Callaway Golf Company (NYSE: ELY) announced that the Company has appointed Robert K. Julian as Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective May 11, 2015. Brad Holiday, who has served as Chief Financial Officer since August 2000, announced his impending retirement in December 2014. Robert Julian has over 20 of years of financial leadership experience with increasing responsibility within companies such as Lydall, Legrand, Fisher Scientific International, Cisco Systems and Honeywell. In his most recent role, he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Lydall, Inc.

Panera Bread Company appointed Michael J. Bufano as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bufano has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Planning since August 2014, prior to which he served as our Vice President of Planning from July 2010 to August 2014. Prior to joining Panera, Mr. Bufano served in various positions for PepsiCo, Inc., including as Director, Strategic & Financial Planning, PepsiCo Americas Beverages from February 2008 to July 2010. The Company also announced that William W. Moreton, the Company’s Executive Vice Chairman and interim Chief Financial Officer, will continue his role as Executive Vice Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors and remain involved in the development and execution of the Company’s financial strategies but will cease serving as the Company’s principal financial officer.

GTT Communications, Inc. (NYSE: GTT) announced that Mike Sicoli has joined the GTT leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining GTT, Mr. Sicoli served as Principal of MTS Advisors, a consulting and advisory services firm he founded in 2013. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sidera Networks and earlier was the Chief Financial Officer at RCN Corporation. He also held various management positions at Nextel Communications, following several years in consulting at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture.

GAMCO Investors, Inc. (NYSE: GBL) announced that Robert S. Zuccaro, Chief Financial Officer, indicated that he will be resigning as of July 1, 2015. Mr. Zuccaro originally joined GAMCO in June 1998 and served as Controller, then Chief Financial Officer until 2003. He returned in February 2011 and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to rejoining us, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Commonwealth Management Partners, LLP. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer with National Financial Partners Corp. Mr. Zuccaro also served in senior financial roles at National Financial Partners, Cybex International, Shearson Lehman Brothers and began his career with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young.

Ignite Restaurant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: IRG) announced that Brad Leist has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. He will replace Michael Dixon, President and Chief Financial Officer, who will be formally leaving the Company, effective April 17, 2015, but will continue working on a consulting basis through May 15, 2015. Brad Leist joined Ignite in 2012 and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining Ignite, Brad served in a variety of positions, most recently as Vice President – Corporate Controller at Builders FirstSource, Inc. from 2004 to 2012. Brad also worked for seven years in public accounting for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. (NASDAQ: MFLX) announced that Tom Liguori, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer has resigned his position with the Company to pursue another career opportunity. Mr. Liguori will continue as Chief Financial Officer through May 15, 2015 to facilitate an orderly transition of his responsibilities.

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEIS) announced that Thomas (“Tom”) Liguori, currently chief financial officer and executive vice president at Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. (“MFLEX”), will join the company as chief financial officer and executive vice president on May 18, 2015. Tom has also served as the chief financial officer at Hypercom, Inc., Iomega Corporation, Channell Commercial Corporation and Dole Europe for Dole Food Company, and has held other financial management positions at Teledyne Inc., Honeywell, and Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Worldpay US announced it has hired Michael Wasserfuhr as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Worldpay, Wasserfuhr was Chief Financial Officer at Ingenico North America. He previously held similar senior executive positions with Putzmeister America and TUV Rheinland of North America.

ORIX USA announced the promotion of Paul Wilson to Chief Financial Officer. Wilson joined the ORIX USA Finance and Accounting department in 2004 as the company’s Tax Director. In December 2013, he was promoted to Chief Accounting. Recently, his role expanded to include diversification of financial resources. Before joining ORIX USA, Wilson spent 11 years in Big Four public accounting.

Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DLR) announced the appointment of Andrew Power as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Power joins Digital Realty following a 13-year career in investment banking. He currently serves as Managing Director of the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mr. Power was employed by Citigroup, where he held similar positions.

Dart Appraisal announced the addition of Michael Fisk as the company’s first Chief Financial Officer. Fisk most recently served as director of corporate finance for Munder Capital Management. Prior to joining Munder, he worked as vice president and controller for Hantz Financial Service’s mortgage group (formerly Tranex).

AvidXchange announced that Karen Bertaux will be joining the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AvidXchange, Karen held a variety of senior finance positions in the technology industry, including CFO of AGDATA. Prior to AGDATA, Karen was the CFO of Consonus Technologies, Inc., and CFO of Strategic Technologies, Inc., NC.

Crimson Wine Group, Ltd. (OTC: CWGL) announced the appointment of Shannon McLaren to the position of Chief Financial Officer. McLaren comes to Crimson from Wente Family Estates, where she spent four years as the Senior Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Wente, McLaren worked with the Clorox Company in Oakland, where she held positions in both Financial Planning and Analysis, as well as Corporate Accounting. She also worked at Altera Corporation in San Jose in Internal Audit. McLaren spent seven years with KPMG.

TIER REIT, Inc. announced the appointment of Thomas M. Herzog as an independent director. Mr. Herzog currently serves as chief financial officer of UDR, Inc. Previously, Mr. Herzog served as chief financial officer at each of Amstar, HCP, Inc., and Apartment Investment and Management Company (Aimco). Prior to joining Aimco, Mr. Herzog held positions at both GE Real Estate and at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Tribune Publishing Company (NYSE: TPUB) announced that Sandra J. Martin, the Company’s interim CFO, has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Martin joined the Company in March 2014. Martin has previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Entech Solar and as the Vice President and Corporate Controller for Belo Corp.

Trumark Companies recently announced that it has hired Rob Fregulia as Chief Financial Officer. Before he joined Trumark, Fregulia was the CFO for River Islands Development, LLC. He has also served as the California regional vice president for Meritage Homes. The first 12 years of his career were spent working for Signature Properties.

DiscoverOrg appointed John Gardiner as the company’s chief financial officer. Previously, Gardiner served as chief financial officer at SmartFocus. Before joining SmartFocus, Gardiner was chief financial officer and chief strategy officer at SirsiDynix.

Vertex Inc. announced that Lisa Butler has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Butler joined Vertex as Director of Accounting and Compliance in 2003. Butler’s advancement enables previous CFO, David DeStefano, to focus on his role as a market-facing executive vice president and as a key member of the Vertex Executive Council.

scPharmaceuticals, Inc. announced that it has elected Dorothy A. Coleman to its board of directors and that it has appointed Brian Piekos as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Coleman is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Lifetime Healthcare Companies, the parent corporation of Excellus BlueCross BlueShield in Rochester, New York. She previously held the same role at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island and prior to that spent eight years with UnitedHealthcare in various executive leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer of the Public Sector and CEO for the group’s Southwest Ohio health plan. Prior to that, Coleman was CFO/COO of Cigna Healthcare Medical Group Practice of Arizona and CFO/Associate Administrator at FHP Inc. Hospital. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Mr. Piekos spent five years at Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc. most recently as the Senior Director of Corporate Finance, Tax and Treasury. Before joining Cubist, Mr. Piekos served as a Vice President of Investment Banking at Leerink Partners, formerly Leerink Swann, and Needham & Company. He began his career as a research associate at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Biogen.

Kolltan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced the election of Frank Karbe, former Chief Financial Officer of Exelixis, to Kolltan’s Board of Directors. Prior to Exelixis, Mr. Karbe served as Vice President-Healthcare Group for Goldman Sachs & Co. Previously, Mr. Karbe held various positions in the finance department of The Royal Dutch/Shell Group in Europe. Since January 2010, Mr. Karbe has been a member of the board of directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Tekmira Pharmaceuticals Corporation.

Avita Medical Ltd. (OTC: AVMXY) announced that Tim Rooney, who has been serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer, will resume his role as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

TelTech Systems announced that it has named George Abraham to the position of Chief Financial Officer. For the past seven years, George has led his own company, Rhodium Strategies. George currently serves on the Board of directors for several companies.

Vaxin appointed Elizabeth Adkins Czerepak to the newly created position of chief financial officer (CFO). Before Vaxin, Ms. Czerepak served as CFO and chief business officer at Isarna Therapeutics BV and, earlier, as CFO and principal accounting officer at Cancer Genetics Inc. (CGI). Prior to CGI, she worked for nine years at JP Morgan Inc. and Bear Stearns, where she was managing director and general partner of BSHI, and an NASD registered representative. Earlier in her career, Ms. Czerepak was vice president of business development and a member of the U.S. executive board at BASF Pharma, and held senior-level finance, licensing, and corporate development positions at Hoffmann-La Roche and Merck & Co.

Kymeta Corporation announced that it has appointed Marc Stolzman as chief financial officer (CFO). Marc Stolzman most recently served as CFO of Zulily. Stolzman has more than 20 years of business and financial operations experience, previously serving as CFO at Zumiez, Blue Nile and Imperium Renewables.

Connected Data announced that Gene Spies has been named the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Spies was previously Nexsan Corporation’s CFO. Before joining Nexsan, Mr. Spies held numerous finance roles at Xylan Corporation, which was acquired by Alcatel, and as a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP.

Tech Data Corporation (NASDAQ: TECD) announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jeffery P. (“Jeff”) Howells has notified the company of his intent to retire as CFO effective June 5, 2015. He will also retire from the company’s Board of Directors at the expiration of his current term following the annual meeting of shareholders in June 2015. Howells has served as the company’s CFO since 1992 and as a member of its Board since 1998. Charles V. (“Chuck”) Dannewitz, currently the company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer, the Americas, has been selected by Tech Data’s Board of Directors to succeed Howells as CFO. Dannewitz joined Tech Data in February 1995 as vice president of Taxes. He was promoted to senior vice president of Taxes in March 2000, and assumed responsibility for worldwide Treasury operations in July 2003. In February 2014, he was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer, the Americas. Prior to joining the company, Dannewitz was employed by Price Waterhouse for 13 years, most recently as a tax partner.

PacWest Bancorp (NASDAQ: PACW) announced that Victor R. Santoro intends to retire from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective in mid-August 2015. Following his retirement as CFO, Mr. Santoro will continue to work with the Company as Vice Chairman – Corporate Development and assist with the transition of his CFO responsibilities. Mr. Santoro will be succeeded by Patrick J. Rusnak, who is expected to assume the roles of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer upon Mr. Santoro’s retirement as CFO of the Company in mid-August 2015. Mr. Rusnak will join the Company on April 27, 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Western Bank. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Sterling Financial Corporation and previously served in several executive roles for AmericanWest Bancorporation, including Chief Executive Officer from July 2008 to December 2010.

Landauer, Inc. (NYSE: LDR) announced that Dan Fujii will transition to the role of Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. As planned, Interim Chief Financial Officer Mark Zorko will transition back into an advisory role. Mr. Zorko joined Landauer in April of 2014 to assist with the resolution of accounting issues identified in the company. In addition, he has led several special projects in the financial division. Mr. Zorko will continue on with the company in the short term reporting to the CEO in a non-officer role completing special projects. Mr. Fujii joined the company in April 2014 as Vice President, Corporate Controller with the goal of improving the strength of the financial function within Landauer. Mr. Fujii has broad experience with ten years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers ending as a senior audit manager. In addition, he has been the corporate controller for a public international electronics company, a private medical device start up that was taken public and a private equity owned pharmaceutical company.

Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BPFH) announced that David J. Kaye has been appointed the Company’s Chief Administrative Officer and will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Kaye joined the Company as CFO in 2007.

Surgical Care Affiliates, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCAI) announced that Tom De Weerdt will join SCA as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 19, 2015. Mr. De Weerdt currently serves as Corporate Controller of Mead Johnson Nutrition, prior to which he held multiple leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation, including as Chief Financial Officer of Whirlpool Europe, Middle East and Africa. Pete Clemens, SCA’s current Chief Financial Officer, announced his planned retirement earlier this year and will continue to serve SCA as Senior Advisor.
