Canada | CFO Moves – week ending April 18, 2014

American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP (TSX: HOT.UN) announced that it has appointed Azim Lalani as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective April 21, 2014, at which time Robert Hibberd, the current Chief Financial Officer, will assume the newly created position of Executive Vice President. Mr. Lalani was previously with Huntingdon Capital Corp. (“Huntingdon“) as Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to working at Huntingdon, Mr. Lalani was Vice President of Real Estate and Risk Management at SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts. He was also Director of Finance at Canadian Hotel Income Properties REIT (“CHIP REIT“) and Manager at KPMG LLP in Vancouver.

SMTC Corporation (NASDAQ: SMTX) announced the appointment of Jim Currie as its’ Interim Chief Financial Officer. With this appointment, Clarke H. Bailey will continue to serve as a Director and Chairman of the Board. Most recently, Mr. Currie was with Kapsch Trafficcom IVHS Inc. where he was employed from 2009 to 2012 as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he was employed with the AB Sciex LP and MDS Analytical Technologies divisions of MDS Inc. from 2001 until its acquisition by Danaher Corporation in 2009. He was Vice President Finance and responsible for financial management of that company’s global high technology research and development and manufacturing of medical equipment.

Lydian International Limited (TSX: LYD) announced that Douglas L. Tobler has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Tobler will succeed Roderick Corrie who has resigned from this position and as a director of the Company. From August 2012 to the present, Mr. Tobler has provided various consulting services in the mining industry through Tobler Advisory LLC, a company owned by him. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Alacer Gold Corp. from April 2004 to August 2012.

Atlanta Gold Inc. (TSX-V: ATG) announced that Nancy Porkola-Ainsworth has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, succeeding Bill Baird, who had served as the Company’s Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer since September 2011.

First Mountain Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: FMX) announced that Janet Scase has resigned as Vice-President Finance and CFO. The Company has appointed Rick Hammermeister as Vice-President Finance and CFO.

Azabache Energy Inc. (TSX-V: AZA) announced the appointment of Marc Bouchard Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company. Mr. Mark Hopkins has resigned as CFO but will remain with the Company as a part time Controller for a six month period. Mr. Bouchard is the chairman Chairman of Toll Cross Securities Inc., and served as the CFO of Toll Cross for 12 years. He has previously held both public and private company CFO positions with Teleglobe, Bell Canada, Fonorola and Shearson Lehman Brothers Asia Inc.

Goldstream Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: GSX) announced the appointment of Kimberly Ann Arntson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Secretary. Kimberly Ann is currently Vice President of Corporate Development, CFO and Corporate Secretary for Peruvian Precious Metals. Goldstream also announces that Michael Galloro has resigned as CFO of the Company. Michael will continue as a Director of the Company.

NWT Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: NWT) announced the resignation of Raphael Danon as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and the appointment of Jing Peng as its new CFO. Mr. Peng is currently CFO at Canadian Silver Hunter Inc. as well as Senior Financial Analyst at Marrelli Support Services since December 2010. He has experience working with MSCM LLP June 2009 to December 2010, KPMG LLP from January 2007 to June 2009 as well as Citigroup Global Markets China Ltd from May 2002 until May 2004.

AirIQ Inc. (TSX-V: IQ) announced that Michael Robb, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has been appointed to serve as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Robb has served as Chief Financial Officer of AirIQ since 2010, and worked in AirIQ’s finance department for several years prior to that time.

Sutter Gold Mining Inc. (TSX-V: SGM) announced that Amanda Miller, Controller of Sutter Gold Mining Inc. since October 2008, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Corporate Secretary. Mrs. Miller began her career with Moss Adams LLP, CPAs, and prior to joining Sutter was Financial Reporting Manager with US Gold Ltd. Mrs. Miller replaces Robert Hutmacher, who served as CFO and Corporate Secretary since October 2008.

Cogitore Resources Inc. (TSX-V: WOO) announced that Brian Howlett has agreed to become and has been appointed by the directors of Cogitore as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Howlett currently serves on the Board of Directors of Superior Copper Corporation and Goldeye Explorations Limited. Prior to joining Cogitore, Mr. Howlett was the President and Chief Financial Officer of Superior Copper Corporation. Previously, Mr. Howlett spent 12 years with ELI Eco Logic Inc., including 6 years as Chief Financial Officer.

Canada | CFO Moves – week ending April 11, 2014

Eco Oro Minerals Corp. (TSX: EOM) announced that Paul Robertson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Robertson worked with Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2005. Currently, he is the managing partner of Quantum Advisory Partners LLP. He was previously CFO of the Company from September 1, 2011 to January 14, 2013.

Liquor Stores N.A. Ltd. (TSX: LIQ) announced the appointment of David Gordey as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gordey previously served as the Company’s Vice President, Finance and has been a member of the Liquor Stores’ management team since 2012. Patrick de Grace, the outgoing Chief Financial Officer, has departed the Company for personal reasons.

Augyva Mining Resources Inc. (TSX-V: AUV) announced the appointment of Louis De Jong as director of the company. Mr. De Jong is the Founder and Managing Partner of De Jong & Co., a boutique merchant bank engaged in principal investment and financial advisory services. Mr. De Jong also currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at BSM Technologies Inc., a De Jong & Co. investee company. Prior experience includes co-founding and serving as managing director of Jemekk Capital Management Inc. and progressively senior positions in institutional equity sales at Credit Suisse First Boston and Sprott Securities Inc.

Bayshore Petroleum Corp. (TSX-V: BSH) announced that Anna Lentz, its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer CFO, effective April 1 , 2014, to pursue other personal and career interests. Peter Y. Ho, CEO/President will act as interim CFO position until a new CFO is appointed.
