Virgin Hotels [MIAMI] announced Dan Mathewes as Chief Financial Officer. Mathewes’ background includes senior financial positions at The World, Kerzner International Holdings Limited, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited.

Evite [LOS ANGELES] announced that Paul Pucino has been named Chief Financial Officer. Pucino brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial operations to Evite. For the past 15 years, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of a number of publicly-traded and privately-held companies including THQ, Digital Insight and Tekelec.

The Phoenix Companies, Inc. (NYSE: PNX) [HARTFORD, Conn.] intends to appoint Ernest McNeill Jr., currently senior vice president and chief accounting officer at Phoenix, as chief financial officer, replacing current CFO Bonnie J. Malley, who plans to retire. Mr. McNeill joined Phoenix in August, 2014 and currently oversees numerous corporate finance functions. He previously held senior accounting and finance positions at Fidelity Investments and the Hartford Financial Services Group.

Aaron’s, Inc. (NYSE: AAN) [ATLANTA] announced that Steven A. Michaels, President, has been named Aaron’s Chief Financial Officer and President of Strategic Operations, succeeding Gilbert L. Danielson. Michaels currently serves as Aaron’s President. Prior to being named President, Michaels was VP, Strategic Planning and Business Development. Since joining Aaron’s in 1995, Michaels has held various roles within the organization, starting in audit and progressing through the franchise and finance departments.

TheStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ: TST) [NEW YORK] announced that Eric F. Lundberg has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Richard Broitman, who will cease to serve as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer and will continue his employment with the Company as Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Lundberg recently held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ALM Media, LLC, from January 2008 to January 2015. Mr. Lundberg joined ALM Media from Penton Media, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer from November 2006 to January 2008. Prior to joining Penton Media, Mr. Lundberg held various financial positions within American Lawyer Media (predecessor to ALM Media, LLC), including Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, from 1995-2006.

BioAgilytix [DURHAM, N.C.] added Todd Lynch as SVP and Chief Financial Officer. Lynch has more than 23 years’ experience with companies that include GlaxoSmithKline, Inveresk Research, and most recently, Metabolon.

Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [WALTHAM, Mass.], announced that the Company has appointed Allan L. Shaw as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. Mr. Shaw is a three-time public company Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Shaw served as a Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal. He currently serves on the boards of directors of two public companies, Vivus Inc., and Akari Therapeutics, Plc. Mr. Shaw’s previous experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Serono S.A., NewLead Holdings Ltd. and Viatel, Inc. Mr. Shaw was also the founder and senior managing director of Shaw Strategic Capital LLC.

Ducommun Incorporated (NYSE: DCO) [LOS ANGELES] announced that Douglas L. Groves, a member of the Company’s executive leadership team, has been named vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer, succeeding Joseph P. Bellino, who retired at the end of 2015. Mr. Groves joined Ducommun in January 2013 as vice president of accounting and moved into the vice president, controller and chief accounting officer role later that year. He joined Ducommun from Beckman Coulter, Inc., where he served as corporate vice president and chief information officer after holding a series of progressively responsible finance and accounting management positions, including vice president of finance for the North American operations.

UCP, Inc. (NYSE:UCP) [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced that James M. Pirrello has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer, succeeding William J. La Herran, who recently resigned. His experience includes tenures at Pulte Homes, NVR, First Homebuilders of Florida, The Fortress Group, BCB Homes and Sivage Homes.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® [LOS ANGELES] is pleased to appoint Jeff Harris as Chief Financial Officer. Harris was most recently CFO/COO of Purple Wine Company. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer for fashion brands such as Stella & Dot and Gymboree and worked in finance leadership positions for entertainment companies such as Lucasfilm Ltd. and Disney.

AmpliPhi Biosciences Corporation (NYSE MKT: APHB) [SAN DIEGO] announced that Steve R. Martin has been appointed as its new Chief Financial Officer, replacing interim CFO, David E. Bosher, who will remain with AmpliPhi as a consultant. Mr. Martin served for three years as the CFO of Apricus Biosciences. Prior to Apricus, he was CFO and interim CEO of BakBone Software. Previously, Mr. Martin was senior consultant to the CEO and Acting Chief Accounting Officer for Leap Communications. Mr. Martin’s leadership experience includes serving as CFO of Stratagene Corporation and as Controller for Gen-Probe. Mr. Martin began his career at Deloitte, where he spent 10 years in its San Diego office, rising to Senior Audit Manager.

Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) [SUNNYVALE, Calif.] announced that Robert Painter, currently a Trimble vice president and general manager of Trimble Buildings, will become its new chief financial officer, replacing Francois Delepine, who will be leaving Trimble to pursue another opportunity. Painter assumed leadership of Trimble’s business development when he joined the company in 2006 and led all acquisition activity for three years. During that time, he played a substantial role in the creation of Virtual Site Solutions, a joint venture with Caterpillar. Subsequently, Painter was general manager for Trimble’s construction services business and then general manager for Intelligent Construction Tools, Trimble’s joint venture with Hilti. In 2015, Painter was appointed vice president for Trimble Buildings, a significant component of the Engineering and Construction segment. Prior to Trimble, he held a variety of management and finance positions at Cenveo, Rapt, Bain & Company, Whole Foods and Kraft.

Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) [IRVING, Texas] announced that its Board of Directors has promoted Mary A. Lindsey to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, replacing Barbara R. Smith who has been promoted to COO. Ms. Lindsey joined the Company in September 2009 as Vice President-Tax, and she became the Vice President-Tax and Investor Relations in June 2015. Prior to joining CMC, Ms. Lindsey served as Vice President Tax and Tax Counsel for Albany International Corp, and from January 2005 to March 2006, Ms. Lindsey was an attorney at Baker and Hostetler, a national law firm. In addition, Ms. Lindsey served in various roles, including Vice President Tax and Tax Counsel, Legal Counsel responsible for global M&A and intellectual property, and General Manager of Corporate M&A, at The Timken Company from January 1985 to January 2005.

Enable Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: ENBL) [OKLAHOMA CITY] announced that its Board of Directors has named John Laws Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Laws, a 6-year Enable leader, succeeds former CFO Rod Sailor. Prior to being named CFO, Laws served as treasurer at Enable. Before joining Enable in 2010, he served various organizations in a variety of corporate finance leadership roles.

Tintri Inc. [MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA] announced that John C. Bolger has joined Tintri as its newest board member. John brings more than 30 years of accounting and financial expertise, as well as extensive public company board and senior management experience. Bolger is a retired vice president of finance and administration as well as chief financial officer for Cisco Systems Inc., and has served as audit committee chair on more than 10 boards of a variety of high tech companies.

GSC Logistics, Inc. [OAKLAND, Calif.] has promoted Marc Jensen to CFO. Mr. Jensen joined GSC Logistics in March 2015 as VP of Finance / Corporate Controller, bringing over 30 years of transportation and logistics experience to GSC Logistics. Prior to joining GSC he served as principal for MLJ Consulting LLC. Mr. Jensen previously served as VP, Corporate Controller for Pacer International, where he had earlier served as Pacer International’s head of Internal Audit. His experience also includes American President Lines (APL), APL Logistics, and the original United States Lines, serving in a variety of financial, operational, and information technology roles.

Demandbase [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Steven Klei has joined the company’s board of directors as head of the Audit Committee, in addition to being the chief financial officer at Kabam. Klei has an impressive background, holding chief financial officer positions at a variety of successful SaaS companies including Jigsaw, ProBusiness, Autonomy, Zantaz Inc. and Xactly

Monaker Group (OTC: MKGI) [WESTON, FL] announced that Omar Jimenez has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). Mr. Jimenez has held a variety of senior financial management positions including CFO at EpiCenter Development, and President & CFO at American Leisure Holdings, Inc. Mr. Jimenez also served as Director of Operations for US Installation Group, Inc., a selling and installation group for The Home Depot, and CFO and VP of Onyx Group, Inc.

RealPage, Inc. (NASDAQ: RP) [CARROLLTON, Texas] announced that Brian Shelton will be named Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer after W. Bryan Hill, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer resigns, to pursue other opportunities and interests. Mr. Shelton previously served as Vice President of Finance for St. Jude Medical, Inc., 2010 to 2014. From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Shelton held various senior financial and operational roles at St. Jude Medical, Inc.

MSCI Inc. (NYSE: MSCI) [NEW YORK] announced that Robert Qutub, its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has notified the company that he intends to retire. It is expected that Mr. Qutub will remain with the company until the earlier of mid-May and the appointment of his successor.

FireMon [OVERLAND PARK, KS] announced the appointment of Donald Klumb as Chief Financial Officer. Donald Klumb has more than 30 years of management experience including CFO of Cartesian (CRTN). Prior to Cartesian, he was an audit and consulting partner at Deloitte.

Veracity Management Global, Inc. (PINK: VCMG) [DALLAS] announced the appointment of Peter B. Dauterman to its board of directors, and will serve as Chief Financial Officer and a Director.

FCB Financial Holdings, Inc. [WESTON, Fla.] announced the appointment of Jennifer L. Simons to the post of Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Simons assumes the post from Paul D. Burner who served in the role of CFO since July 2012, and will continue with FCB in the role of Finance Director. In July 2015 Ms. Simons was promoted to Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Upon joining the Company in 2014 as Chief Accounting Officer, Ms. Simons brought over 20 years financial experience to FCB. Most recently, she was Vice President and Senior Manager at PNC Financial Services Group.

Phononic [DURHAM, N.C.] announced that Tom Werthan has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Werthan comes to Phononic from Solid State Equipment where he was CFO. Previously, he held the CFO position at Sunlogics and Emcore. Werthan has also held finance and accounting leadership positions at Audio Visual Labs.

Willis Lease Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: WLFC) [Novato, CA,] announced that Brad Forsyth will be resigning as Chief Financial Officer, effective February 18, 2016. Following Mr. Forsyth’s departure and during the Company’s search for a permanent replacement, functions previously performed by Mr. Forsyth will be managed with existing personnel.

Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: FDML) [Southfield, Michigan] announced that Jerome Rouquet has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation. Rouquet will replace Raj Shah, Senior Vice President and CFO, Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation, who announced his retirement. In addition to assuming the new corporate CFO responsibilities, Rouquet will continue in his role as Senior Vice President, Finance of the Motorparts division.

Mavenlink [IRVINE, Calif.] announced that it has expanded its executive team with the addition of Michael Lin to the position of CFO. Prior to joining Mavenlink, Michael was the CFO of Cake Marketing. Michael has also served as CFO of both Uniloc and Gehry Technologies. Prior to that, he was VP of Finance and Planning at enterprise search company Fast Search and Transfer.

Organovo Holdings, Inc. (NYSE MKT: ONVO) [SAN DIEGO] announced that Barry Michaels, chief financial officer (“CFO”), will retire after the end of the Company’s current fiscal year. Michaels, whose outstanding career spans over 40 years, has served as CFO since August 2011.

Restaurant Revolution Technologies, Inc. (RRT) [SAN DIEGO, CA] announced the addition of Jack Fitzpatrick as its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Fitzpatrick has over 30 years of experience working with startup and emerging growth companies in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining RRT, Fitzpatrick was COO and CFO of Skylight Healthcare Systems, Inc. Michael began his career in public accounting with McGladrey & Pullen LLP in Las Vegas, Nevada. Michael transitioned away from public accounting in 2006 and spent two years as the Controller for a de novo bank, Service1st Bank of Nevada. He spent the next seven years back in public accounting, including five years with Perry-Smith LLP, where he advanced to the senior manager position, and two additional years with Moss Adams LLP.

REV Group, Inc. [MIAMI, Fla.] announced that Dean Nolden has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO). For the past 17 years, Nolden has worked with the Manitowoc Company in Manitowoc, WI. He held positions of increasing responsibility in the finance area, serving most recently as Executive Vice President Finance for Manitowoc’s Crane segment and interim CFO for its Foodservice business. Prior to that, he was Manitowoc’s VP of Finance & Treasurer.
