Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (AIM: NFC) announced the appointment of Peter Jonathan Harris as executive director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Peter was appointed as Next 15’s Interim Chief Financial Officer on 18 November 2013. Peter is currently a Non-Executive Director of Communisis plc and Chairman of its Audit Committee. He was previously the Interim Finance Director at Centaur Media plc. During the previous 10 years, Peter was Interim CFO of Bell Pottinger LLP (August 2012 to June 2013). He was CFO of the Engine Group Limited (March 2010 to June 2012) and CFO of 19 Entertainment Limited (from 2005 to 2010). Prior to that, he was Group Finance Director of Capital Radio plc.

Jaywing plc announced the appointment of Michael Sprot as Group Finance Director. Michael joined the Company in February 2013 as Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary. Prior to joining Jaywing, he was Head of Commercial Finance at Vasanta Group.

Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc announced that Ian Campbell will be appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, subject to regulatory approval.

Future plc (LSE: FUTR) announced that CFO Zillah Byng-Maddick will become CEO. The Board has also appointed Simon Poulton as interim CFO, and will not join the plc Board.

IFG Group plc announced that John Cotter, Group Finance Director, shall take on the role of Interim CEO from the 7th April whilst the recruitment process for a new CEO continues. John Cotter was group finance director & chief risk officer at Collins Stewart Hawkpoint plc and chief operating officer (Global Business Unit Control) at the Royal Bank of Scotland. John was also chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited.

Town Centre Securities PLC announced the appointment of Duncan Syers as the Company’s new Finance Director and Company Secretary with effect from April 12th 2014. This follows the announcement on 21 March that Chris Kelly, currently Finance Director and Company Secretary, will be leaving the company on 11 April 2014. Duncan was previously finance director of Town Centre from 1993 until 2001.

Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc announced that Duncan Harper, Group Finance Director, has given notice of his intention to resign after six and a half years with the Group. Duncan will remain with the Group during his notice period to ensure an orderly hand over to his successor who will be appointed in due course.
