Sidense Corp. announced Bob Daly as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Bob most recently was the CFO of Klocwork Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Daly served as the Chief Financial Officer of Espial Group Inc. He has also held senior finance positions with Cognos Inc. and JDS Uniphase Corporation, and has provided corporate finance, business strategy and operational advice to a number of early-stage Canadian technology companies, a quasi-crown corporation and a major Canadian financial institution. In addition, he has served as the Corporate Controller of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club.

HNZ Group Inc. (TSX: HNZ.A, HNZ.B) announced that Robert Lafleur, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HNZ Group, will retire effective September 30, 2015. Mr. Lafleur joined HNZ in 2002. He served as Director of Financial Services until June 2006, when he was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

DATA Group Ltd. (TSX: DGI) announced that Paul O’Shea, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, intends to retire effective June 19, 2015. The Company has appointed James E. Lorimer as interim chief financial officer.

International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (TSX: ITH) announced that David A. Cross has been retained under contract to serve as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. Mr. Cross will remain a partner in the firm of Cross Davis & Company LLP, Certified General Accountants, which has also been retained to provide corporate accounting support to the Company. Mr. Cross’ past experience consists of officer, director and senior management positions, including five years at Davidson & Company LLP Chartered Accountants where he spent time as a Manager, a member of their Technical Accounting Committee and a member of their IFRS Committee. He is also the CFO of several other junior mineral exploration companies.

Gran Tierra Energy Inc. (TSX: GTE) announced that Ryan Ellson has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Ellson was Head of Finance for Glencore E&P (Canada) and prior thereto Vice President, Finance at Caracal Energy. Prior to Caracal, Mr. Ellson held several management and executive positions with companies operating in Egypt, India and Canada. Mr. Ellson succeeds James Rozon.

Golden Dawn Minerals Inc. announced that Rita Tung has resigned her position as CFO and director of the Company. Ms. Tung has been with the Company for 6 years and has decided to return to Hong Kong for personal reasons. Larry Johnson will be replacing Ms. Tung’s position as a CFO. Mr. Johnson was a partner of an accounting practice in Kelowna, BC. He has been providing Chief Financial Officer and accounting services to various TSX Venture Exchange listed exploration companies for more than 20 years.

VendTek Systems Inc. (TSX-V: VSI) announced that J. Andrew Telford has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Board of Directors have appointed Amauri Pantaroto as the interim Chief Financial Officer.

Silver Bear Resources Inc. announced the appointment of Derk Hartman as Interim CFO of the Company. The appointment follows the resignation of Deborah Battiston as CFO. Currently, Mr. Hartman is the founder and director of DH Mining Advisory Services Limited. Derk was the founder, CEO and director of Sumin Resources, and was a director of Hunter Bay Minerals. Previously, Derk was Director of Investment Banking with BMO Capital Markets in London and Investment Banker and Project Finance Advisor with ABN AMRO Bank in London.

BIOX Corporation (TSX: BX) announced that CFO Christopher Clinning has been appointed CEO.
