Novadaq Technologies Inc. (TSX: NDQ) announced that Roger Deck has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Deck succeeds Stephen Purcell, who is leaving the Company. Mr. Deck most recently served as NOVADAQ’s Vice President of Operations, a position he held since 2008. Before transitioning to that role, he was NOVADAQ’s Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2008 and also served as the Company’s Assistant Secretary. Mr. Deck joined NOVADAQ from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he served as Vice President of Financial Advisory Services from 2001 to 2003. Previously, he held senior management positions at Brookfield Asset Management Inc.

Jemi Fibre Corp. (TSX-V: JFI) announced that co-founder and CFO Georgina Martin has been appointed Executive Vice-Chair and Tom Stefan has been appointed CFO of the Company. Tom was most recently CFO and VP Finance at Taiga Building Products. He has held positions of increasing responsibilities at NorskeCanada/Pacifica Papers, Bema Gold Corporation, Teck Corporation, and KPMG.

Gildan Activewear Inc. (TSX: GIL) announced the appointment of James Kehoe as Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Mr. Kehoe succeeds Laurence G. Sellyn, who is retiring from this position which he has filled since 1999. Mr. Kehoe has spent 25 years within the Kraft Foods organization in successive roles of increasing responsibility, both in Europe and North America. Prior to joining Gildan, Mr. Kehoe was Senior Vice-President, Operating Excellence, for Mondelēz International, the former snacking and confectionary division of Kraft Foods. Previously, Mr. Kehoe was Senior Vice-President, Corporate Finance of Kraft Foods Group where he led the financial structuring of the Company at the time of the spin-off from Mondelēz. Mr. Kehoe’s appointment will be effective January 1, 2015. Mr. Sellyn will continue with Gildan for a transitional period.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced that Craig Reynolds will be the Club’s next President and Chief Executive Officer. Craig had been with the Riders for the previous six seasons after originally joining the Club as the Chief Financial Officer in June, 2009. After three years, Craig was promoted to Senior Vice-President & CFO where he has remained to date. Craig began his career working with KPMG in 1998. From there he moved to London, England in 2003 to work for Thomson Scientific in a Financial Accounting role. Just prior to relocating back to Saskatchewan to join the Riders, Craig worked for Suncor Energy in Alberta for four years where he departed as Senior Manager of the Oil Sands Cost Management Program.

Allied Properties REIT (TSX: AP.UN) announced that Cecilia C. Williams has been appointed as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Cecilia is expected to commence her duties with Allied in early 2015. She is currently Vice President and Controller of Dream Unlimited and Chief Financial Officer of Dream Alternative Trust. Cecilia began her career at Arthur Andersen. She continued her career development through progressively more senior financial and planning positions at Magna International and Canwest Broadcasting/Shaw Media.

3TL Technologies Corp. (TSX-V: TTM) announced that Judyanna Chen will join the Company as CFO effective January 21, 2015. Ms. Chen has joined 3TL on a part-time basis effective December 17, 2014 to enable a smooth transition with the Company’s current CFO, Charles Abel. Ms. Chen brings over 10 years of experience in public practice and industry, including roles in senior financial management and as CFO of a public company.

Alderon Iron Ore Corp. (TSX: ADV) announced the appointment of Anthony Glavac as Interim Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company effective December 29, 2014. Alderon’s current CFO, Francois Laurin, is taking an executive position outside of the mining sector in the New Year. Mr. Glavac joined Alderon in March 2012 in the role of Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and worked closely with Alderon’s CFO Francois Laurin. Prior to joining Alderon, Mr. Glavac spent thirteen years at KPMG LLP, most recently as a Senior Manager in Audit.

WPC Resources Inc. (TSX-V: WPQ) announced the appointment of Wayne Moorhouse as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Moorhouse will replace Michele Pillon who has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since inception. Mr. Moorhouse is currently CFO of Midnight Sun Mining Corp. and previously served as CFO for Roxgold Inc. and was CFO and VP Finance and Corporate Secretary of Genco Resources Ltd. He also served as President of Genco’s Mexican subsidiary La Guitarra Compania Minera. Mr. Moorhouse has held a number of senior positions with other Public resource companies.
