Proxama PLC (AIM: PROX) has appointed John Kennedy as Group Chief Financial Officer. John gained significant operational, sales and marketing experience at Global Insurance Company Aviva for 20 years. John spent two years as an Executive Director of IT software company, Validus. He joins Proxama after most recently serving as Divisional Finance Director at RAC Motoring Service.
Balfour Beatty plc announced the appointment of Philip Harrison as Chief Financial Officer. He will take up his new position and join the Board later in the year. Prior to his current role as Group Finance Director at Hogg Robinson Group plc, Philip was the Group Finance Director at VT Group plc, and at Hewlett-Packard where he was the VP Finance for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region and a member of the EMEA board. Harrison replaces Duncan Magrath, who will continue to support the company until the appropriate handover is concluded.
Hogg Robinson Group plc announced that Philip Harrison, Group Finance Director, has notified the Board of Directors of his decision to step down from his current role in order to take up the position of Chief Financial Officer at Balfour Beatty PLC. Phil will continue in his role as Group Finance Director at least until the Group’s final results have been announced in May 2015. He is then expected to leave the Group at a mutually acceptable time after this to take up his new role.
Domino’s Pizza Group plc announced that Sean Wilkins, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, has resigned from the Company and will step down with immediate effect.
Quintain Estates & Development PLC has appointed Simon Carter as Finance Director with effect from 26 May 2015. Simon will join Quintain from British Land Co PLC (“British Land”), where he is Head of Strategy and a member of the Executive Committee. He has worked for the property company for 10 years and his previous roles include Corporate Finance Executive and Head of Treasury and Capital Markets. Before joining British Land, Simon worked for UBS in fixed income and he started his career at Arthur Andersen.
Rame Energy plc announced that Kevin McNair has joined the Board as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Chief Financial Officer Jan Gawel has stepped down from the Board but remain with the Company in an executive capacity. Kevin McNair has spent the past 12 years as Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer of various publicly quoted and privately owned businesses including as the CFO of two AIM listed resource businesses. Kevin started his career with Fremont Financial in Chicago, then spent several years in corporate finance first with UBS and then Granville Baird.
Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd. (LSE: GKP) announced the appointment of Sami Zouari to the Board of the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Zouari has most recently served as the Regional Head of Corporate & Investment Banking for North Africa, Iraq and Oman at BNP Paribas. Prior to his career in investment banking, he worked for Total EP in a number of roles, including as Commercial Manager for Total EP Libya in Tripoli. Mr Zouari replaces Mary Hood, who was CFO in the interim, and will now assume the role of Deputy CFO.
