Bravofly nomme Francesco Guidotti CFO-DAF du groupe

Le voyagiste en ligne Bravofly a annoncé mardi la nomination de Francesco Guidotti au poste de directeur financier (CFO). M. Guidotti, actuellement CFO du groupe italien de vente de vêtements en ligne Yoox, succédera su 1er mai à Gaspar Santonja, qui assurera une période de transition jusqu'à fin juin, indique le groupe tessinois dans un communiqué.


Diplômé de l'Université La Sapienza en économie et en commerce, M. Guidotti justifie d'une expérience de plus de 20 ans auprès de différentes entreprises en Italie et en Suisse, notamment dans les groupes LVMH et Bulgari.

"La vaste expérience de M. Guidotti correspond bien à nos activités et à nos objectifs de croissance à long terme", s'est réjoui le directeur général (CEO) de Bravofly, Francesco Signoretti, cité dans le communiqué ci-dessous.

Bravofly Rumbo Group announces new Chief Financial Officer

Bravofly Rumbo Group (SIX: BRG), European leader in the online travel and leisure industry, announces that Francesco Guidotti, currently Chief Financial Officer at YOOX, will join its Executive Management Team as CFO on 1 May 2015.

Current CFO, Gaspar Santonja, will be leaving the Company to pursue other business opportunities. On 1 May, Gaspar Santonja will officially leave the Executive Management Team while, until 30 June, will support the Company and Francesco Guidotti to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.

Francesco Guidotti brings over 20 years of financial and business experience. He joins Bravofly Rumbo Group following a distinguished career at YOOX, the global Internet retailing partner for leading fashion brands and listed on the Milan stock exchange. Graduated in economics and commerce from La Sapienza University of Rome, he served as a financial controller and CFO in a number of companies in Italy and Switzerland appertaining, inter alia, to the LVMH and Bulgari groups.
