Uni-Select Inc. (TSX: UNS) announced that Denis Mathieu, Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave Uni-Select and pursue other professional endeavors. In order to provide continued support and ensure an efficient transition, Denis will remain with Uni-Select through July 31st, 2015. Denis Mathieu joined Uni-Select in March 2007 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He was appointed Executive Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer in August 2012.

Corsa Coal Corp. (TSX-V: CSO) announced the appointment of Kevin M. Harrigan as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Harrigan replaces Paul D. Caldwell. Mr. Harrigan was most recently Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Walter Energy, Inc. Prior to Walter Energy, Mr. Harrigan worked for CONSOL Energy, Inc. for ten years in various accounting roles, last serving as General Manager, Accounting and Reporting.

Petromin Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: PTR) announced that Jinwei Julie Xu, Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Corporate Secretary of the Company, will be taking a temporary leave of absence for medical reasons. During this time, Ms. Xu will assist the Company to the best of her abilities. In the interim, A. Ross Gorrell, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will serve as acting CFO and Corporate Secretary.

K-Bro Linen Inc. announced that Kristie Plaquin has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Plaquin has been with the Corporation since 2001 and was the Chief Financial Officer from January 2004 through May 2005 . After stepping away from K-Bro for a year from June 2005 – June 2006, Ms. Plaquin has served as Director of Financial Planning. Ms. Plaquin joined K-Bro from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Ms. Plaquin has held the role as Interim Chief Financial Officer since August 2014.

GoviEx Uranium Inc. (CSE: GXU) announced the retirement of Pierre Massé, the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Massé has been the CFO of GoviEx since early 2011. He also served as Vice President, Finance of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. (now Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd.) for more than ten years. The company’s Financial Controller, Ms. Lei Wang, will serve as Interim CFO for the foreseeable future.

Kaizen Discovery Inc. (KZD) announced today the retirement of Pierre Massé, the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Masse has been the CFO for Kaizen since the company was formed in late 2013. He also has served as the CFO of GoviEx Uranium Inc. since early 2011, and previously served as Vice President, Finance of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. (now Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd.) for more than ten years. Steve Vanry, Kaizen’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, will serve as Interim CFO until Mr. Masse’s replacement is appointed. Mr. Vanry is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) with more than 20 years’ experience.

Kraken Sonar Inc. announced that Greg Reid has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Most recently, Mr. Reid was co-founder and President of GasGen Canada Ltd. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Reid was a founding partner of Wellington West Capital Markets Inc. Mr. Reid will replace Kim Evans as CFO.

CaiTerra International Energy Corporation announced the resignation of Bill Grossholz from the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Perla Woo, the President of the Company, will act as interim Chief Financial Officer until a Chief Financial Officer is appointed.

Lonestar West Inc. (TSX-V: LSI) announced that Mark Kearl has joined Lonestar as its Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Kristina Scade, the current Chief Financial Officer, will transition to a new position, Vice President, Internal Reporting. Most recently, Mr. Kearl spent eight years as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Total Energy Services Inc. Prior to joining the energy services industry in 2005, Mr. Kearl spent five years at a national financial advisory services firm and four years with a national accounting and advisory services firm.

Difference Capital Financial Inc. announced that Henry Kneis, formerly CFO and COO, will immediately assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of DCF. Victor Duong, Vice President Finance of DCI, assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer of DCF.
