Mobile Streams plc (AIM: MOS) announced that Enrique Benasso has joined the board of the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Benasso is based in the Company’s Argentina office, reporting to the Company’s CEO. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Benasso has more than 28 years of experience in corporate finance, working for companies such as Visteon, Eagle Ottawa and Coca Cola, where he held finance positions in Argentina.

Relayware announced the appointment of John Benecke as the company’s chief financial officer. Prior to Relayware, Benecke was CFO for Business Logic Systems, Cellnovo, and ApaTech. Benecke has also held senior financial roles at several multi-national corporations, including Emerson Electric and Abbott Laboratories.

Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd. (LSE: GKP) announced that Finance Director Ewen Ainsworth has left the Company to pursue other interests. Mary Hood, the Company’s Financial Controller will serve as acting Chief Financial Officer.

Croda International Plc announced that Sean Christie, Group Finance Director, will stand down following eight highly successful years with the company. To allow time for his replacement to be found and an orderly transition, Sean will remain Group Finance Director and on the Board until April 2015. Sean joined Croda in April 2006.
