for TV Guide Network, a CBS/Lionsgate partnership, based in New York and Los Angeles. Prior to serving as CFO and EVP, she held several positions within the company, including Senior Vice President, Sales Strategy and Planning. Earlier in Thurlow’s career, she joined NBC Universal as Manager of Corporate Staff Finance in 1998 and worked her way up to Finance Director of Film and TV Distribution. She began her career at the General Electric Corporation.

The Gymboree Corporation announced that Evan Price gave notice of his resignation as the chief financial and principal accounting officer of the company. Lynda Gustafson has agreed to act as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Gustafson served as the Company’s Vice President, Corporate Controller from February 2005 through June 2014 and has been serving as a Senior Advisor to the Company since June 2014. Ms. Gustafson joined the Company in August 2001 as the Corporate Controller and was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Controller in February 2005. From January 2012 until January 2013, Ms. Gustafson also served as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer.

Corning Incorporated (NYSE: GLW) appointed Donald W. Blair, executive vice president and chief financial officer for NIKE, Inc. (NYSE: NKE), to Corning’s Board of Directors. Blair will serve on the board’s finance and audit committees. Blair has served as NIKE, Inc.’s CFO since 1999. Previously, he spent 14 years at PepsiCo, Inc. in a number of senior executive-level corporate and operating unit financial assignments, including CFO roles for PepsiCo Japan (based in Tokyo) and Pepsi-Cola International’s Asia Division (based in Hong Kong).

LTCG announced the appointment of Dean Miller as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining LTCG, Dean Miller served in various roles at AIG, including Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the global life operations and as the Chief Business and Finance Transformation Officer. Dean had previously worked for Swiss Re in senior leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer for their U.K. run-off life insurance segment and Chief Financial Officer of their global life insurance segment. He was also a partner at Ernst & Young.

LNB Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: LNBB) announced that Gary J. Elek, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, informed the company of his decision to retire from his employment with the Company in early 2015. In connection with his retirement, Mr. Elek will step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective as of July 28, 2014, after which Mr. Elek will remain employed with the Company and transition the balance of his responsibilities over his remaining time until his planned retirement early next year. Effective July 28, 2014, the Company will appoint James H. Nicholson as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Nicholson served as Regional President and Regional Operating Officer for Huntington National Bank.

Alfresco Software welcomed Bruce Felt, a highly-regarded Silicon Valley CFO, to its Board. Felt is expected to lead Alfresco’s Audit Committee, a subcommittee of the Board that is responsible for the financial operations of the company. Most recently, he served in roles at Auction.com and SuccessFactors, Inc. Prior to Auction.com, Bruce spent six years as CFO at SuccessFactors, Inc. Prior to joining SuccessFactors, Bruce was CFO of several other leading software companies including LANDesk Software, Integral Development Corp. and FullTime Software. Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: OXY) announced the appointment of Marshall D. (Mark) Smith as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for its subsidiary, California Resources Corporation. Following its separation from Occidental, California Resources Corporation will be an independent company. Mr. Smith was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ultra Petroleum. Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Upstream Business Development at Constellation Energy from 2004 to 2005. He was Vice President of Business Development at J.M. Huber Energy from 2002 to 2004, and Chief Financial Officer of Gulf Liquids, Inc., from 2001 to 2002.

Ultra Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: UPL) announced that its Board of Directors is promoting Garland R. Shaw to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2014, and that Marshall (Mark) D. Smith, the current Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is resigning to accept a new position at a larger company. Since joining Ultra Petroleum in 2006 as Corporate Controller, and was promoted to the executive leadership team as Vice President and Controller in 2013.

Jenne, Inc. announced that Anthony R. Grilli has joined the company as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Jenne, Tony served as director of financial reporting and analysis, North American Architectural Coatings for PPG Industries. He previously worked in finance and accounting positions with Penton Media, Premier Farnell Corporation and KPMG.

Frank’s International N.V. (NYSE: FI) appointed John Sinders as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Sinders succeeds Mark Margavio who is stepping down from the CFO position but will remain with the Company to assist in the transition of his responsibilities. Mr. Sinders joined the Company in 2013. In addition to the interim CFO role, he will continue as Executive Vice President, Administration. Mr. Sinders has over 25 years of experience working with management teams within the energy industry.

CTS Engines announced the hiring of Peter J. Iannone as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Iannone has held a numerous executive management positions in several industries.

BookingPal announced that Stephen Ananias has joined the team as Chief Operating Officer. Stephen joins the company from Mindspeed Technologies, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he served at Broadcom for more than 11 years in various finance positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Controller, Broadband Communications Group, a semiconductor division of Broadcom.

Sensity Systems announced the appointment of Phil Rehkemper as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Most recently, he was the CFO for API Technologies Corp. Previously, Rehkemper served on the management team for International Rectifier as its Vice President of Finance; was CFO and Vice President of Finance at Alliance Fiber Optic Products; and held finance executive positions at Calient Networks and Hewlett-Packard.

John L. Scott Real Estate announce that Chief Financial Officer, Phil McBride, has been appointed Chief Operations Officer. As the new Chief Operating Officer, McBride’s responsibility of the company’s finances will remain unchanged.

ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: ACAD) announced the appointment of Stephen Davis as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer. Mr. Davis most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Heron Therapeutics, Inc., which he joined in 2013. Previously, Mr. Davis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Ardea Biosciences, Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Prior to joining Ardea, Mr. Davis served in numerous executive roles at Neurogen Corporation from 1994 to 2010, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Davis currently serves on the Board of Directors of Heron Therapeutics and Synageva BioPharma Corp.

Top Image Systems, Ltd. (NASDAQ: TISA) announced that Lyron L. Bentovim, member of the TIS Board of Directors since 2008 and most recently serving as COO and CFO of nIT, has agreed to accept appointment to the CFO position to replace Gili Shalita, the company’s CFO since 2008, who will pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Bentovim will cease to be a member of the TIS Board of Directors and assume his position as CFO effective 1st August, 2014. Prior to his last position at nIT, Mr. Bentovim served as Managing Director and COO/CFO at Cabrillo Advisors and as COO/CFO for Sunrise Telecom Inc. Prior to these position, for some years he held the position of Managing Director of Skiritai Capital LLC.

Repligen Corporation announced that Jon K. Snodgres has been named its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Snodgres joins Repligen from his CFO role at Maquet Cardiovascular. Mr. Snodgres previously spent eight years with Thermo Fisher Scientific where he was Vice President of Finance for the Laboratory Products Group. Mr. Snodgres joined Maquet Cardiovascular as CFO in 2009. Mr. Snodgres has also served as Vice President of Financial Operations for Newport Corporation. He began his career in finance at AlliedSignal/Honeywell International.

Iteris, Inc. (NYSE: ITI) announced that Chuck McBride has resigned from the position of vice president of finance and chief financial officer of the company. Mr. McBride served as the company’s CFO for seven months, from his original appointment in December 2013. Craig Christensen has agreed to assume the role of interim CFO. Mr. Christensen has served as the company’s vice president and controller since April 2012. Prior to joining Iteris, Christensen served as the corporate controller and director of finance and accounting at SM&A, from 2007 through April 2012.

Ballantyne Strong, Inc. (NYSE: BTN) announced that Nathan D. Legband has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective September 2, 2014. Mr. Legband, who has served as Corporate Controller for Ballantyne Strong since June 2012, will replace Mary A. Carstens, who will be retiring on September 2, 2014. Mr. Legband joined Ballantyne Strong as Corporate Controller in June 2012. Prior to joining Ballantyne Strong, Mr. Legband served in a number of finance department positions for West Corporation from 2008-2012.

Meredian Inc. announced that John A. Dowdy, III has joined their team as the newly appointed Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Meredian team, Dowdy served in various financial and accounting positions at Yandex. During his tenure at Yandex, Dowdy was the Chief Accounting Officer from January 2008 until April 2012 and the Vice President of Finance for its international business from April 2012-2014.

The Doe Fund announced the appointment of Ernest L. Duncan, Jr.to the post of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Duncan most recently served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer at the Vera Institute of Justice with previous tenures at the Museum of African American History in Detroit and the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. Mr. Duncan joins The Doe Fund in August 2014.

American Fast Freight, Inc. announced that Debra L. Lorge will join the Company as a Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Ms. Lorge worked for a numbers of years for Ernst & Young Seattle, King Broadcasting Company and as the CFO for National Mobile Television.

Zions Bancorporation (NASDAQ: ZION) today announced that Edward F. Murphy has been elected to its board of directors. Mr. Murphy served as Chief Financial Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Executive Vice President of its Corporate Group from 2005 through 2013. He had previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO of the retail division of JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2002 through 2004, and in several positions with JPMorgan & Co. from 1983 through 2002, including as Chief Operating Officer of its Asia Pacific Region, and five years as the firm’s Global Audit Director.

Say Media announced Dianne Dubois has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Dubois has been a consulting CFO for the past 4 years, working with a variety of emerging and medium-size growth businesses in the technology, media, cleantech and biotech sectors. She has also been the CFO/COO of Olivia, CFO at Looksmart and eTrade North America, and has held senior finance positions at Disney, WellPoint, and PIMCO.

Northern Trust (NASDAQ: NTRS) announced that Michael G. O’Grady, Chief Financial Officer, will become President of Corporate & Institutional Services. S. Biff Bowman, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, will be named Chief Financial Officer.
